They do good work but its pretty expensive. They charge extra for every little thing you get done. $5 for this $15 for that, added on the the base price adds up so quickly. But the place looks nice the nails techs are ok they are busy & you don't really get to enjoy your experience they rush to accommodate all the customers. Wish I could give zero stars. My nail tech (Jason) did a fill and gel polish. He got polish all over my hand and fingers and did not polish my nails to the cuticle so it doesn't even look like I had a fill. When I spoke to the manager his solution was to add more polish, which just made it too thick. Manager didn't refund my money and told me it "isn't that bad". Glad I paid with card so that chase will cancel the charge. 10/10 would not go back. In response to the manager's comment. He offered to put MORE layers on my gel nails. Which made them too thick. He offered me HALF a refund via gift card. He wasn't able to get the gel off all over my hands and was unapologetic about my experience. Why would I want to come back and spend more money? read more

I would like to start off by saying this place is VERY clean. My parents moved to the ST. Johns area about three years ago. I actually come very often to visit from New York where we are originally from. And to find a place that can do shape very well is a major plus to me. They do awesome pedicures too... I am the New York picky lol and I was very satisfied. The employees are very professional & make you feel welcomed. The service is outstanding & they take their time. Usually the times I have went(with appointment made) I would be seen as soon as I come through the door. I brought my mother in for her birthday & they took care of her very well. Only 1 start because zero isn't an option. I heard they got better when they moved but that is a giant NO. Paid for a pedicure with a 15 minute massage and got 4 mins of a massage that a kindergartner could have done better. Definitely not worth the outrageous prices they charge. First thing I want to say is I come here all the time and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because not everybody is horrible there some of them are wonderful and they know what they are doing and some of them really care .. But some of them are horrible Today was horrible for me. Wow! This place is insanely beautiful and CLEAN! I came on a Wednesday (no wait). Multiple color options, which was AMAZING. I was a little disappointed on what the basic pedicure consisted of especially since it was on the pricey side. (A lot of places I've been to give you a soap massage AND a lotion massage for the basic pedicure) I felt like the leg massage was less than a minute. The lady who did my manicure didn't clean under my nails before she put on my acrylics, I had to ask her to go back and fix them since you could clearly see the black little spots underneath the acrylic. She also forgot to put lotion after I was finished. But overall, she was super sweet and actually carried a conversation with me. I've been coming to this location for about 2-3 years this time I came in for a fill in and had a nail replaced because it broke off ,she used tools that were way tougher then usual it was hurting while she was taking the gel off from my prior color it seems like her tools were to dull so she ended up using a strong file that felt really uncomfortable and painful but never asked if it was bothering me so I didn't say anything then she used the wrong size nail I'm assuming? the one nail is way bigger then the others I told her twice it looked funny and she tried her best to file it down but when I got home I noticed the nail still looked really chunky and wide and the rest didn't look how they usually do just way to thick for my liking. My nail tech was very nice and she put her time into my nails but I just don't like how they turned out this time.Was disappointed considering all together with tip I spent $160 ( also got a pedicure) the whole process took 3 hours or more I left with more knots then what I came in with.. pedicure was mediocre she didn't put any energy into the massage used the stones for about a minute on each leg for $41 wasn't worth it at all The time prior to this one I came in an hour and a half before close I encountered an employee tell a client she was getting on her nerves , which she repeated twice to the women , the women was very very upset and bothered and no longer wanted her pedicure , managers later came and talked her into still getting it done but I couldn't believe it then the women doing my nails was in such a rush she was grabbing my hands roughly and pushing them down roughly I mentioned to her that I didn't want to come in so late ( because she seems annoyed having to do my service ) but I have a 4 month old and don't get much time for myself to relax ,me and my husband both work , she then made a remark " maybe next time you just shouldn't come in " or something along those lines and laughed joking or not it made me feel bad for even coming in.. She was very bitter .. kept trying to have a conversation with her ask her how her day has been and she was just rude in response. I understand it was probably a long day of work but you shouldn't treat a customer the way I was treated. My best service so far since returning was from Wendy I believe she was very sweet talked to me during the service took her time and didn't make me uncomfortable or in any pain.. Unfortunately after these experiences I booked my next full set at another nail salon . I haven't felt very much well taken care of since I've starting coming back here after having my baby. I'm not sure what happen everyone used to be so friendly and welcoming but things have clearly changed..I won't be returning you guys have lost a great customer. read more

I always have the best experience every time I go. I've had my nails done by a few there, but Linda is my absolute favorite for my nails. Alma is also amazing when it comes to pedicures. And the real kicker was how awful my nails look.
