Husband made a appointment with the friendly office person. Prior to our appointment we talked with Jake to discuss what our wishes were and had quite a few questions for Jake since we were novices in this field. Jake was very very nice and patient with us. We later(after a few weeks) met with Jake to go over our wills and other directives at his office. During this meeting we went page by page through our legal plan. Jake was meticulous, patient, detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. We spent an hour going through everything and he answered every question we had. He was the best when he had to "dumb it down" for us since we did not understand the processes and legalities with AZ law. After meeting with Zachary and going over my needs he advised me of the price for having the documents drawn up. It wasn't low, but it wasn't high either. Sort of the upper end of middle of the road I guess so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I had a follow up visit to go over the paperwork and they said they will reach out to me in a few weeks once everything is filed. All in all it was a good visit, and I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me out of there. For the price they took their time and went over all the questions I had until I was satisfied.
