Went in today 6/16/26 about 7:15 there were two girls outside taking orders. The one with the boy haircut was so rude and then when I asked her to input my phone number for my rewards she took my phone number but didn't put it in..I didn't get my points. If these kids are miserable quit..you'll be replaced trust me.. I'm so tired of these rude ungrateful kids. Give these jobs to people who actually deserve them. Quick service and friendly worker! She laughed at our jokes and efficiently served us. We did have to wait a bit at the window, but for a drink like this (hot chocolate with whip), I'd wait 10 years. The chocolate is silkier than a fresh set of luxury sheets, the whip creamier than milk straight from the udder, and the smiles comparable to an orthodontist billboard. Thank you Dutch bros. When this Dutch opened up it was amazing; drinks were on point, baristas kept the flow of drive thru speedy, and lines were manageable. Fast forward to now and I cringe at the thought of going to this Kingsburg location. I drove up a few days ago with one in front of me and I still managed to wait 20 freakin minutes for ONE drink. I am considering calling corporate about this location because it just takes too dang long now. I get being friendly and connecting with customers, but not at the expense of everyone behind waiting to get their drink and head to their next destination. I rarely see anyone outside taking orders anymore. Staff is not up to par because it does not take 6 employees to make drinks. I have even witnessed a few doing dance moves and singing along in front of a camera. Something has to change! read more

I stopped in here on the way home to LA where the Dutch Bros are still only in select areas. The young man taking orders outside was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The girls at the window where I picked up my drink were also friendly and read my order back to me as I got a non-dairy option. The seasonal drinks, cookie butter and pumpkin breve, are both incredible and the service was great at this location. This is the perfect spot for quick pick-me-up. read more

You ever been to an amazing drive thru with great service and outstanding products? This is not it, this is the complete opposite of what I was expecting. The prices were expensive and the drinks which they obly serve were all high calorie and very sugary. What's worse, the drink had an excessive amount of ice that after 6 sips, I was done with my 6$ drink. The drive thru was long and if we would have stayed in the line it would take close to 25 minutes as opposed to parking and walking up to the kiosk. Service was okay but the face of the woman at the front kiosk was intimidating to look at, I couldn't look at it for more than a couple seconds because it looked evil. The wifi sucked and it kept disconnecting but that won't effect the experience I had. The woman made my day worse with her facial expressions. Luckily she didn't act mean but her face said alot about her personality. The parking outside was decent, there were plenty of spots to park because everyone was in drive thru, so that was convenient. The prices were a little outrageous and the dietary information was terrible. Everything was unfortunately close to 1000 calories and no healthy menu. No snacks or desserts seen but the drinks looked nice. The colors were vibrant, but the dietary information made me ignore it. Overall, average. It was the worst experience and worst drink I had if we are comparing to Starbucks, coffee bean and havanna savanna which I discussed in the past. read more

I tried the hazlenut truffle mocha here and it was so good. Everytime I've gone back since then it's been sooooo bad I suspect they're reusing the espresso pucks to save time and it tasted so bad. I went back through the drive thru after I drove away and tried it last time and asked for a remake and it was even worse. Coffee! 2 Small, hot Americanos with almond milk and sweet and los ordered! The worker was kind and wished a good day! There was a long line and it moved at medium pace. They had pretty awesome music playing at checkout! You can tell the workers were dnipyibg Coffees received for tomorrow morning and it has already arrived (4/12/23)! Soo slow.... Dutch seems to have a running theme of progressively slow service. Got offf the freeway around 9:30 waiting 15 minutes as third in line no movement. Once someone came out to take orders she was with one car for another 10 minutes with no movement. She was polite when I asked if I was able to pull around without waiting in line. I left thirsty because they took a ridiculous amount of time to complete any orders. It was disappointing. read more

Honestly, what's the point of having so many employees and not have a single one taking orders? It's an everyday thing and but today really took the cake. Stayed in line for a good 15 minutes waiting for the line to budge but it didn't. Some odd minutes later some blonde girl in a blue sweater waltzes out and instead of taking care of the cars that had been there, she goes to a truck that had just gotten there. Completely unacceptable and rude. They definitely need to get their stuff in order and get better at customer care. I'll definitely be making the drive to Hanford from now on, they're so much better. Horrible Service I came here in the most amazing mood to begin with, did i come out with the same mood that i first had when i arrived? No. The customers were being outrageous. i had my young 3 year old daughter with me and yet they continued to cuss and say absurd things. to make matters even worse one of these kids that i'm guessing are your average weird smoker kid said something that's quite inappropriate about my daughter thinking that i wouldn't hear. They go out of their way for all their customers--even the rude and entitled ones! They are never short on drink recommendations, are always incredibly friendly, and somehow keep the line moving smoothly even in 109 degree weather (that's right--109 degrees)! 10/10 Recommend! Great drink options! Excellent staff! Awesome experience! Only suggestion: Pop-ups or umbrellas or something to provide shade for the workers. Even with 30 minute rotations and ice vests, the direct sunlight and lack of shade in excessive temperatures poses an increased risk for heat injury. Help them help us! read more

Driving to Los Angeles from Sacramento, naturally, I would stop for a coffee. locating on Highway 99, which thousands of cars are traveling each day, one would expect that they would provide access to the restroom . Well, have no worries. There are no restrooms for people, but plenty of wall and floor space for dogs to pee on. Waiting for coffee at the bench was very unpleasant. Tu was standing outside in the heat taking live orders for whatever reason and it was our first time to a Dutch Bros. He explained the menu and dialed us in with exactly fit our taste and our situation, driving for another 4 hours. As a former dutch bros employee, i'm extremely disheartened to give this stand a bad review. However, after both of my visits here these past 2 weeks I feel it's necessary to ensure better future service. Both times we waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. We did not have our order taken until we were 3 cars away from the window. Both employees we came in contact with while ordering and at the window were extremely disinterested in taking/receiving our order. I have been a DB follower for many years now since I first tried them in LV. So now that we have quite a few in the CV I look forward in trying out the new ones. This DB was a little bit of a disappointment since they don't seem to follow the same outgoing and friendly vibe of the other DBs like Fresno and Visalia so to not have someone chat it up with us at the window while I waiting for our drinks was surprising. The management at Dutch bros Sunday December 26 @ 2:10pm was just awful. There were 5+ workers inside while just one worker was managing the drive thru. She was servicing as many vehicles as possible while customers were honking and rushing the left hand lane. I walked up to the window and requested that the one employee receive help. I told them that she was doing her best, but couldn't be expected to stop cars from cutting off the right side. Another female coworker came out 5min later to speed up the left hand side. Dutch Bro's is one of the most incredible and affordable coffee joints in Kingsburg ! the service is always quick and fast and'll have you out in less then 8 minutes, the runners and servers are always so friendly to the customer! I have yet to come in contact with a bad apple, one thing I wish I could see more of is promotion of their stickers, merchandise and any other edible products other than coffee on the menu, I think it'd also be nice if you could to supply your workers with an umbrella on rainy days, hate seeing that one retainer girl that takes my orders standing out in the pouring rain! read more
