I've been to many Dutch Bros. throughout Washington & Oregon & Centralia's location is by far the best there is! The workers are always so friendly. They really make you feel that they're not only there to provide you with a deliciously handcrafted drink but are genuinely interested in how your day is going & what you're up to. Never cease to put a smile on my face! They also have quite speedy service which is perfect when I'm on my way to school. Then of course there's the drinks. There seriously has not been a single visit where I didn't leave happy with my beverage & service. Not only are the drinks delicious but I love that if I'm there & want to try something new the baristas/broristas always have a special drink concoction that they've come up with. Overall I am beyond ecstatic that Dutch Bros. was brought to our city & hired on such amazing people who make going there an experience & not just a stop along the way. As a frequent Dutch Bros drinker, I've been to many different Dutch Bros locations. I have to say, the Centralia DB exceeds expectations time and time again! The staff is very friendly and no matter what time I've been they're always putting off a positive vibe. They have a variety of coffee and non coffee drinks on the menu, and are always able to recommend drinks that may not be listed...So if you have something in mind you don't see, you should definitely ask!! Most of the drinks can be done hot, over ice or blended which is nice especially during the summer. I typically drink americanos, but when I want to get a little crazy I'll get a white caramel mocha freeze. Dutch Bros takes milk and espresso and freezes it in a Dutch Freeze Machine, so they don't have to blend the coffee with ice-which prevents it from getting all watery over the time it takes me to drink it! (As you can tell, I am a big fan of the Dutch Freeze!) I definitely recommend the Dutch Bros in Centralia for your caffeine needs-The people are awesome, and the product is amazing! Ill be honest, I heard negative things about dutch bros originally, but decided to give it a try. After I did, I wished I had been going the entire time it's been open. You are missing out if you haven't gone. They will ALWAYS make your drink the way you want. For the special people, try you're drink BEFORE driving away. How are they going to fix it to your taste if you're gone lol. They will literally make your drink 5+ times if that's what it takes to get it perfect. They want the customer to be happy and enjoy their product. Their customer service is always awesome. They have white coffee(it's awesome, and NOT extra $) Hell,they make their own chocolate milk, and DON'T charge for extra flavoring like everyone else. I absolutely love Dutch Bros and it seems like no matter what location you go to the environment and the people never change. I have never really been a coffee drinker until I tried my very first Dutch Bros and Olympia Washington. I have never felt so excited to get coffee before in my life. dutch bros is the best thing to come to centralia wa..not only is the coffee outstanding but so are the baristas...case in point they went above and beyond taking time to listen and offer prayers when i had a very sick friend in bad shape in the hospital no matter who was behind me in line they made sure when i drove away i was feeling better then when i drove up to the window..now thats what makes a great place to come for my coffee i even cut up my other wont mention any names coffee card and never go anywhere else...so thanks to all the baristas especially josh who all were there for me and showed such caring you all rock!!!! read more

Centralia / Chehalis Dutch Bros Coffee is my favorite place to go and get my morning cup of Heaven!! The Three bean blend is amazing!! Every time I drive by my daughter who is 2yrs old points and says, "Apple Juice Mom!!" The crew that works there I have to say are the VERY best!! They are always smiling and having a great time even when they have 4 to 5 cars each side. They take the time to get to know their customers and making them feel like family!! Without comparison, by far the best coffee you will find in Lewis county. Friendly courteous staff will make your cup right every time. No burnt flavor like that big coffee chain serves. I love my six shot mocha, sometimes two or three times a day. Get ten stamps on your card and the next cup is free. Text DBCENTRALIA to 86677 and they will send you messages about specials and events that they host in our area. Collect a new sticker every month, show your support. I love Dutch Bros! All of the staff are so nice and personable. I've been to several in Oregon and I was super excited when one opened up here. They always recognize me when I come in. But I keep them on their toes and never order the same drink twice ;) Jeff the owner is great! He helped me get one of the cell phone cases that I wanted for several months! Without a doubt some of the friendliest staff, amazing coffee and even better they know what i drink and what my boyfriend drinks. They always ask how are you doing and remember random things about you as well. Plus where else can you get a perfectly blended drink and make it as sweet as you want with no extra charge? My whole family is in LOVE with CDB! Their prices aren't too pricy and I graduated HS with a good portion of the baristas that work there so I feel more at ease when they randomly ask me questions while I'm waiting, I kid you not, 2 minutes if that for my order to be handed to me! These guys aren't just my baristas they're my friends. I typically get rebel, which is their in house red bull knock off, in the morning, and a green tea with 3 raw sugars at night. They know mw, and know what to make. The only thing I would change is a drip option, I still frequent Starbucks in the afternoon because they serve drip, and I like my black drip coffee.
