Lots of room inside, plus an outdoor area. They were out of most of their menu items. The woman at the counter said they only make what they think they will sell, and close when they run out. When we were there they only had Pulled Pork and Smoked Turkey. We had the pulled pork. The food was delicious , and there is a selection of BBQ sauces for toppings. First time in Missoula and tried this bbq. As a trained Le Cordon Bleu chef and person that has traveled around the world here is my honest opinion. The bbq chicken and baked beans are the best I've ever had hands down. Brisket was amazing but prefer the cuts to be thicker so the flavor is deeper. Potato salad good but not excellent. Haven't found any restaurant that makes potato salad better than mine (according to my husband and friends). Keep it strictly mayo based, no mustard, add lots of celery, red onion and sweet pickles. Seeing the 5 star reviews here makes me wonder if it's just me? but I came here regularly a couple years ago and absolutely loved the food and the prices. However on today's visit, I was very disappointed. Not only was the food just OK, but it cost almost $30 for me to have a burnt end sandwich with a very small side of coleslaw, (which wasn't even cut up) and a drink. An employee came up to me and asked if everything was all right. I explained to him my concerns he smelled at me, gave me a thumbs up and said "I get it man" and walked away. Why do they ask? It really makes me wonder why is everybody in Missoula OK with paying prices like this for mediocrity? It just reduces the standard of quality and drives up the prices. The ribs had a yummy sweet glaze on them and brisket was prepared Texas style and had a good Smoke flavor. Both were a bit over cooked and dryer than I prefer but they have 4 house BBQ sauces to try! My favorite was the spicy house sauce. For sides I got the Mac n cheese and the baked beans. Baked beans were the star of the meal! They had a nice smoke flavor to them and mixed in some meat.
