Every time I've been here unfortunately it's always been less than good service. Every time I've stopped by I feel like I'm bothering the employees, especially if I'm ordering at the window. The most significant visits I remember was when I walked up to order (during New Year's Eve or day, one of those) I guess they had closed early and stopped taking orders which completely fine if the employee at the window had told me this. He was speaking to a friend that was behind us and waiting for their order and not once did he acknowledge or inform us they weren't taking orders anymore. We stood at the order window like idiots for about 5 minutes before finally a manager let us know. Nothing wrong but the employee could've let us know they were closed. Another time I did mobile ordering on the day of a sticker launch and when I arrived, they informed all of us with mobile orders that they would not be making them because they had too many orders to do. It would've been nice had they shut down the ordering system so we would be aware. Not to mention drinks always taste watered down. I definitely think they need more training. read more

Parking is a joke. The employees park in the customer lot. Management should have them park in the back lot not their customers spots. Stopped going here. Also SLOW AS HELL TO GET YOUR DRINK. No one is in a rush here. read more

Been going to Dutchbros ever since I tried it. They really make you feel like family here and encourage you to customize your drinks the way you want. Although there still fairly new in the area, they have been going far beyond any other local coffee/ beverage places with what they have to offer. I just wish other customer would realize that they thrive on our contributions and it is imparative that we be patient with them especially in the sometimes long lines/ busy days we come for our caffine/non caffine fixes. Their coffee and blended Rebel drinks w/ soft top and a muffin tops to snack on can take my money anyday!! read more

Okay came to this location for the first time the other day and the experience was so great. Came today and the girl outside who took my order was so sweet however forgot to add my soft top to my drink which was totally FINE. I get to the window the girl working at the window (brunette with blue eyes) was rude off the bat didn't say hello, had the meanest look on her face like she didn't want to be there, I told her I was supposed to have soft top on it and she takes it back and gave it back to me without saying a single word. I said "am I good to leave now orr???" It literally only took 15 seconds to make why are you mad? If you can't even put a fake smile on your face or be friendly to customers, you shouldn't be working customer service, period. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Their drinks are good but the lines are always way too long. If you have a lot of free time come to this location but if you're on a time crunch I recommend going to the other locations. read more

Great drinks but that drive thru brought me here. Two huge lanes. When there is nobody in the right, and 4 cars in the left, you are hit with the decision every time to either take your place in line or cut every one off and be THAT PERSON. And there's never someone out there to watch the order or to hurry it up. We all hate that ultimatum. Please change it up. read more

The Salted Carmel Protein Latte is actually to die for!!! My husband & son swear by the nitro cold brew. I have taken a sip and it is very creamy-even black with no cream. If I need a jolt pf caffeine I would definitely order one. My son said how good the Salted Caramel Protein Latte was so I tried it. Absolutely beyond delicious! The perfect combination of creamy and sweet with the caramel flavoring but nothing is overwhelming or too sweet. And let's not forget the staff. I have never been to any Dutch Bros that the staff isn't extremely pleasant and personably. Very friendly, they make wonderful suggestions and are super efficient. Our only regret is the closest location to us is 67 miles from our house. We always stop at the locations in Lancaster on our way to & from Mammoth and in Oceanside to & from San Diego. If I can give a lesser rating I would. This location is horrible!!! Poorly trained workers which leads to long wait times. The other locations are better organized and wait times are always shorter. Avoid this location unless you have an extra 30 minutes to waste in line. read more
