Here is my take on dutch bros coffee vs the siren and even Dunkin. Cons -you are not able to order on the app ahead like their competitors -cant order ahead so you can customize drinks - they dont show you the price of their drinks on the app like the competitor -they don't show you the full nutritional value of your drink when you add in stuff that normally does not come in it -they don't give you a receipt so you can see how much they charge you -their 'soft top' is a joke.... is not thick like the one from Starbucks at all , i order the stop top once and it was just like milk on top..maybe like 2 bubbles and that it, awful -i ask them for extra caramel, they don't add any extra -when i ask for no ice they give me ice -if you are interested in working there they start ya off with $12x hour plus tips vs sbux where is $15x hour,, plus tips,,, i use to work at a drive-thru only sbux and the tips were minimal... started then working at a lobby store and tips have quadruple -con - they don't have promotions or opportunities to earn rewards like sbux does -con - their espresso shots are super weak in flavor compare to sbux, i order the '911' drink from them once and it had 9 shots of espresso... like... why do you need to use that many shots for a venti as a standard when sbux uses less -they do not have tumblers for sale nor are you able to bring your own and have your drink be made in it to reduce waste... you hear that dutch bro.... let me bring me clean tumbler to get my drink -- stop killing our planet with plastic -this one is more like..the same for both/all, they took over 7 minutes to get my drink to me from the time i placed it with the girl in the drive way to when they handed it to me -both places give you a free drink on your birthday pro's -they have way more flavor options compared to starbucks, these include their sugar-free options. -their work environment seems more fun compared to sbux, i work at a corporate store and we have a certain playlist we have to play, dutch employees get to listen to more 'profanity base' music,,, idk if that makes sense but yeah go off sis - you get a free sticker if you buy a drink on the first Wednesday of the month, cool in terms of taste,, i haven't had all drinks from them but the ones i had have been ok, next time ill try to order a 'complicated' drink and test them on that read more

This was my first time trying Dutch Bros, and I'm not disappointed. I've had the Campout Freeze (pictured below) several times in the last month. It's my favorite drink I've tried so far. Think of it like a Starbucks Frappuccino but sweeter and smoother. I've also tried the Iced Caramelizer, which is a solidly sweet option as well. I rated it 4 stars because the drinks are expensive. A small blended drink ran a little over $6, and a large blended drink was almost $9. I would still come back to get drinks again, but for the price, I consider this more a treat than somewhere you would get coffee on a daily basis. Also, you should note that the sizes are unconventionally large. A small cup was the size of a medium or large cup at most other places, and a large cup is HUGE (AKA enough for two people to share). read more

I have ordered the blended caramelizer with almond milk twice from this location. Both times, it tasted like pure espresso blended with ice. No caramel or mocha flavor. Not a hint of sweetness. I know what a caramelizer with dairy should taste like because my spouse gets it. On top of that, they didn't use my free medium drink points and charged me instead, BUT deducted the 250 points. I'll be honest, the ordering process makes no sense to me. People coming out to the cars to take orders seems inefficient and frankly as a consumer I'm confused. Putting that aside, I'm a big fan of the iced tea. 5 stars. The water tastes good, the ice is good. Unlike SBKs, Dutch Bros actually gives you tea, not just a cup of ice with some flavoring. My go to is iced green tea lemonade with peach. It's excellent. Honestly I'd get it more often but the drive thru is regularly backed up in both directions on the street. I luv a good drink from dutch as much as the next girl- but this store struggles to meet the standard. I've been through the line about three times and I've had to wait at least 10-15 minutes each time. The architect who designed the lines definitely was working against the dutch bro agenda because it is the worst line. But that doesn't quite help with the slow drink time and the consistently incorrect drink orders. My drinks has been incorrect 2/3 of my visits and I have seen a few cars circle back on my visits just to get a drink corrected. The vibe for dutch bros is meant to a happy, friendly vibe and all the broistas are either unbothered or overly rushed. I'll stick to my dutch on Cooper for now. read more

They even go above and beyond making sure everything taste good and is presented right. I even had a girl wipe off my cup because it had some extra condensation on it! Both times they've given me the wrong drink and both times they've opened up the second lane and let multiple people ahead of me who showed up 5 minutes after I did. Line was long and the staff is still trying to get the hang of how to manage it, but overall this is a great coffee shop. Drinks were made 100% correctly, and they tasted great! The service was impeccable. The staff took a bit of time to recognize that our order hadn't been taken yet, so they comped our drinks and we were more than grateful. We will definitely be back! I'm very disappointed in the wait on top of that a customer was allowed to cut in front of me and the staff allowed it. They proceeded to wait on the customer with no acknowledgement of me. I had to get out of my car to get their attention and let them know I was next in line. At that point I decided to leave and It was then when they acknowledged me and apologized. I left without being serviced because of the long wait of almost 30 minutes and this incident.. This is NOT good customer service and you need a better way of insuring customers are not allowed to cut in front of others that have been waiting longer.. Your line up system is awful.. This is Mother's Day weekend and to have this experience was awful and definitely unfair to me as Mother trying to support your business. I'm a very unhappy customer at this point and this has definitely tainted my view of your company.
