We had such a fun time on these lines. We did the 12 line sunset session with 7 people on our group. Sam and Brayden were our guided and they both did an amazing job. The only drawback was there rule in place about not going upside down or backwards. But I'm sure that's an insurance thing. I would highly recommend this place which is very close to all the downtown fun in Durango. read more

Macy and Taylor were our guides and were absolutely wonderful with our kids! Highly recommend! We signed up for the 12 zipline tour and it was so much fun! There is a 15 minute hike to get to the first zipline that is a tad steep/exhausting if you're someone who hates walking uphill, but the guides offer plenty of breaks and don't make you feel like you're completely out of shape! The guides were fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. I'm afraid of heights and this activity didn't bother me at all, since I felt safe the entire time. I'd say the only negative was that we had 7 other people in our group so you had to wait for each person to go on each line. Our group was pretty pleasant, but there is a bit of wait time between each line as they let each person go. The full tour lasted about 2.5 hours. read more

Amazing adventure! First time Zipping for the entire family. The hike up the mountain while beautiful, was a bit challenging for my curvy self but we made it. Erin and Cole were fantastic and made sure we were all comfortable and had a great time. I was surprised at my 2 kids who are deathly afraid of hights had no problems jumping off the platforms. We had such a blast zip lining with Josh & Lyndsey. We were lucky enough to have them all to ourselves (Mom, myself & my two sisters). We couldn't ask for better - the time, attention & especially patience they showed 4 grown women was truly amazing. But, it didn't start there - we were welcomed with open arms by both Dani & Heather in the office. They made us feel like we were more than welcome, which if there had been any hesitation from any of us to go ziplining, there was none after being welcomed by them. We had an excellent time with Snow and Boggs as guides. We were SO excited to find a zip lining adventure that our 5 year old could do with us! We had a private group (perks of coming in October!). Everyone at Durango Adventures was appropriately masked and socially distanced unless they were physically helping us on the zip line. Highly highly recommend. Also, we rented the GoPro for the helmet. When you purchase both, your group pictures are only $20 and they're AWESOME. Highly highly recommend. We drove from Denver to Pagosa Springs for a mini vacation. We decided to make reservations and do zip lining in Durango. This was an awesome experience. The toughest part for me was the small walk to get to the first Zipline but once you are there, the rest is amazing. Our tour guides were lots of fun and full of energy. I was a little nervous but I felt 100% safe. We did the 6 line course and would highly recommend this to others looking for a fun activity. read more

I went zip lining on the 12 line course with my husband. It was a fun thing we decided to do on our honeymoon. It was really cool. Experienced and funny instructors.. Good information to make it safe.. Fun vibe.. And the course itself was exciting and definitely got your heart going at times while zipping. I really would have gave 5 stars but my only advice to the owner would be to have smaller groups. I think my group size was 12 people. So you have to wait for all the people plus 2 instructors to go every single line. There was A LOT of waiting between different lines. We found ourselves getting pretty bored at times. Especially if people took longer. I'd say 6-8 would be a max number to schedule to make it a little more enjoyable for everyone. It definitely took away from the excitement of the course. Id probably do it again if it was less people and not for our honeymoon with that amount of people. Definitely something to try though! Had a good time! read more

We did the 12 lines with Snow and David who were funny and informative and made our group feel safe and brave, regardless of how old they were or how many times they had been on a zipline before. I was a little hesitant to take our kids, especially the youngest one who is only six years old, but they made it so much fun for her and she was right there with the big kids the whole time! Our family booked a day of zip lining and river rafting before we arrived in Durango. We really appreciated how convenient it was to arrange for both activities on the same site and have the day coordinated for us. The only glitch with that was they overbooked and called us ahead of our trip to reschedule and it all worked out fine. Our morning zip lining was awesome. Durango Adventures took excellent precautions during the Covid 19 pandemic to make sure we were all as safe as possible. We were required to wear masks, even while zip lining. All the equipment we used was put in sanitizer once we finished, so they are really taking care to keep everyone healthy. We were paired with the senior guide Patrick and he was training a new guide,Adrian, on our adventure morning. Both were great and made us feel at ease and have a great, worry free experience. We had a blast! We would definitely come back again when we make it back to Durango. We also highly recommend Southwest Rafting, who we were booked with for our rafting adventure. They were awesome! Our guides were so nice and knowledgeable and gave us a great experience down the river. read more

Super cool zip lining experience in Durango. Came here with my husband & mom-in-law. We had a blast with Cam & Kara as our guides. They check temperature upon entry for covid. And they have sanitizer everywhere and sanitizing stations for the gear. Overall, a great family activity. read more
