Customer service was good here. I asked for 75% sweet on golden eagle, annihilator and latte. They actually don't make their drinks too sweet so next time I will try original sweet the drinks are more on the creamy side which I like. If you like more bitter then golden eagle and annihilator won't be for you. Out of the 3 I like the golden eagle the most. read more

I was here the past Saturday and Monday, at about 1:30 p.m. each time, and the line was short and moved quickly. Today, the car in front of me ordered a ton of stuff, but since I only ordered a large Rebel (kiwi/strawberry/pineapple -- ice-cold tastiness!!), one of the broistas walked it out to me and I was able to head out using the "escape lane," instead of waiting behind the other car. Nice! The broistas were friendly and handled my drink orders quickly (the day before, I was the car with the big order). Three drawbacks: the broistas can be overly chatty at times; the music is loud at the pick-up window; and on Saturday, when someone else used the escape lane to go around me, I was also ready to leave, and it made for awkward maneuvering. Still, great drinks! Looking forward to heading here again! I downloaded the Dutch Bros app today, so hope to be earning points toward free drinks soon. read more

I love this place. The coffee's great, the app is great. The fact that they take your order early is great and you can pay. It's great except when you get to the window. You still have to wait almost a minute and a 1/2 because there's too much chit-chat and not enough work. Both times I came recently was the same situation. We always love going to Dutch Bros when in the area but had a terrible experience tonight. I loaded money onto my app and saw that my card was charged immediately. After paying, it showed that the money loaded into the app was used, plus 2 dollars extra that was not apart of the charge. When we pulled up to the window the girl working scanned our app again and told us that it did not go through. We showed our point history and the charge on my card to show that the money was received by Dutch bros and the manager Andie said that she couldn't not see the payment on her end and that i would have to contact customer support for a refund even though it showed on my app. She then said we would have to pay for the drinks again, making it so that we're spending 46 dollars on two coffee and two muffin tops. Even though our were drinks were just sitting there she said that we couldn't have them without paying again Clearly it did charge my card otherwise she wouldn't have encouraged me to ask for a refund so I was a little confused as to why after waiting in a long line and paying that we couldn't receive our drinks. We just ended up leaving and then eventually going back to the window after our drinks had been sitting for a while to ask if our drinks were gonna go in the trash if we could please have them. The original girl helping us decided to give them to us but The assistant manager Andie(I think that was her name) was not helpful and it was disappointing to have terrible customer service at this location when I always have a good experience at Dutch bros read more

When I pulled up to the windows the guy that was making drink talking loud and frustrated saying to the guy he was working with that my drink has too much sugar and bad it is and I was 5 ft. 4/5 STARS Order: Annihilater, Golden Eagle, 911 This was my first time trying dutch bros and now I understand what the hype is about (I think?). The breve beverages are similar to an iced latte, but are much creamier in taste. My favorite of the three drinks I ordered was the Annihilater, a chocolate macadamia nut breve. It was a bit hard to individually taste the macadamia nut and the chocolate, but perhaps it was still the mix of the two that made this drink really good. Obviously I'm sure they use artificial flavors in their syrups, but I didn't notice any off-flavor or aftertaste that was unpleasant. The Golden Eagle is a solid choice as well, how can you go wrong with vanilla and caramel? The 911 was a but questionable for me, as I found that the irish cream wasn't strong at all. This drink ended up just tasting like a creamier caffe latte. I wish they had added more irish cream flavor, to counteract the many shots of espresso in this drink. This location has some outdoor seating and drive through, but no indoor access. There is plenty of parking all around, and there is usually a line for the drive through. The cashier was really nice and I had no problems with the service and getting my drinks in a reasonable time. I wish there was a dutch bros closer to the LA area!!! read more

This location has the worst customer service ever. My fiancé and I ordered a large carmelizer and a regular coffee. When we got to the window they had a specialty drink instead of the reg coffee. When we told them we only wanted a reg coffee and a large carmilizer. The guy seemed annoyed when he said that would be an Americano. So he took the other drink and gave us the Americano. I asked if the price would need to be adjusted and he said they were the same price. We were there again yesterday and ordered the same thing and of course it was not the same price for the Americano from the day before. I love the coffee at all locations. I really hope they get the customer service back to what it was before. read more

So much better than Starbucks. Drinks are made consistently the same. The coffee doesn't taste like burnt butthole. Now for my rant on my only complaint and it's not the fault of the business. There are three things that can't exist in the Antelope Valley. Round abouts, "night clubs" and two separate lanes at any type of drive through. A large portion of the residents lack a level of decent that make this things overly complicated. You'd think in a first world country people would be pretty cool and understanding about someone who was in either line before them they should probably let that person go ahead of them go first. Instead these people who lack any level of decency will see a shorter line and even try to argue with other customers about which order they should go in while cutting that person off. I always get a cocomo every time and they must have changed their recipe or they are skimping on the way they make things nowadays because it was very bland and I had them remake it and still the same thing. Won't be back. I hate Starbucks, but looks like I'm returning back to them. Their drinks are at least more flavorful when you modify their drinks. They put two spoons of chocolate milk in this drink, instead they need to be adding chocolate syrup. I just moved back here from Arizona and never had an issue with the way they made their cocomo so maybe it the employees making them. I don't know, but won't be wasting anymore of my money there. Every single time I go to Dutch Bros in Lancaster, the staff recommends a different drink and they do not disappoint. The menu can be overwhelming but anything you get will be great. My personal favorite is the OG gummy bear rebel drink. Their drinks are extra sugary so if you don't like it that way - just ask them to tone it down on the sugar! read more
