This place is so cute and tiny. I wish we had one closer to us. I ordered the Pumpkin Chai Latte and it was yummy. I like my coffee black, but this was fine- not too sweet nor too bitter. I taste more Chai than pumpkin, but I love Chai tea so it works out. There's a Dutch Bros in Vegas & I remember them being very very "hyper" in a sense. Same here. The people working here are very nice. They just don't go very fast. I was the third car in line and it took 30 minutes to get to the window and I still was waiting for my drinks. After work I decided to run a few errands and by chance decided to stop at this drive-thru that my nail tech swears by. This is a No-Frills drive-thru place but what stands apart is the customer service. I drove up and let the person at the window know that it was my first time there we talked a little bit about what they offered most standard coffee choices with an array of different kinds of milk coconut, almond, soy, excetera. With his recommendation I decided to go for a simple Americano iced coffee. I started to pass him some money to pay but he stopped me. He explained since it's my first time it's a flexible company policy to let you try the first cup for free. I don't think I've ever had an experience like this before especially when a company knows they have a captive audience. I was so impressed with his friendliness and over all the companies take on getting Customer Loyalty I know that I will be back and willing to drive a little further distance just to get a cup of coffee. The best part is the coffee was really good I had a small with a half and half it was not bitter and even when the ice melted it was still a very good cup. For the friendliness, and the happiness that baristas had I will absolutely come back. My only regret is I don't remember his name to share it with you now. read more

Super helpful staff and the drink they helped me pick out was superdelicious. I went on a weekend after the beach and it wasn't as busy as it normally is. You can turn any drink to be iced, hot, and/or blended. They have an app to help you we the menu and what you want before you get to the don't of the line. Super convenient, since most signs are right at the window. You can drive up to the window or walk up really up to you. Yhey are quick at making the drinks and they make it wonderfully. Must stop in a few times to try all the flavors and if you can't find something, I bet they still could make it. You can customize your drink to however you want it to be. Talk about super fast and friendly service, literally. We were on our trip to Lake Tahoe when my friend decided he wanted coffee from Dutch Bros. I've never had Dutch Bros, but all I know was that they make really tasty and unique drinks. Since it was my first time, I didn't really know how busy it gets. Fast forward to when we got there, it was super busy. Cars after cars came in, it seemed never ending, so we decided we'll just walk up to the store instead of the drive thru. I thought to myself how this was going to take a while. But to my surprise, they were able to accommodate the busy drive through and me and my friends. Also, did I mention it was my first time? When I asked the worker for a recommendation to my liking, they were pretty spot on! I got the drink called Red White and Blue Freeze and it was super good I'm sad I finished it fast. The workers were super nice, helpful, and friendly. A triple threat, so watch out other coffee chains! I love music and they were playing bangers and that just made my first experience at Dutch Bros. really amazing! I definitely am looking forward to my stop with them. 5 stars for the friendly customer service. We stopped here for the first time and were helped by this really friendly guy. He asked for our preference and suggested nitro cold brewed coffee for me hubby. It is brewed slowly and has higher caffeine content. He made cold chocolate for me with extra dash of chocolate sauce. Oh, and he did not charge us for both the drinks as this was our first time. He wanted us to enjoy the drink and come back for more. :) such a great concept. This was my first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee shack. I met very friendly staff who patiently explained their drinks. I ordered a dark choc mocha freeze with cinnamon. It has a special name which I forgot. It was made quickly and as it was my first time here it was on the house! What a nice surprise. They also had dog treats for my Chihuahuas who were so picky I opted for some whipped cream on a lid instead. I'll will be back for sure to try some more fun drinks! read more

I love their coffee here. I usually just get the regular cup of coffee and it is good. The reason why I buy just a regular cup is because a cup is the base line. If there regular cup of coffee isn't good then usually everything follows. But I like they are on point and you can taste the boldness of this coffee. Very strong flavor and really taste that roasted coffee bean. Mmmm! I love it. Oh can you tell I like coffee. Well maybe just a little. The staff is very friendly and are very attentive to your order. They are that friendly that you might just make a friend. But anyways they have 2 drive up windows and a walk up window as well. During the busy hours there will be a line but no worries the line goes by fast. So don't be afraid to wait because you won't wait very long. Their selection is good as well. Whether your day is going great or in a slump, there is no better way to boost your mood than with one of the awesome flavored concoctions served a lot Dutch. Some of our favorites include the ever popular iced 9er, short for ER 911 and the German Chocolate. Other favorites include the Snickers, the Nutty Dutchman, the Ninja Turtle and the White Russian. In addition to the flavored coffees, they make a great Macchiato as well as a potent iced Americano! We travel about 23 miles most weekends to grab a drink and goof off for a bit and usually bring a cold pour home for the following day. What a wonderful experience. I didn't expect Dutch Bros to be a drive thru. I was hoping to get some work done and get caffeinated up. Once I realized working was not in the cards I embraced the Dutch Bros experience. I had heard rave reviews about their coffee so I was excited. There is a drive up on both sides of the little shop. The service was outstanding. Everyone inside was hustling about. Everyone was smiling and having fun and super efficient. When I mentioned it was my first time the gal told me she hopes to see me again and gave me an almost full punch card. This is a good story: I was up in this area for the first time driving around checking out Carson City, the Nevada State capital. I pass by a parking lot that has a hut in the middle with a long line of cars on both sides. I pass it, and then go back to see what it was? It says: "Dutch Bros Coffee." What the hell is that? Is this good stuff? Where I am from, if you don't go to Starcrooks or Coffee Beaners you're an outcast. In the office, if you say you are a Starcrooks person and someone else is a Beaner, they may not treat you too well...it can be personal with some folks, like politics. So I decide to park first and not get on the car line because I don't know what this is or what to get here? I would be holding up cars for hours trying to decide. I studied the menu at the window and I am still confused. I needed a coffee, but I am such a Starcrooks guy I am not seeing clearly on the menu: "Cup of Coffee." Maybe they don't sell that here? They had all these fancy $5 drinks listed. I have not been to Holland so maybe coffee is not in fashion there? My turn at the window, I first tell the barista (Is that what they call them in Dutch land?) that I have no idea what this place is, I admit that I am from LA, and I can't figure out from the menu if they even have a cup of coffee? Can you help me please? She very nicely explains that there are only 2! Dutch Boys coffee shops in Nevada, None in So Cal. And the other Dutch Boys is in the Las Vegas area. What? This Dutch have only 2 stores and I happen to pass by one of them just wandering around! Incredible. She then says, she can definitely make me an ice coffee plain. I feel relieved already--her voice and demeanor was soooo soothing--she set me at ease. But wait! In Starcrooks I always get an inch of Vanilla Soy in my black coffee. No way the Dutch know about Soy--they are probably only going to have milk. The Dutch love their cows. To my surprise, she had Vanilla Soy! A few minutes later, she delivers the cup of iced coffee and I have my money out, but in Dutch fashion she says, "don't worry about it," "this is your first time here and you were confused." No way! Incredible...I love the Dutch! And even more so....I drank this coffee between 2 and 3 PM and it kept me up until 3 am, so I was able to drive from Carson City back to Los Angeles later without dozing at all. 2 of the 3 workers this morning had terrible attitudes. They should not be working here, or at least not on the morning shift. One finished my coffee by layering it this way... first the milk, then very little vanilla, then the coffee shots. So, when I took a sip it, it only tasted like coffee. I asked her if I needed to stir it in order to taste the vanilla, and her response was, "I don't know". And she did not even look at me when she said it. Very rude!! 11:40am on a cold day isn't a good time to train a new employee to take orders. I went to the walk up window to ask if they sold water bottles. The young woman said "yes but we can't serve you at the wall up window, so I got back in the drive through. The line was very long and slow. They weren't paying attention to the line and let it back up into the driveway of the shopping mall. When I finally got up to the drive up they told me they didn't have any water bottles for sale after I waited 20 minutes in the line! The staff was super friendly, with big smiles and positive attitude. They were rocking it hard inside that little house.
