Best experience at Jamba Juice in a long time. All of the staff were warm and in inviting the service was quick. The area was clean. I like that they offer to help me at the register instead of just sending me to the kiosk. I liked that each employee greeted myself and my daughter with eye contact or verbally. The staff here are unfriendly and unwelcoming. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're inconveniencing them just by showing up, it's honestly unsettling. After getting my drink, I asked for two water cups, and a male employee responded with attitude, saying, "YES, BUT IT'LL BE A MINUTE." It ended up taking five minutes. I work in the service industry myself, so I understand how difficult customers can be and how it can affect your mood. But that doesn't justify taking it out on polite customers who haven't done anything wrong. I've been coming here for a few months now, and they have never messed up my order. The smoothies are consistently excellent and always waiting for me when I order online. The staff are consistently courteous and helpful. My one complaint is that the app sometimes indicates that they are not taking online orders, but they are always quick to make my drink on those cases. I'll keep coming back. read more

Customer service at this location continues to go down. Literally the last few times I did an online order at this location it's never ready or they didn't know it existed. It's super annoying because the purpose of putting in an online order is so that it's ready by the time you arrive. They seem to always be understaffed especially around lunch time. They seem rushed and drinks aren't blended thoroughly, still with chunks of ingredients in the drink. Not my preference for a smoothie. Inside is super small like most locations. I only come here when I'm in the area and super desperate for jambalaya juice since it's the only one in Fairfield but my expectations for this place has gone way down. read more

Run down. Heads up, no soy protein. Protein berry workout drink was nothing like I remembered. Sour, little flavor and definitely not sweet.

I came in a few days ago to get my daughter a strawberry surf rider since she loves her "sour lemon with strawberry". I usually use the app ahead of time to place an order, but I wasn't able to do so this time. We get there and it's actually pretty busy with a solid 6 or so people ahead of me waiting for their orders (plus at least an additional person coming in as I see that there is a juice waiting for a mobile pickup order. Since they're busy, I tried using the self ordering kiosk, but I was having trouble getting it to use the reward the I have on my account. After having served a few customers, one of the workers (I'm so sorry to have forgotten her name, possibly Amara or something like that??) anyways, she comes over and comes to help take our order while the other person, Elijah, is taking care of the rest of the orders in the back. She was able to help me get my daughter's order placed, and the. Also able to help the additional customer who had come in after us. They were able to get all those orders knocked out quick, and you can tell that Elijah especially has been working there long enough to have been able to get into a solid groove of constant motion getting everyone's orders ready in time. After not too long pretty much everyone else has gotten their orders and left, leaving just myself and the person who had come in after me. By this time Elijah has all of the orders put together and is just waiting for them all to blend, so he's knocking out some other tasks and getting out cups ready. I wanted to give a shout out to them both, because I definitely came at a busy time and they both had great customer service and a great attitude. When the blender had finished and he was pouring it out, that's when Elijah has realized that he had accidentally made a mistake and made us a large rather than the small that we had ordered. I've been to other restaurants that actually tell their staff to toss the waste, (even had one place throw away a whole massive burrito that came to us and we didn't realize it was the wrong order until we had taken a bite out of it), so I was pleasantly surprised when he admitted that he had made the error, but instead decided to pour the extra into a second cup for us to take home with us, which in the eyes of my 3.5 year old the only thing better than a smoothie in this ne hand is a smoothie in two. Elijah did mention that later that day we would get an email/notification asking us to review our experience, but now that we're 3 days post smoothie and no email yet, I wanted to reach out to give Elijah and Amara (once again, so sorry if I just completely whiffed on her name) props on great customer service and knocking everything out in a professional and timely manner. This location is a "Hit or Miss!" I walked in around 3:00pm, it was not busy two people ahead of me! I walked in stood at the counter and NO STAFF person acknowledged me! I said hello to a customer and her daughter! Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and "nothing!" Both employees were busy, I get it! To stand there, me looking at them, then staring and "NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT!" Then there was another employee who walked out from the back...she went to the sink and started washing! This place is currently hiring! When it comes to places like this most of the time it's the same experience and the product is pretty easily duplicated. I got the apples and greens smoothie with a zinc shot. It was great although not everything was blended. The staff seemed like they were playing catch up to open and get the day started even though it was 11:00am and that could be due to understaffing. The customer service was fine.
