Usually I'm a little thrown off by Dutch Bros because of their "in your face" customer service. Not ideal for a person with anxiety like me, haha. This Dutch Bros is really genuine and I never feel uncomfortable talking to them. They get through lines really fast as well. My husband and I are usually going through the line before a hike and it's super fast. Normally we would just give up at any other stand. He gets a simple americano, and drinks them up, so I'm assuming they're good. I get a keto cold brew which is super convenient because stands/cafes still look at you like you're nuts when you ask for heavy whipping cream in your coffee. read more

My new favorite coffee place! All the baristas are ever so friendly, I have a few favorites there, can't think of their names at the current moment but will post when I think of it! I always get their carmelizer mocha w/an extra shot and it always is delicious! Customer service beyond awesome!! LOVE THIS PLACE! First, let me say I tried Dutch Bros. Coffee because of all the buzz it was generating and I had never heard of them. This place is always hopping busy, so they're doing something right. Their employees are top notch: Helpful, polite, friendly - really nice folks working here. I came here wanting a cup of coffee and they don't serve that. The closest you can get is an Americano or a Latte, there is no drip coffee. I ended up trying a Molten Lava (Mexican) Mocha and it was just too sweet for me. After looking at their menu, I probably won't be back because most of their drinks are too sugary for my taste. They are big on flavored drinks, Italian Sodas, etc. - in hindsight I should have tried the Americano as it wouldn't have been sweet. If you like friendly faces and sugary drinks - you will be a big fan of Dutch Bros. read more

Just stopped here for the first time. So friendly and great drinks! Red haired guy(sorry didn't get his name) helped us and gave us free drinks and our dog a free pupaccino! Definitely made returning customers out of us. read more

If you plan on paying with cash, make sure you receive your change. This is the second time I've gone there and they've tried to take my change as there tip. Good coffee, but horrible customer service. You can tell they aren't being genuine. read more

We are very excited to have Dutch Bros in Everett a few blocks from home. We love the coffee and will keep visiting. But I would love the shop to tone down the music, the giddiness, and the personal questions and focus on getting the orders right every time. There's been some mistake with our order every visit. They are happy to fix it, but it seems like close attention to taking and fulfilling orders and not asking what we are buying at Lowe's, etc... Would be a great solution. read more

What a terrible experience. Not only do they not have anything on their onsite menu. (you have to go online while in line in the drive thru), they didn't have cup sleeves. Why would an establishment that serves hot drinks as their primary option not have a sleeve. No worry, 3 out of 4 of the drinks were tossed before our hands could burn anyway (the 4th was water). Fast, friendly, enthusiastic and charismatic are just a few words to describe this Dutch Bros experience. They are amazing. They always make you feel welcome and like you're one of the gang. When they're busy you have the option to pay in line while you wait so you can just grab and go. Speaking of prices they are also cheaper than Starbucks and have better selections. 5 stars for the coffee and 3 stars for the service. Ok, there's a difference between customer service and cheesy fake over the top. They clearly have a list of questions that they have to ask, "So, how has your day been so far" "So, do you got any fun plans for the weekend" ( it was Monday) "What's your most favorite drink everrr at Dutch Brothers" also, the music is to loud if I have to ask for a straw 4 times before you can hear me. 2 days later we went through a DB in Astoria Oregon and they were great! First timer at Dutch Bros, even though I had one right down the street from my old house. We went here at the suggestion of my daughter, who had been wanting to try Dutch Bros for awhile. This place had a little bit of a line, but that's a good thing, right? The guy taking orders outside was super friendly and patient as we navigated the menu for the first time. Got up to the order window and the lady was super nice and welcoming when she found out we were first timers. My daughters food item was not rung up, so they gave it is for free, even though I insisted on paying. The drinks were delicious! I got a strawberry smoothie and my daughter got a toasted marshmallow Dutch frost. This place was a breath of fresh air from Starbucks. We will be back!! read more

I went in to what was supposed to be my favorite coffee stand but was greet with nothing but blank stares and sassy baristas. They didn't even call me by my name. Trying to brush it off I politely asked for my blended lime raspberry reble. The girl in the maroon with long wavy dark hair walked away saying "ok" and brought me an iced rebel. I politely said "Oh, that was supposed to be blended" the lady at the window said "oh, you didn't say that" although I know I did, they usually know my drink anyway but I asked her to remake it and she did, unwillingly. She snatched out of my hand, smiled and said "Have a great night" very sarcastically. Needless to say I will not be coming back. read more

Dutch Bros. is my coffee joint of choice! We moved to the Seattle area in October 2015 from Tri-Cities where they had 6 Dutch Bros stands within a 25 mile radius!! Needless to say we went there A LOT! When we moved, the closest Dutch was in Lacey and that was quite a drive for us (not that we didn't do it a few times). But we were SUPER excited when we found out Dutch was coming to Everett! We went on opening day when they were giving out free drinks like usual, and the line was ridiculously long! However, they did a great job organizing the chaos and keeping things moving. We got through the line in 30 mins, which wasn't bad compared to how long we though it would take. We have been back several times since they opened, and each time the staff is friendly and inviting. I do feel some of the staff could use some additional training in Customer Service and the Dutch culture, but once everyone gets the hang of it, it will be flawless. Every business has a few little kinks to work out when starting up. In the end, their coffee is the best tasting, the culture is unlike any other coffee stand around, and you are guaranteed to always come across a friendly smile. Rain, sun, or snow they will be out at your car window taking your drink order so it's ready by the time you get to the window! read more

The coffee as always was exceptional, but what really sold my experience at this particular location was the service--in particular the service of a single barista. She was sharp, attentive and probably the friendliest female I have ever come across. There were three cars ahead of me in line and I watched her lean into each one of the them smiling, laughing and making meaningful conversation. As soon as I came next in line she quickly took notice to my GRE practice book and the conversation rolled from there. She explained to me how she also took the exam in order to apply for med school and how she's now happily working at Dutch Bros instead. Regretfully I forgot to ask for her name, but I won't forget how friendly of a character she was to all. I'd grant this over-qualified young lady a hefty promotion or at the least an employee of the month award read more
