I arrived around nine Ish and the staff was not pleasant the gurl who took my order was kind, but the staff inside lacked customer service skills. We ordered two drinks yet one of my drink orders was incorrect. I kindly notify them yet guy at the window was not nice. He had an attitude I believe his name was Jaden.. We waited so long. I decided to ask for a special kind of straw, another guy came to the window and tried to charge me. I understand being charged, but as long as we waited, there should've been some type of compensation, especially due to inability to be kind. This location is the absolute best! I've been coming here since they opened, I'd drive all the way from Vacaville and now from Vallejo to come here. The team is personable, they know my drink order which they get right every time. I've tried other drinks and they all come out perfect. The area is super clean and the drive through goes so fast. The wait time is 30 minutes plus when you order from the app. Customer service was horrible! The team members (young kids) would joke around with eachother and ignore customers. It's finally open! After months of anticipation. I wasn't aware they were even open, until I passed it after work going to the gym. They definitely could have done some promo. The "Now Open" sign is unassuming and easy to miss as a driver. I stopped by and ordered a small snickersoodle hot cocoa...which is delicious and highly recommend. I didn't taste any Cinnamon, though. It was a little wait to order and to receive my drink (there were 4 cars ahead of me). I'm in no hurry and figure with time, they will speed things up and smooth out the kinks. One employee came out with my drink, and I was able to get into the far lane to get around the car ahead of me and head home. The staff was friendly. Drink was good. Ordering was a breeze. I also really like how they do mini giveaways such as stickers, etc. the recent one being a pet tag that says "dutch buddy." I really do recommend joining their rewards program as first time users receive a free medium drink! This is a great alternative to Starbucks, as they offer a more wide selection of many teas. I live Dutch Bros, do it pains me to give this location a two star review. I went on a Saturday afternoon, yesterday and waited 37 minutes for my order from start to finish! At first there was only one broista taking drive thru orders, and then another one came out after 10 minutes. She was friendly and took my order with no issues. Excellent service from her. Sadly, I didn't get her name. Then I had to wait and wait and wait! My timer was running because I wanted to see the wait time. I ordered two double blended rebels, and when I got them, it had already melted on the bottom layer! You would think if there was a back up in orders that the frozen drinks wouldn't be made ahead of time. The worker handed me my drink as she said the order with it clearly not looking double blended. I had no energy to complain with that long wait and me already late to hit the road. I definitely would have mentioned my dissatisfaction,considering the costs, hence this review. Other than this one incident, I've never had any issues, and whenever there was a backup, and if my order was ready, someone would bring it out. read more

I thought this location would get better overtime, but it has not. It's not worth coming here. Every time I come here I do not get in and out of the drive-through in less than 20 minutes. It's frustrating that cars behind me get their drinks before I do when I getting coffee that is already premade. I waited 15 minutes to get cold brew, while other cars got their drinks before me and pulled out when it was obvious that they got there after me in the drive-thru. I ordered, I got to the window today and person confirmed my order that had already been taken and I sat there for another four minutes until one of the employees said in front of me "Wait a minute who's making that cold brew?" And her co worker responded " oh it's the other bar". It shouldn't be like this it shouldn't be that hard. It's faster to go to the park and go to the window. Which I should've done because someone was able to walk up, get a pup cup, and their drink while I was sitting in the drive thru.
