    I really like the espresso roast they use for their drinks. My usual order is a vanilla latte. Just sweet enough, but not too sweet. I like the small, local vibe of this shop. It's not a rush in-rush out kind of place. I think that is the idea of a good coffee shop. You need to slow down for a minute to pace the day properly. I came in about 10am on a weekday. There were a few patrons in the shop doing some work, and having meetings. I was greeted by the barista and placed my order. My drink was ready in a few minutes and it was perfect. I'm not sure why I havent come in before, I guess I was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. This will be my new coffee spot in Incline.

    Yummy iced dark chocolate mocha! I usually have to get half sweets, but here I got full sweet because it was a true dark mocha. They have a fun summer menu too.

    Very cute spot next to the beach. The chair lift seat in the front is super fun and their merch is so so so cute! Will def have to comeback another time when when kitchen is open to try more items. The smoothies also sounds so yummy! I got an iced tea and it hit the spot, very refreshing and great deep flavor. My friend got the iced vanilla latte which I tried and the flavor was also great. Not too sweet and smooth. The service was super chill. Lots of room to work from home or just relax there.

    Service was quick and the food was great, loved the jalapeño cheddar bagel. Plenty of seating and free stickers were a nice touch.

    Yummy! Needed a pick me up after a long day bike riding and at the beach! Super cute coffee stop! We popped in 10min before close and everyone was so kind and talkative and our coffees were perfect!

    Came on a Wednesday morning and had a small line of 3 people. I ordered a vanilla sweet latte and a croissant. I didn't have to wait a long time to get my order. Staff were also friendly. The latte was great, a perfect amount of sweetness and good ratio on the ice. The croissant however was the least pleasant of this experience. Definitely should've chosen a different pastry. Aside from that, this was a great cafe to visit and will visit again.

    Prosciutto & pepper jack Salmon lox Americano Latte

    The americano was a little bit watery, but the latte was good, I ordered it with almond milk and I liked the nutty taste of their almond milk. I think their bagels were better than coffee lol. Good morning option for people want a quick breakfast when staying at Lake Tahoe. The staff was also friendly and energetic, and I loved the atmosphere of this coffee shop.

    This is a fantastic little coffee shop in Incline with a great vibe, killer coffee, super friendly baristas and delicious food at fair prices. I recently enjoyed a bagel with lox and it knocked my sox off (;

    Maple bourbon latte, brown sugar spice latte, peppermint mocha

    Went on a lunch run to pick up some pizzas near by and decided we needed some coffee. This was the closest cafe next to us so we decided to try it out. We got the seasonal drinks which was the maple bourbon and peppermint mocha latte. The maple bourbon was great. We tried the syrup beforehand cause we were a bit skeptical on how it would taste with bourbon. The bourbon and maple flavor ended up being really light. The peppermint mocha was like any other peppermint mocha. It tasted nice as well. The shop was nice and cozy. It was snowing when we went too so the feel of everything was great! Service was excellent as well. We were concerned about the bourbon flavor being too strong so the staff let us try the syrup and gave us advice on the drink. Some staff even made small talk with us while we waited. The whole experience there felt so personal. We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tahoe.

    matcha latte
    Michelle Z.

    Stopped here for coffee/tea on a Sunday morning and it was super packed and busy! Got a hot matcha latte ($7 after tax) which felt a little steep to me, but at least matcha quality tasted good -- fyi the drink was not sweetened. Alternative milk is an extra cost. They had many house specialties that sounded interesting, but my friends tried some of them and didn't think they tasted super different from a normal latte. They also have lots of food options which sounded good. Service was very friendly and they have some limited indoor seating. They were also selling some merch and coffee beans inside.

We decided to walk around the other shops instead, and as we were walking we both looked at each other and said, "Do you smell cinnamon rolls?" The amazing smell led us right into the bakery. We ordered a cinnamon roll to go because we were still full, and the staff suggested warming it up for about 40 seconds when we were ready to eat it. That was the perfect recommendation! Once I got home and warmed it up, it was absolutely delicious. The roll was soft and fresh, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet--it had the perfect balance. My only regret is that I didn't buy more! We'll definitely be stopping by again.

    I've been here many times over the years since they opened, and the owners seem like genuinely nice…read morepeople, which is why I'm writing this review. My hope is that it's helpful because I believe there are some operational and inventory issues that need attention. Their cinnamon rolls appear to be one of their signature items, and they even offer a Sunday coffee and cinnamon roll special. Unfortunately, I've had disappointing experiences on two consecutive Sundays (July 12 and July 19), both at about 9:30 a.m. On both visits, they were out of frosting for the cinnamon rolls. It was surprising since this is one of their signature items and part of their Sunday special. At 9:30 a.m., I would not expect a bakery's signature item to be unavailable or incomplete. In fact, the display case was virtually empty during my visit, which I've included in the photos accompanying this review. On July 12, I asked the cashier if she could find out when more frosting might be available. She went back to the kitchen and returned saying they didn't know. I then asked if I could simply have butter instead of frosting and requested that the cinnamon roll be warmed. My coffee arrived first and wasn't very hot. The cinnamon roll came out unheated in a paper tray with a side of butter. After asking again for it to be warmed, I waited about 10 minutes before going back to the counter to ask about it. It was still sitting in the back warming area and had apparently been forgotten. When they finally brought it to me, the cinnamon roll might as well have been a hockey puck. It was hard as a rock, and the butter that had been placed on top had essentially seared onto the cinnamon roll. It was completely inedible. I've included photos of the cinnamon roll so others can see its condition. What puzzles me most is that neither morning was particularly busy. Running out of frosting once can happen. Running out on two consecutive Sundays at 9:30 a.m. for what's arguably your signature pastry and part of your weekly special suggests an inventory issue. The service problems--the forgotten order, cold coffee, and overcooked cinnamon roll--suggest there may also be some operational challenges that need attention. I did mention my concerns to the staff. They simply smiled and told me that the owners weren't there. I wasn't looking for anything for free or to complain--I only wanted someone to be aware of what was happening so it could be addressed. There's a safety tripping hazard see photo near the large table and I notice a patron who said they have tripped over it. I'm not writing this to be harsh. I genuinely like the owners and want this bakery to succeed. This isn't about one bad experience--it happened on two consecutive Sundays. I simply wanted to bring these issues to their attention because I believe they can be fixed. A signature item should consistently be available and prepared with care, especially on the day it's being featured as a special. I look forward to giving Happy Tiers another try in the future and hope this feedback is received in the spirit in which it's intended. I hope this helps the owners with the best of intentions to correct and cure this. PS I founded and own a guest experience secret shop company serving clients for now over 30 years and reside in Incline Village. Jim www.ServiceScouts.com

I just moved to incline and was very excited to try this place. Walked in ready to get a fresh squeezed juice. I picked up the menu and it was three pages of food and smoothies but no juice. The juice menu was the last page. I asked for a green juice. The lady said it's right there in the cooler. We pre make them. Pre-make? If I want a pre-made juice I could go get one from Raley's refrigerator for a quarter of the price. And why would I tip $ if it's just a grab n go situation? My suggestion is make fresh juices and have the to go as an option for people in a rush. The to go should also be cheaper because it could be from the day before. I'm not paying 11$ plus tax and tip for a juice that could have been juiced yesterday that's sitting in a cooler. Juice bars should always make the customer fresh juices. I walked out if it's in a cooler pre made.
