Thank you to the Dutch Bros Lodi team for the wonderful hospitality! I love how this store is one of the many stores that I found to have a storefront. However, do not be fooled -- the front door isn't always open, so it's best to go through the drive through. I got my usual Golden Eagle from this store, and to be fair, they made it absolutely very creamy to the point it didn't taste like coffee -- it tasted like an absolutely good version of a latte. Overall environment was well maintained as well. This could definitely be a good stop if you're heading up to Sac and not wanting to drive the other way through the valley :) read more

I frequent Dutch bros and had only been to this location once before but will not be returning! The locations in Stockton are a much better experience. I don't know what it is about this location but even though they are not as busy they seem as though they are in a rush and don't come out to take drink orders but get their orders through the window. (At least when I've gone) I came on an evening to get a cold pour annihilator. I do get a couple modifications to the drink - one being oat milk. When the barista was taking my order she was talking so fast and kept asking is that all? I felt super rushed to place the order. Either way, my drink was Handed to me and when I asked " it's with oat right?" She said "no, that's why I repeated it to you 3 times. " In my mind, I was like girl you talk so fast and that's stressful to the customers! Anyways, she said she would remake it and had the drink for like 3.5 seconds out of view and handed it back to me. I just threw the drink out and went to a Stockton location. As I drove off, I heard her complaining about having to remake it. lol very poor experience but all the love to the Stockton locations! They are always so cheerful and have great service which is one of the reasons I still go to Dutch Bros. read more

The overall appearance wasn't very inviting, and the customer service needs improvement. The young lady with red hair didn't greet us at all... something as simple as "hello" or "good afternoon" goes a long way. Maybe even politely asking us to pull forward? How have I not reviewed this location yet? I stopped here last night to grab my favorite drink, as I do, and the staff came out immediately to greet me and grab my order. When I pulled out my wallet to pay they asked about the app and I grabbed my phone so they could scan me real quick. Then the young lady asked if I wanted to use my birthday drink, which I had completely forgotten about! So of course I did! It's such a sweet little thing that they do but it makes a big impact on your day. I had my dog with me because we had just come from the dog park and when we pulled up to the front they asked if she wanted a pup cup. They gave her whipped cream in a little cup and even put a doggy bone treat on top. Then handed me my free drink with a smile. Don't get me wrong. I come here anyway but my visit yesterday was such a pleasant reminder of why I do. The staff here is always friendly and super efficient and I am so glad we have this location! read more

Had a free drink, got a latte. Dutch Bros has the best coffee of all the major three here in the west coast. This location seems to be targeting drive-thru. Long time to be acknowledged at the counter but when we were the team was friendly. DB doesn't have zarfs so they usually give you an extra cup, had to ask for one. This location is the absolute best! Each of their employees are so amazing and sweet. The employees have literally made our day more times than I can count, just with their little acts, such as writing have a great day on our coffees. Highly recommend this location as our coffees are always delicious and the employees are uplifting and happy! Typically we get a sugar free golden eagle, which is perfection. I'm going to get straight to the point: this location has seriously gone downhill. Half the time, the drinks are made wrong...either because the staff can't hear customers at the window, or the music inside is so loud it drowns everything out. Here's a suggestion: save yourselves the cost and hassle of remaking drinks by turning down the volume and having your staff focus on doing their jobs instead of turning the place into a nightclub. When I'm paying nearly $8 for a cold brew, I shouldn't have to wait 27 minutes and still receive the wrong order. Do better. read more

I was so bummed! I don't come here often as we don't have any in the Bay Area. I ordered what I thought would be a great tasting coffee drink but ended up tasting like iced cold milk, barely any espresso taste. I ordered an annihilator. I blame myself for not being more aware of the ingredients or asking. I was also surprised the barista didn't ask me what kind of milk I wanted, I only drink almond milk but I think I was given whole cows milk- not my fave. I was super excited to come here after I've heard so many great things about Dutch Bros. I ordered the hyperchrome green tea with light ice while my friend got the double torture with light ice. Drive through went pretty fast, and the worker was friendly. The place looked pretty new from the outside as well. My main issue with this visit was the fact that my drink was basically a cup of ice with some hyperchrome tea. My friend's drink did have light ice though. Knocking points for ice inconsistency, but it seems like the other Yelp reviews are pretty accurate in terms of heavy ice lmao read more

Dish Brose, for the most part is another spot that I think of as a treat for myself when I do visit because I do not go frequently. Of course one of my favorites here is a picture. Perfect blended with all of the fixings. One other time I've had one of their Lemonades. Majority of the Dutch brothers that I go to have pretty cool service a lot of the younger crowds assisting the customers having that outgoing personality and then you get up to the window you catch the vibes of the music playing and the crew on the inside, making the drinks and having fun with it. I saw no line in the drive thru so decided to give it a go. There was only one vehicle ahead of me but it turned out to be the friend of the barista taking orders. So they just sat in line talking and the employee got down on one knee to take the time to talk. Eventually another barista came out because a long line had now formed in the drive thru. After moving forward the next barista at the window decided to take some time to chat to their friend in front of me. Their drinks are just too good! We go here way too often for our own good. We normally order their Frost drinks. My two favorite frosts are their Cherry Blossom which is white chocolate, and cherry and their Trifecta which is caramel, white chocolate, and dark chocolate....so good. I personally think their drinks are way better than Starbucks. The staff are always very friendly and our drinks are ready as soon as we drive up to the pick up window. I was ordering earlier today when I stumbled to a long line that exceeded the parking lot.Keep in mind it is almost 100 degrees, and yet they only had one poor employee taking orders for everyone. From most Dutch Bro's I've been to, including this Lodi location, when lines become long you would think they have more than one person taking orders, yet after driving through to see if they added anymore employees to help, it was still the same one employee taking orders. I noticed today they have their pumpkin back and I'm so excited that this year they finally have it in sugar free!!!!!! Walked into the lobby at 4:35pm because couldn't fit into the reduced area of a line outside with my car. Sometimes we order drinks that other locations know about without any question and get confused at this one but they always make it work. No biggie! The only reason I took a star off is because the parking lot situation is a nightmare figuring out where to drive in line. Sometimes they have it set up a certain way where you drive in the line right through the parking lot not in any other businesses parking stalls way or they have you wait in line that is blocking main aisles and people trying to get in and out of the parking lot are going wrong ways due to the line (sorry if that's confusing)...other DB locations have their parking lots set up one way and only one way so you know what to expect. I recently moved to Lodi and had never been to a Dutch Bros. before so I wanted to try some of their single-serve cups to use in the Keurig back at my house. Kimberly L was the employee at the window whom I spoke with. I asked Kimberly if this product was in stock. I not only had to describe it in great detail because she had no idea what I was talking about, but I also had to explain that the reason I was asking if this product was in stock was because I wanted to purchase it. Kimberly seemed nice but was either high on marijuana or autistic and unfamiliar with how social situations work. She also did not know about the products she is supposed to be selling. More training for Kimberly is needed. I give 3 stars for the coffee but 2 stars for customer service. read more

The first time we ever had a Dutch Bros Coffee was up in Oregon. Can you imagine our excitement when we started to see these businesses popping up all over the place here in the Valley? If you like a huge selection of flavors, this is your place! I am a huge fan of the frozen/blended coffee drinks, so this is definitely a place I would highly recommend to anyone else in that boat! The flavors are almost endless...though one thing you may want to do is to look up their menu online. The menu they have outside of the drive through is limited to only a small selection of their more popular flavors/drinks. And the only real negative I have is that we just went by here for the first time in quite a while, so when I went to order my Black Forrest frozen drink, the gentlemen had to break the bad news to me...they no longer carry the cherry flavored syrup! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I was able to pick a different coffee rather easily, but that Black Forrest was my ABSOLUTE favorite and it breaks my heart that they no longer carry the cherry flavor! I hope that the worker took my recommendation seriously when I told him to tell his boss that they NEED to bring that flavor back! But all in all, this is a great business with delicious drinks, decent snack foods, and what always seems to be very happy and friendly workers! Hands down I will take this over any other coffee company every day of the week. The staff is super friendly and super professional, the locations are always extra clean along with a fact that they are beautifully managed, they have some of the best staff you could possibly have in this type of setting everyone is always happy and glad to see you and they have a great tendency to remember you and what you drink. I would definitely recommend anyone who has not tried Dutch Bros it is definitely a must tries I am a 100% positive that you will ditch your other coffee companies to stick with this company because they will always make your days 100% better than how it started. A really important factor for me is that the drinks are always the same they never vary in taste, texture or flavor or in any other way. other coffee companies I have tried their drinks change taste based on what time of day or who is making them that is a problem you will never have with Dutch Bros and that is something I appreciate greatly. The folks in the Drive Thru lane said they don't have them but I'm stuck in the drive thru lane so I thought I'd ask at the window. I told the young woman in the window that the folks outside said they don't have them. She tells me those folks are new and don't know anything. Who's training these folks? And shouldn't someone train this person not to say things like that to customers? I told her I wanted 2 boxes but to please check the expiration date since I had previously been given expired products at this location. She was gone from the window for a bit and when she returned, the expiration date tag was picked at and then finally she just took a sharpie and crossed out the date so it couldn't be read at all. I questioned her and all she said was, "Your fine" like she was doing a JEDI mind trick and just waved me on. I didn't want to deal with her and hold up the line so I parked and walked in to ask for different boxes. The boxes they had were filthy and had an expiration date of 08072023 and I was purchasing on 08032023. I asked for a fresher batch as these boxes were close to expiration and they were filthy, covered with dust but that's all they had. I sent a complaint comment to Dutch Bros and they responded with "Please know we take the cleanliness and sanitation of our shops very seriously. We truly appreciate this feedback as we ensure we will be reaching out to local management to address this issue at the shop. They will make sure this is handled immediately and appropriately." They gave me a little gift card too but no comment at all about how they try to sell products that are near expiration and when asked about it, they cover it up with a sharpie and just say, "You're Fine" and hope you leave. Just be careful of this location where training is suspect, the location is dirty, the products are old and as it gets close to expiration, they cover it up with a sharpie. Food and beverage locations should have inventory control procedures to make sure products are fresh and the locations are clean! As filthy as these boxes were, I hope people don't get sick drinking the coffees. read more
