This is a fantastic company that helped me bring life and beauty to my yard. I'm in a newly constructed home and the front yard comes landscape. However, as you can imagine it isn't done with quality in mind. This review isn't specific for the company as much as it's for the person handing out the flyers soliciting this company... please do not shortcut and trample through a persons current landscape (its disrespectful and rude)- When a house has a Ring camera in plane view and see's it all, I would advise you to use a sidewalk for what it was designed for...walking on. After they did an initial walkthrough of the property, they never got back to us with a quote. I tried calling twice and emailing but no response. If you are not interested in the work, then be upfront about it. Call or email stating as such instead of leaving a potential customer in limbo. read more

Miguel and his team were fantastic from day 1. He was easy to work and communicate with, efficient, and finished everything in a timely manner despite rainy weather. They poured and stamped concrete on the side and back yards, installed irrigation all around the perimeter, put in a dog run, created a concrete border around, and put in sod. We hoped to get our landscaping done before Labor Day. We wanted good Communication with the contractor, and we hoped for someone who would stay on task and stand by their work. With Miguel and his crew we got all three! They always showed up when they said they would and were very communicative and understanding throughout. Even though we changed our minds about some of the plants they kindly replaced them and said, "no problem." Now that they have created a beautiful landscape for us, they are also coming by after to check on the plants and the sprinkler system to make sure everything is great. So after a few years, few things we've noticed....weed barriers were never put in under rocks or mulch, after we specifically asked...thus we're pulling weeds out constantly. Our large grass area we wanted for the kids is unlevel, which makes it dangerous to play; we've almost twisted ankles from the ground being so uneven with the grass. Miguel and his crew installed artificial grass in our backyard. They did a fantastic job, but unfortunately the artificial grass itself had a defect and needed to be replaced. Miguel was on top of it. He arranged for the warranty replacement, and his crew came back out and replaced it...and did another fantastic job. Definitely would think twice about hiring this company. We had an appointment to meet for a consultation. My first appointment with them they called and cancelled a few hours before they were supposed to show stating they had an issue with another job and an inspection running late. Fortunately it didn't inconvenience me too much because I was already home during the day. They asked to reschedule for four days later. It is now 2 hours past the time they were supposed to be here. No call, no nothing! During my initial call to set up my first appointment they asked what kind of budget I had for this project. I told them it might be as high as $30-40 thousand. If this is how they handle initial appointments from a possible customer willing to spend that much then I shutter to think what they'd do once they were hired. read more

We have a small yard that needed some clean up, a new lawn, and a few trees and shrubs planted. Our plants and trees were planted directly into hardpan clay in small holes with no soil amendments, our planting areas and lawn were not properly graded which left our entire yard as a swamp. These are just a couple of the many issues we had to correct. When we tried to communicate with Miguel he was condescending and dismissive. At one point he said that he 100% felt he could have corrected the issues, but if that's true why didn't he 100% do the job correctly in the first place? MC Creations did such an unsatis job that we made the decision bring in a different company to correct the many new issues we now had to deal with. The corrections cost us even more than the original job. Our plants and trees were replanted, our brand new lawn had to be pulled up for grading, inadequate drains were replaced with proper drains, and more. The whole situation was expensive and extremely frustrating. read more

Do not have Miguel and this Company do ANY work on your yard. We paid several thousand dollars for what we are now discovering was very shoddy and cutting corners work. I have spent several more thousand dollars correcting what they should have done right in the first place. They put sprinklers in the wrong positions so my lawn is constantly having sprinkler coverage issues especially in the summer. I am currently in the process of having them moved and/or replaced at additional cost to me. They wired my plant feeder line with a regular sprinkler zone which has caused several plants to die due to not getting enough water. They sod they laid looked like crap when they finished and the topsoil was very uneven and bumpy. I paid good money for a job that was rushed and not done right. Miguel even told me that he took my job because business was slow for him and that he preferred "bigger jobs". What if it was your money and your yard Miguel?? Slow down, do it right, and make sure your customers are satisfied. I am not. Don't waste your money on Miguel or this company. You will regret it. read more
