After seeing the price for a chicken panini sandwich, fruit (placed in the same box as the sandwich) and drink = 20, I was like hell no I'm not eating here again!! Then when I took a bite of the sandwich, I prayed to the lord for forgiveness (symbolically, I'm not religious). This sandwich was ecstasy in my mouth- warm and moist condiment (mayo and not the standard peso), sourdough that looks similar to focaccia, juicy chicken breast, complimentary cheese and spinach- and it is now officially my favorite sandwich of all time. Whoever made the ingredients, sandwich, bread, etc., made ART. 2/10 for the price but 20/10 for the sandwich alone. I'll just consider the $20 an artists fee and that's good enough for me! read more

I've really been enjoying the quinoa salad at this location and am happy that this place exists so that I can add it into my take out lunch rotation. I've been hoping for some better lunch options around this area for a long time, as there are so few places that can accommodate a vegan friendly diet. Parking can be difficult, although free, and the service is not as fast as I would prefer, but I guess that's probably because everything is made fresh. Service behind the counter has been friendly and I like how you can see back into the kitchen area while they prepare your food. It looks like I can save some time by ordering online via the website. So far the quinoa salad is the only thing I have tried although many of the other salad options also sound appealing. I like that this is a healthy food option and that things are fresh, I am sure many people are excited that its organic. I wanted to try the soup, but they have been out of it whenever I ask. The quinoa salad is pretty huge and comes with delicious avocados in it. My coworkers have reported enjoying the things they have tried as well. I plan to take advantage of the smoothies and coffee on a visit soon. Personally I would love to see some more vegan friendly options, but they did assure me I could remove the dairy from most items. read more

I was very excited to try this deli for the first time. We haven't gone to many restaurants due to COVID and recently moving to the area. First, I would like to say... the menu seems delicious. Unfortunately, from the time I placed my order at 2:15 to the time I walked in at 2:35 (my expected pickup time) I was disappointed. It took quite a long time to make two sandwiches and a wrap, when I walked in there was one person sitting at a table. And two employees (enter issue #2), who were not wearing face masks. One employee had a mask hanging down around her chin, she told me that it was to hard to breath with it on. The other (who seemed like a manager) had no mask and told me that masks don't actually help prevent the transmission of COVID-19... hmmm... ok buddy, are you now apart of the CDC and are able to advise people on these things? Anyway, these people at this restaurant handling your food are not following proper guidelines set by the CDC about reopening during the global COVID-19 pandemic. I wouldn't trust eating here, who knows if they are even sanitizing surfaces correctly if they have such blatant disregard for their customers health to not wear masks? I will never spend my money at this restaurant. read more

Tried this place for the first time today and I'm really surprised by the lack of recent reviews, this place is a little gem for sandwiches. Got the chicken spinach pesto panini and I added avocado- the sandwich was delicious and they definitely don't skimp on ingredients, I got a whole chicken breast worth of meat. The soup of the day was tomato basil and tasted homemade. Also ordered the mango smoothie which was very good. I ordered my food Togo around peak lunch time and the service was fast and friendly. The Santa fe chicken sandwich came highly recommended from my dermatologist so I came here after my appointment. It did not disappoint!

My favorite healthy restaurant in Everett. I love the lunch combo and consider it a good value at about $10. The lunch combo includes a half sandwich or wrap and a half salad. My favorite combo is the nutty mixed up salad (feta, pomegranate vinaigrette, walnuts, slivered almonds and craisins) and the garden avocado sandwich (cream cheese, avocado, greens, red onions and cucumbers). I've also had the beet salad (beets, goat cheese, red onions, craisins and maple walnut vinaigrette. So tasty. The bread they use is from Essential Baking Co and they offer sourdough, multi-grain and gluten-free. My only grouse is that the GF is $1.50 more but it's significantly smaller than the regular bread. Because I only choose GF and don't need it, I choose the glutenous version because it's way bigger. They also have a daily special that looks pretty tasty but generally includes meat, which I avoid. They also have pastries such as bars and cookies, espresso, iced tea, fruit smoothies and juice. I've never had anything bad here. All tasty. The owner is friendly and I highly recommend this place. read more

Food: They place has fresh, yummy food. A little pricey, but that's to be expected with fresh, organic ingredients. They have great sandwich and salad options. I had the club and spinach salad, both were great. Love the pepper jack on the club. I also got a vanilla latte--they serve my favorite coffee, Fidalgo Bay! It's good too. Service/Atmosphere: The person at the counter was new, but a seasoned employee came to her rescue and it worked out fine. I got my food pretty quick. They play good music. It's clean. Local...check Clean...check Garage door opens to the sidewalk...check Smoothies, wraps, panini's, coffee and salads. They have juices but no green juice--just green smoothie. Food is wholesome and fresh, and no weird witty pieces of lettuce in my salad which is awesome because I always check on that. I will certainly return here whenever I'm in the north end. We ate lunch for the first time here today and were greatly impressed by: 1.) The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. 2.) The quality of the main course meal. CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK FOR MANAGEMENT: So why, you ask, did I choose to only award the business 4 stars? Well, when you go to a restaurant like this, you're paying a premium price for essentially just a 'picnic lunch.' You're happy to pay this price, since it's organic, but is it? I could tell that my sandwich was sourced from high-quality ingredients, but the chips tasted like Lays to me. Also, they could improve by complimenting their food with organic (or at least quality/healthy) beverages such as Zevia Soda, Blue Sky Soda, Hansens or at least something like Vitamin Water or Organic Juice. I wanted to like this place. It was super clean, the man behind the counter was friendly and eager, and it has an overall 4 star rating. I have a really hard time giving it two stars but ugh - as nice as the guy was I feel like I was ripped off coming here. I had barely eaten all day and wanted a heavier meal to hold me over before going to a Silvertips game around the corner. Instead of opting for one of their six or seven salads, I went with the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Now this to me is a total misnomer cause I'm not sure what makes it a Santa Fe style sandwich, but okay. It was chicken breast, provolone, avocado, lettuce and tomato with thousand island dressing (which I removed) and a side of soup, chips, or fruit. I had the choice of GF, multigrain, or sourdough bread, and chose sourdough. They didn't have soup available - I was told "Saturday's are slow" so they don't see the point - so I went with the chips. This meal, without a drink, was over $13. I felt robbed then and after seeing what was on my plate I feel robbed again. I know we live in an expensive part of the country but man. $13 can get me a lot of food. That's two big bowls of pho or like 9 dicks hamburgers lol. I would have been happy spending like $8 for this. Anyway I was one of two tables, the other being a couple that ordered stuff to go. The service - again I think because it's a slow day so they only had one person - was incredibly slow. I had time to get water, decide where to sit, go to the restroom, take a selfie (the lighting was really good okay!), play a few levels of candy crush, get into a debate on Facebook, and then finally the couples food came out. My food took even longer. The food itself was bland. Maybe my fault for removing the thousand island dressing but if that's what your dish hinges upon I still think there's an issue. Sure it was FINE. Like what you'd expect if you just had some ingredients lying around at home and made the sandwich yourself. But for $13 I expected more. Also looking at the menu a lot of the stuff was overpriced - $12 for a salad that didn't even have meat on it. $8 for a three ingredient smoothie you could make at home for a third the price. All I know is I could have spent half the money at the teriyaki place across the street and gotten way more for my buck. read more

I was very disappointed in this restaurant especially reading such glowing reviews. I am not sure what everybody was all excited about. My girlfriend and I went there on Saturday after viewing the Eagles and the swans. I had a Creole egg thing. I have to say it was very greasy! The hash browns were great nice crunch on the outside. Also the vinegar-based Creole and garlic sauce was very good . I had an English muffin with it and had asked the waitress to make sure it was toasted well. Of course when I got it it was not. I finally got the attention of the person back in the grill. He came out and look like he was in his pajamas. He's shirt was open at his stomach which was hanging out above his pants which really looked like pajamas. He did take mine English muffin and toasted it to perfection. But by the time I got it back I was pretty much done with my food. I ate about half of it and decided to take the rest of it home. That's when I noticed at the bottom of the menu at said that they were trying to be environmentally friendly so the to go boxes were going to cost a dollar. Are you kidding me you decided to be environmentally friendly which was wonderful. However why do I have to pay for it? Also a dollar for the Box are you kidding me?!?! I'm 95% sure that you buy these in bulk and maybe pay anywhere from a penny to a nickel for them. What a shady practice to try and make extra money from your customers. You also have to pay an extra $2 if you want to split something with somebody. Again making money in a real on-customer service type way. This is one customer that will not be back! read more

My daughter wanted a sandwich so I drove up and down Colby looking for a deli. Everything was closed, which was weird, and then I spotted this place. Sent my kids in to order the food, asked them just to grab me a caprese sandwich, or if they had something veggie to get that. My son called me from inside, excited to say it was an organic restaurant and they had so much to choose from. We ordered 3 sandwiches, which came with a side of fruit. They were delicious!! I am ecstatic to find this place! Our sandwiches were filling, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, couldn't have done it better! I will have to go in next time and check out the menu myself, my son ordered me the veggie sandwich, and when I saw that it had beets on it, I was a bit turned off, actually pulled them off (I thought I got them all). A few bites in, I realized there were more, but the flavoring combo was so good, I put the others back on and finished my sandwich. We were surprised to find that this place had been open for nine months. We don't get to this end of Everett often looking for something to eat but, why had no one mentioned it never the less. The food is fresh and the portions are generous for an 8.00 organic sandwich. We had a chicken panini on whole grain and a club on the same bread.. The chicken on the panini was moist and well seasoned. Several layers of fresh lettuce and a delicious pesto topped it off. I think we detected a layer of melted cheese in there too. The whole sandwich comes with a choice of sides and we chose a salad. Salad was a fresh selection of organic greens. The club was a lunch special, half sandwich and choice of salad. Turkey, ham and bacon were all ample and quite good. The spinach salad had a complement of sliced grapes, mandarin orange pieces, raisins and a sprinkling of feta. Sounds odd but it was good. Delicious! Everett needed a deli like this. My club sandwich was perfect--the bacon was so fresh that it was still warm. I bit pricy but it is because of the quality ingredients. Love all the food here and every one is always so nice. Will go back again and again. Updated: I did have a 5 star but had to lower. Not because of food but because they would not honor our coupon that my friend purchased online. It was one of those coupons that you buy for say $15 online for a $25 coupon but you have to spend $50, So you save $10. (not sure on the exact amounts as it was my friends couple) Even though there was not an expiration date (the restaurant even admitted it had no expiration date) and it was only a few months old, they would not take. So now my friend has to go back to groupon or whatever site she got it from and try to get a refund of the money she paid. That is just bad business, they need to make sure they put an expiration date on these. I would understand if it was just a coupon from a newspaper or something but my friend had to buy the coupon. The food is very good but there are MANY very good places in Everett so we might not return because of this. read more
