It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

There's always these huge clearance sale deals that are just to hard to skip. I can find snacks here that are only available in my home country (Hong Kong). They are both super nice, knowledgeable, and engaging. They offer planting tips such as how much plany food or water to add. They have a mini greenhouse inside and they have plants that are still growing. It's really amazing how much knowledge they have. They also host events. I personally have not attended any yet but would like to. They have more info on their Instagram. I really like going when I need to get my mind off things or to buy a special gift for someone. My first impression was that I was walking in one of the Magical Hallmark movies and I found this shop. I explored every inch in the shop since I am fond of unique kitchen supplies, gadgets and utensils. I found them all in this shop.. They have lovely and stunning ornaments too. After waiting for approximately 10 min, the cashier looked at several customers, including myself, and stated he was closed. Very frustrated, I walked to a different line. Since I was desperate and in need of the merchandise, I stayed and waited patiently until it was my turn to pay. My main complaint was not the amount of time I stood in line or the amount of customers. It was the way the closed line was handled. If a line is closed, there needs to be a sign or some indication that the line is closed. A customer should not have to stand in line for any period of time, only to be told it is closed. That's poor management, and customer service in my opinion. During the holidays, Hobby Lobby should have more cashiers. That place is always crowded, and it would be nice to know that you are not gonna be standing in a line for 30 min before you can return or purchase. I

The first thing that happened off the bat was I said hi to the worker who by the way didn't have a name tag. She ignored me which I figured maybe she didn't hear me. Whatever it's fine, later she tells me about the tjmaxx card but I let her know I already have it but as I'm telling her she starts talking to her coworkers on the side with attitude because the machine next to her wasn't working & it kept calling customers up. Once she was done talking to them she mentions the card again and I told her "oh no thanks" she cuts me off and points at me and says "no not you" then points at my sister and says to her "you" that's when I started to feel very upset and dismissed. My sister caught onto it as well. One thing I also noticed is she saw she was out of receipt paper but didn't put any in until once she was done with my transaction so now that I checked the receipt to get her employee number it doesn't have it. Go figure. Once it was my sisters turn to pay her items the girl wasn't looking at us she was laughing with a worker three registers down and she knew my sister had a delicate ceramic item but was being rough with it then when my sister was done paying she handed her the receipt and was about to walk off but my sister asked her if she can please wrap the item. Now the girl wasn't looking clearly being rude she snatched the item and wrapped the item carelessly and handed it to my sister in a very aggressive way then walked away. I had to ask the store coordinator for the workers information and her name is Mason. She's African American female with a neck tattoo & was wearing a low cut grey spaghetti strap shirt with an open button flannel. Very slim figure. I had such a great time Halloween decor shopping with my sister and mom but after that interaction it left me very upset.

However I've noticed since I have had a baby and bring in a stroller, the employees follow me throughout the entire store. Last night was the third time this had happened and this was a bit out of control. I was in the back area and the male associate literally stood next to my stroller the entire time. He literally could've just pushed it. I was on one end and he was at the handles. Just standing there. The entire time. He was pretending to take photos but it was obvious he was just following me. Everytime I moved or stopped. He moved and he stopped. This store must have a lot of theft which is sad. But as someone who used to make multiple purchases in this store - I will no longer be frequenting. I don't know what type of profiling this is. Strangely my other friend with a stroller wasn't being followed. Whether it's because I have a stroller and they think I'm going to dump things in there or what, I'm an adult. With money and a baby. I don't need to steal. But I guess I'm not buying either.
