While the drinks here are good, the waiting is not. There has been a mob at the front all four times I've been here. The workers are more focused on getting more orders in vice clearing the mobile order pickup queue. Yesterday, I showed up and had to wait behind 7 people just to get to the counter. The girl 2 up from me was picking up also. She was told she would "be checked in and germt her drink out soon." Next order placed. Then I asked for my drink and she went to get mine and the other. The last time I was here, 22 minutes of waiting after arriving at the estimated pickup time. If the app isn't going to be somewhat accurate, just change to it to "you'll get it when you get it". It's surprising that you must be an "approved employee" in order to open your own franchise location when the place is this disorganized. No separate pickup line, no idea whether you drink is actually ready. No organization whatsoever. One star is solely for the drink itself. read more

The Dutch Bros staff is always welcoming and friendly which goes a long way in my book. Wow! I'm disappointed in these bad reviews because this location is amazing. Long lines mean the product is good so I don't mind the occasional time I run into a traffic jam trying to get my fix! Today 7/13 I had the friendliest check out guy and there was an adorable group of young adults in the window. They all seemed happy to be at work and the guy at the window was super friendly and asked what social media platform I found the drink that I requested. Excellent service and product. The lady taking my order was so nice and helpful BUT the line was not moving. I asked if it would be a while, she said no, it should pick up here in a minute. I said ok then placed my order and paid. Two people left without getting their coffee, mind you they paid for the coffee, it was just taking forever. They have been open a month or so but this long for coffee is not good. The drive through line was so slow, 35 plus minutes, that's just crazy. It was also 11:15 on a Monday. The lady in the window stood and talked to the car in front of me for a while. Then they ask you for a tip. People working here look like high schoolers or just out which is a problem because they can't handle the pressure of the waiting line. Love love this coffee shop. They have an overwhelming amount a drink options on the app and you earn point for free coffee! Love the freezes and cold brews. Coffee doesn't taste burnt like Starbucks. You can customize any drink. If it's too sweet for you just ask for 1/2 sweet or 1/4 sweet to make it less sugary. Customer service is the best and could be compared to CFA. Employees are always smiling and happy to be there. This speaks volumes for how they treat their employees. read more

Not big problems or bad service, just inconveniences that take away from the fact that I go to the drive through purely for convenience. With that being said, if I could give 4.5 stars I would, because the muffin tops are good (choc chip is the best), the drinks are good and the service is wonderful! The "trendy/hipster" coffee shop pricing, I could live without, so I'll just have to keep this place as a treat rather than a daily go-to. Overall, loving the vibe. read more

We waited in line for almost an hour. No one came out to say why the wait was so long. We were stuck and couldn't even get out of the drive thru line. So if there was an emergency, we would be in trouble. When asked if we can be compensated, they said they couldn't do anything for us. We asked for a managers number and they said they didn't have one to give us. The worst customer service ever and horrible experience. And then they messed up our order wrong once we placed it. I've been to several locations, and this location is extremely inefficient. When it first opened it was great, as it seemed to have seasoned baristas from other locations here training. But now it is terribly slow. I understand, from having visited multiple locations, that they seem to have a person who's main job is to greet people at the window. While I think this is a poor decision by the corporation, this location is especially inefficient. Yesterday I sat in line so long that my special needs child had a complete meltdown. When we arrived at the window, finally, the "greeter" talked about the weather and about being short handed. This was irritating as the line was so long. Why have an employee bullshit about the weather rather than help speed up the process? There was a young male barista who was moving quickly, and he looked completely overwhelmed. The process was additionally slowed down by the woman taking orders. She was extremely slow and explained everything she was doing. It felt like she was talking to you as if you were a preschooler new to ordering coffee or visiting a drive thru. She took about 3 times as long to take our order as was necessary. I will say that the staff are friendly, even when they are visibly stressed behind fake smiles, and the drinks are always good. This locations issue is purely an efficiency problem. It should not take 45 min to get a beverage. Also, there are three lanes and they seem to want to close the third, outer lane. This traps you in line so you can't decide to leave. If they switched to middle and outside lane, they could increase efficiency by carry out drinks and finished cars could exit. read more

The young lady taking orders was in charge of all 3 lanes while what looks like a manager(who was holding an ipad) and another employee stood to the side and talked while all 3 lines were long. The manager started telling the girl how to do her job while he stood to the side and didn't help her. It also seems that there are a lot of employees hanging out in front of the building(not sure if this is a team building exercise or not but seemed very unprofessional). I love the drinks and normally the employees are kind. I visit this location often... my biggest complaint that I've had numerous issues are people cutting lines. I waited 20 minutes in line. Then some entitled lady cut me off in the second lane and everyone else who was waiting. I even told the lady taking orders outside uhhhhh you gunna let her cut the line like that after we waited so long? She said there was nothing she can do about it. She offered a free drink and I declined. That wasn't my end goal or solution to the problem.
