After finally trapping the last kitty, I'm getting fixed at Texas Coalition for animal control which is next door; we ran to grab some breakfast while we waited. The place is very clean and the workers were all moving around doing all the busy things. No one really acknowledged us at first and then someone peeped out the kitchen door and asked if we needed help. My granddaughter got the Acia bowl with Nutella. I didn't get anything because there's nothing gluten-Free for breakfast that wasn't sweet. I don't do sweets for breakfast. She said the bowl was delicious fresh yummy and all the good things they could lighten up on the coconut though. Food and smoothies are great, customer service is junk. Waited 5 minutes before being helped. And they took 15 to 20 minutes just to make 2 large and a kids smoothie. Ridiculous. A lady counted a gentleman's change wrong and gave him the wrong amount back and had him waiting. I dont reccomend in Weatherford TX.​ read more

I always enjoy a Tropical Smoothie location. They have fresh smoothies and food. You can see everything being made in front of you. No artificial additives. I love how their slogan is "eat better, feel better". I feel full but not sluggish after their food. They had a good combo where you can get a sandwich and a sandwich or flatbread with a side for only $9. My favorite smoothie so far is the Health Nut. My favorite food item so far is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. I had a discussion with the owner, Dave. He seemed very proud and happy for this location. I love their tropical smoothies there's no question does quality of the smoothies are amazing, but I've got to tell you more often than not, like today the stores only been open for 30 minutes, the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The toilet I will not even describe what was there toilet paper all over the floor trashcan full sink dirty wouldn't wanna go in there if I had to. What's sad is I mentioned it to the little girl and she said yeah my mom was in there earlier and said it was gross. The afternoon shift is supposed to do it obviously they didn't. So why does it still look like that if it look like that when you came in on your shift? I'm a business owner of for companies if somebody had told me that our bathrooms look like that, somebody would be fired! I hope the owner sees this and addresses the restroom situation's! read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Weatherford, Texas

We've ordered from this place multiple times and decided to give them another shot. Each time, we are more and more disappointed. The first few times were during the pandemic, so we understand not having things in stock and items tasting a bit different. This pastime was today, 3/31/23. We ordered directly from their website and thought an employee would deliver the items. If we were going to DoorDash or GrubHub, we would have used one of those apps. The DoorDash driver (Talal) did not pick up all of our order and said that the employees did not put the entire order on the shelf. They obviously weren't all in the same carrying container. He said to call TS, have them make the smoothies, and he will pick them back up no problem. After calling multiple times and being told they do get the drivers' number but will not call him. I was told we could either go pick it up if that was an option we would, or they would refund in 7-10 business days since they don't deliver. Kenzie couldn't give me an amount they would refund and can't email a receipt. I just have to trust that it will be refunded. That or eat the $50 expense. I understand they were in a lunch rush, but we are customers too and should be taken care of as such without a tacky attitude. I have ordered from them 3 times (only because my husband likes their smoothies). The first time my wrap was dry and tasteless, the second time I ordered a bowl. It was 3/4% dry lettuce and 1/4% of everything else. Today, I ordered (because my husband wanted a smoothie) a bowl without the lettuce. My thinking, was they would add the other items to make it worth eating, but NO! The bowl was 3/4% empty. It had a VERY small amount of chicken, black beans, cheese and bell peppers. It was smaller than most children's meals! The husband can go pick-up a smoothie if he wants, but this is the VERY LAST time we will order food from them. I can make a kids meal at home for a 1/4 of the cost!! Not to mention, it was bland and tasteless!! This place needs to stick to the ONE thing they do OK and stop trying to make food....it's crap! read more
