Andrey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He showed us how to easily check our sprinkler lines in the future. He even identified other drip line/pipe issues that were spewing water underneath our rocks that we hadn't noticed and he repaired those too at no extra cost! He showed me how to easily fix those leaks and what 2 or 3 materials to have on hand. So fast and easy. He was in and out within an hour. No issues since. We've spent over $1800 with them over the past 6 months. We wanted to make sure we had a healthy functioning system in place and it has been one problem after another with a charge every time except the last call back as the valves they installed failed within a week and at that point we had had it. I will be filing a complaint with the contractors licensing board as well as with Adult Protective Services as they have taken advantage of my elderly disabled husband. Also on every invoice they have written in the comments section "System may have future problems" lol- we've asked and paid for you to do a full system check / inspection and made it clear that whatever needed to happen to make us have a seamlessly functioning system we were willing to pay for as like I said my husband has MS and can barely walk. So why does every invoice say that? If the technician has to state that after every service call "System may have future problems" then why don't we discuss why you are writing that on every invoice? If the "system" has issues that you think will fail soon as we had expressed we want it handled - that's why we are paying you for your expertise. It's really sad to see a large business in the community operate like this. They will not be allowed back on our property and I will report back once I have another company do an evaluation of the "work" they've done. It's too bad because we wanted to support a local business even tho we heard they were expensive and we have multiple other much larger landscape projects we would have used them for if they had done a better job with the initial work on our acreage. Poor business practices overall.

Less than 1 hour from kick-off to arrival is amazing. I bid this job to several others, but upon arrival I had a good gut feeling that HydroPoint was the way to go. We discussed my overall plan and we walked the backyard area for a quick synopsis of work needed. After some trial and error with my sprinkler valves, some digging to trace where pipes were hidden below, we were off to a good start. We worked out some quick math for valve replacement, sprinklers and even adding 2 different drip lines for plants/shrubs to be planted in the future.
