We discovered the Bitter Monk through a friend who lives locally. At his recommendation, we visited for the first time about a year ago. This weekend was the third time we've returned. This weekend they were hosting the Wonderland Brew Fest. Live music, at least 30 different brews to chose from, wonderful local pretzel vendor, and a food truck! Absolute heaven! McMinnville is a little piece of heaven just south of Portland... The Bitter Monk makes it just a little more perfect! If you're ever nearby, stop in and enjoy a lovely brew. She has been at this site, the baby of the company, for 8 1/2 years, and it is evident. She knows the concept, the menu and made our experience one that I want to come back for the dinner menu.
