Absolute slowest location I've ever been to. Consistently the slowest. Like DMV slow. It's not a drive through it a full on time to reflect.

Ruben was so so nice in the drive through line. I bring my dog here all the time and he was the first to say hi to her. He had great customer service, chatted a bit and still got my order in in a timely manner. 10/10 ! read more

EVERYTHING! Customer service is horrible in this location! We've been to a lot of Dutch bros and this one has been the worse one so far. The employee who helped up through the drive thru was so disrespectful and rude! On top of us having to wait more than 30 minutes for our 3 drinks they messed them up! After asking for her name she refused to give it to us so I proceeded to ask to speak to her manager to which she stayed quiet and another employee stepped in while the first employee took a step back and gave us multiple dirty looks. read more

I went to Dutch bros around 8:30 on 11/20 was very excited to grab a drink, this happened so long ago but the memory is still lingering. She is this blonde girl that I never really seen before and she truly killed my vibe that morning. I thought this place was known for their happy-go-lucky workers but this girl had no sparkle in her eye and she drained my too. I wish there was another Dutch in Sanger because I hate feeling like I will have to see her again. No have a good day, no how are you, nothing. When asked for my order she said "okay what do you want?" like dang girl I just woke up why all the stank? It was too early for all that attitude. I should've written this when it happened, but I decided to let it go but as I went there again, the attitude remained so I decided to write about my first unfortunate encounter with this girl. read more

Everything I go there it's been awesome yesterday was a bad day for our family so we went to get drinks to do a little pick us up thank you to the baraists working yesterday we need to go back and try the different drinks especially to the one lady that has been super nice to my son that has austim. read more

I give them props for reading the bad reviews and upping their game. The drive-thru line seemed to be very speedy and there was someone standing outside taking orders. We went up to the walk-up window just in case, and there was no line and the girl was fine and they got our orders correct. They even gave us cute little stickers! read more

1/14/23 Getting coffee for breakfast tomorrow. 1 small & 1 medium coffee ordered with almond milk and 2 Splenda in each. The worker was kind. Long line.it moved at a pretty slow pace. A bit of a wait. Next day! Got breakfast ready per usual! Coffee heated! My coffee was really good! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have hers. Good service and coffee! This place takes forever. Everytime. Even when the lines are short. They have a thousand employees but take 20 minutes

I've been to this Dutch Bros location a few times, and the service is consistently slow. This morning, I waited around 15 minutes in the drive-thru for just one coffee. I even tried getting out of the car to order at the window, but the wait was just as long. Unfortunately, the slow service has been a pattern here, which is disappointing. I hope they can work on speeding things up. I don't think I will be back, there is a faster options elsewhere. read more

Your Dutch brother app says that it opens at 5, I sat in the drive thru for 15 min while the 2 girls gave me dirty looks and giggled. Maybe fix your hours if you don't open until 5:30, or have the common courtesy to tell someone you don't open yet. Never again will I visit this Dutch brothers. Trash read more

I used to order Dutch Bros online. Nice to see one here in Sanger. The drive through was fast. I had hot chocolate. Dutch Bros Hot Chocolate is quality stuff, which is why I was ordering it online. But now I just pick up Ghirardelli's which is right by my house. But I digress. Very friendly service and good drinks. I'll be back next time I'm in Sanger! read more

The service isn't always the greatest, particularly one employee who has no customer service skills. Usually I won't comment but today I found white stuff in my drink after it melted. Either the machines aren't cleaned correctly or they put something in the drink. I won't be going back to Sanger Dutch. read more

The staff is very friendly. The drinks are delicious. They have a huge menu to select from. Definitely feel that it's better than Starbucks.

I love Dutch however the SANGER CA location is the worst Dutch bros in the valley by far & has the most rude employees !!! I literally ordered a few drinks and they forgot one of them. I told the worker and she said that their wasn't a drink missing when their was and I paid for it so I was mad going back and forth explaining to her that I paid .. and she wanted me to pay for it again when I told her I didn't receive it but I paid for it in the first place she was rude and arguing with me to the point she mad me so mad I wanted to cry of frustration I got in line and paid for my drink again .... I can not believe I had this experience it's so sad that these workers treat ppl I also work in retail for a corporate company and this would not be tolerated I ask to speak to a manager and did not care to tell me her name or anything I will be calling back tommorow to file a complain . Dutch Bros fan here, but I don't know what it is about the Sanger crew but they just don't listen. Recent visit (earlier today) I told the girl taking my order, as well as the cashier, that I have my free drink reward. Girl asked if I'd like to pay for the app only to answer with "I have my birthday reward". Visiting Sanger over the holidays we had an opportunity to try Dutch Bros for the first time. We got in the slow-moving drive-thru line and when we finally inched up to the menu we noticed it had only holiday/Xmas stuff on it. There were no regular coffees, lattes, or espresso drinks listed. Since these are what we wanted to try we had to wait in the long drive-thru line for nothing. It seemed odd to us that Dutch Bros doesn't serve coffee since it calls itself a coffee place. Don't ever go here on a Sunday. The drive thru line seemed reasonable we were actually waiting right when you enter & about 12 cars were ahead of us. We seen worse elsewhere. But!! There is no one taking your order outside to expedite the service like other Dutch bros! Once we figured it out it was too late & we were trapped in the line for 1 1/2 hours!
