Dr. Sims has managed to put together one of the best teams I have ever seen in my 25 years of management experience. Everyone is lovely to deal with. It is obvious after visiting a few times that the employees enjoy and respect each other. Not just by helping each other out so that clients do not wait and are completely informed, but wearing a smile and attitudes that they truly enjoy their jobs. They are so cohesive and efficient. I, personally would like to recognize Lauren, Lindsey and Dr. Jenkins. They all treated me with great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy and listen to what I was talking about rather it was related to my treatment or personal. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with this practice. As someone who does not usually like a visit to the dentist, I completely forget my purpose for being there. Some of the pluses are wi-fi, Keurig coffee, cold water and health bars. They also have plush throw blankets if you find the temperature too cold for your comfort.. In addition, my root canal and temporary crowns have worked out well and I soon will be completely pain free with beautiful, new and lasting permanent crowns. I was able to get an appointment immediately. The office is lovely, the staff is friendly and everyone was extremely professional. Since then I have been a nervous dental patient. Dr. Glass did ONE shot with (pre-numbing salve) for each tooth he had to work on. That was a relief. (2 shots/2 cavities) The crown was completed early 1:45 vs 2:30 and is holding well. The other filling was completed while the crown was curing. I also had a broken filling and Dr. Glass made a repair to that as well, stopping a food trap. There are 3 dentists and a multitude of dental hygentists in the office. It is run for maximum efficiency. The work is well done and the environment is as comfortable as possible.

Very professional and did a great job on my root canal. I had a flare up of some pain two days later and had to have the on call staff have my dentist call me. I didn't want to disturb his weekend, but he was very nice. He explained why it might be flaring up, told me what medication to use, including a prescription antibiotic and Tylenol every 6 hours. It worked and I didn't have any more pain. This may be a bit of a detailed review, but I can't stress enough how caring and professional they were. I would go to them again if I had any future needs.

My 18 year old college student recently called me from her dorm literally crying in pain saying her jaw hurt. We got in with our dentist same day and were referred to Endodontic Associates as it appeared a nerve died in a tooth that had a cavity filled a few years back. They got us in within 25 minutes, diagnosed her, and to my great surprise offered to do the root canal the same day. My daughter came out of the procedure saying that it went smoothly and she had no pain or discomfort throughout. She reiterated how friendly, caring and nice Dr. Sparrow and his staff were. He explained everything and even drew a diagram to show my daughter exactly what to expect prior to getting started. She woke this morning to no pain and was back to her typical self.
