Thanks to a recommendation from some friends of ours, we got in contact with Jose. While he is quite the busy man, he makes the time to take care of his customers. We originally just wanted the backyard to have irrigation, drainage, planter boxes, and grass. Though, the pool company basically destroyed our front yard and Jose was quick to offer his assistance at planning out how we could bring back the curb appeal. One of the best things about Jose and his team is that they focus on one project at a time. We had to book him several months out, but from dig to done he completely transformed our entire property in one week. That even included an unexpected additional drainage project that he was able to identify quickly and work with us to stay as close to our original budget as possible. Though, I have to say that the most impressive thing that Jose was able to do didn't even happen until the projects were done. Due to a pressure issue our backyard sod was struggling to root. He checked on us daily asking for pictures, and once he discovered the issue he fixed it and literally replaced our entire back lawn by himself because he wasn't satisfied at how it was growing it. Here's the deal, the yard was bouncing back and starting to look a lot better, but his dedication to perfection and customer service drove him to do what was right and completely re-sod the area. I really didn't know what I wanted in the beginning but just wanted our front yard cleaned up, but the more I looked at our yard I knew I wanted something clean and different with grass. I asked Victor what he was able to do and he pretty much said he can do it all and he did not come up short! He provided me a very reasonable quote to redo the front yard and back. He provided some ideas, but ultimately did what was asked and made it beautiful. He did not deviate from his quote when added material was needed or changes had to be made which made it that much more to appreciate the work done! He and his crew worked very hard, and finished the job in a timely manner despite some raining days. Things he completed: -Removed all plants, bushes, roots. -Removed all rocks top soil and mulch -Dug out a path for the stairs -Cement for the stairs and added curbing to the front and backyard -Completed and added sprinkles and drip system to front and backyard - added new top soil and sod to the front and backyard -removed and hauled away all old material. After complaining, they replanted them days later but the plants did not survive. They also damaged my drip system (they did fix it after I brought to their attention) also, the workers left trash in the yard. John was kind and understanding but I will continue to tell my neighbors to stay away from them.
