Lots of room inside, plus an outdoor area. They were out of most of their menu items. The woman at the counter said they only make what they think they will sell, and close when they run out. When we were there they only had Pulled Pork and Smoked Turkey. We had the pulled pork. The food was delicious , and there is a selection of BBQ sauces for toppings. The bbq chicken and baked beans are the best I've ever had hands down. Brisket was amazing but prefer the cuts to be thicker so the flavor is deeper. Potato salad good but not excellent. Haven't found any restaurant that makes potato salad better than mine (according to my husband and friends). Keep it strictly mayo based, no mustard, add lots of celery, red onion and sweet pickles. While the barbecue is good - when you don't see or smell smoke you have to ask yourself a question. Pay inside, walk outside and your room temp at best food is almost beating you to the table. However on today's visit, I was very disappointed. Not only was the food just OK, but it cost almost $30 for me to have a burnt end sandwich with a very small side of coleslaw, (which wasn't even cut up) and a drink. An employee came up to me and asked if everything was all right. I explained to him my concerns he smelled at me, gave me a thumbs up and said "I get it man" and walked away. Why do they ask? It really makes me wonder why is everybody in Missoula OK with paying prices like this for mediocrity? It just reduces the standard of quality and drives up the prices.
