The tea room was decorated perfectly and I enjoyed 99.9% of the food. Everything was put together well and I really felt like we were apart of the Harry Potter world for the afternoon. Overall, we didn't interact too much with wait staff but they did check on us once to bring us more tea as our kettle was empty. I would absolutely go back for a regular tea when it's not the holidays to try more of their food items and service.
