I commonly visit the Dutch Brothers off of Marsh Lane in Dallas. These are seriously the hardest working, positive infusing folks I have ever been honored to meet. No matter how bad a day I am having, their smiles and cheer turn everything around for the better. I am so very thankful for the crew that makes this all happen for every one of their customers. Since my last review we have gone through Mothers day, stickers were gone before our arrival at 10:14, The last 2 months either out before 10am, Valentines promos I purchased drinks for all the kids but promo only gave me 2 packs of bracelets. I have 3 kids. I had already purchased FIVE drinks and the last was the recent dog tags. Out by 9:14! AM (We tried to get there even earlier this time!) so we go over to independence and they have them all day. It's frustrating and it cannot be just me. I do not understand why, when you are very well aware how sought after these give away are. Both for the kids AND the moms who are ignored most of the time. read more

Fast, friendly service with a smile. Great coffee! I just have one request. Please stop giving dogs whip cream pup cups. I visit the local dog park daily and it's very common for dogs to come and throw up their Dutch Bros pup cup. The owner thinks it's funny. My dog rolled in it today and it was not funny. Drinks are too weak or too sweat and knowing how to order to get it exactly the way I like it is practically reinventing the wheel. I'll just stick with what I know. Hello, I would like to let you know that the girl that helped me today is the reason I will be going to Starbucks instead. She had a smile on her face but attitude and the way she spoke to me was very Condescending and off putting to say it as nice as possible. I just left, she was at the walk up window. For the experience people come to dutch bros for she is not up to par.My family and I came in about 11:30 today. We had got our drinks and had to come back because there was barely flavor in our daughters drink again she was rude. We left, got about 20 minutes out of town, and I found out my drink had no flavor at all. Overall, it was just a very bad experience and not worth spending our money on. read more

I recently went to this location and have had very pleasant experiences until today. A young lady on the shorter side took my order outside and anytime I had to add anything to my drink, or when I changed my mind on what cream I wanted she would look up and smile as if she was annoyed. She seemed pretty stuck up. I think what gets to me is that you never know what anyone is going through and if someone gets treated this way when they are looking forward to a positive experience it can hurt. I usually expect more from Dutch and love this stand but I hope she was just having an off day because I felt as a customer that I was a bother. I usually never write reviews, but as a previous Dutch employe I don't find that behavior exemplifying their company core values. read more

I love Dutch Bros which is weird because I don't drink coffee but they have so many other drinks that are delicious. My favorite drink is a snickers frost. I love this Dutch because they are so invested in the community. The staff is amazing and always make you feel important. It looks like such a fun place to work. The lines are usually really long especially in the morning but it actually goes pretty fast. The employees are quick. They always do any excellent job of getting the orders right! I went to the new one in Pantego, Tx and I ordered a cocomo with almond milk. Order was wrong don't know what that was but there was no chocolate or coconut and no almond milk. If I've said it once, I'll say it again, This is the best Dutch bros I've been too. The baristas are all super chill and know their coffee.
