If you know me I'm a local coffee lover now matcha so I'm trying out all the places wherever I travel. This was such a cute coffee shop. I came for matcha this time around and they were sold out so ergo the 4 stars however the alternate choice of iced biscoff latte was perfectly balanced with sweetness and coffee flavor. A great bff date to say the least. But loved how photo ready this shop is and is decorated so lovely would come again and hopefully try their matcha or other coffee flavors . There is plenty of seating inside, and absolutely loved how they had coloring books available which was perfect for our kids while we waited! The menu has a good variety and I liked all their specialty drinks, especially the strawberry ones! I really enjoyed my strawberry horchata which had a delicious strawberry cream foam on top. Ive been here several times by myself and with friends-- each time is consistently pleasant!! I love that the Latina roots are displayed proudly throughout the area, each season they change the decorations a bit to reflect it. I personally really enjoy the strawberry mijita which is a strawberry horchata and chai tea mixed together. Very sweet! I found this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. It's in a shopping center and there was plenty of parking. There's a big sign in the fronds hard to miss. This place is beyond cute. It's very open and bright. The place has so much decor you can tell a lot of thought went into this coffee shop. I ordered an ice horchata snd my husband ordered a hot horchata latte. My son ordered a strawberry smoothie and a chocolate concha. The price was $20 I thought that was reasonable. The place was super busy on a Saturday. There's a lot of seating and additional seating on the side and it's indoors. The coffee came out and the cups are so cute. The coffee was really good. Stopped by on Valentines and I will start by saying what a cute shop, the decorations are wonderful and def a comfy little place to stop it. matcha was mid. the lavender one wasn't the best. strawberry was pretty good but unfortunately i wouldn't come again. i had seen it on tik tok multiple times and was dissapointed. we were the only ones there so service was quick ish. it was lowkey hot and humid inside and wanted to leave quickly. what really upset me was that the matchas were already expensive af. $8 right... why did they come out to $9 when rung up? i don't like that. if on the menu it says one price why not charge that? for more context, it says regular is $7 and large is $8. we got large and when it was put into the register it added a $1 fee for large even though it already said $8. i didn't speak up because im not one to confront and make big deals but for sure, never coming again. not worth my money and time. read more

Every once in awhile, I will venture out of town to try something new. And since the plan was to do some wine tasting in Lodi (for the day), I figure to get caffeinated at a family-owned and operated coffee shop. This takes me to "Cafecito Lounge". Located directly on W. Kettleman Lane and just a block away from S. Ham Lane in the southwest area of Lodi, this place has been serving up delicious coffee/espresso drinks and food ever since January 2023. Best of all, this is a Hispanic-owned small business which brings a lot of unique traits to the building itself. First and foremost, the parking is not too difficult to find and it shares it with other various businesses in an indoor/outdoor strip mall. The business name is noticeable once you get close enough to the main entrance. There are also several a-frames that list some of the more popular choices including exclusive food and beverage selections. However, the inside of this place is what it is all about. This is more focused on the ladies that love to take that perfect "selfie" to display on the Instagram or TikTok stories. You will notice a lot of pink carnations graced throughout complete with more hanging floral arrangements as well as the business name in several areas. Additionally, you'll notice an ivy wall with a neon light display that says "This must be the place" with a sofa and pillows. The overall aesthetics and colors are warm, bright, and cheerful. And as I mentioned, they have a very feminine look to them. Their menu is also quite impressive with a nice assortment of hot & iced coffees, espresso drinks, and teas. They also carry their own version of blended Frappuccino drinks, fruit smoothies, Red Bull-infused energy drinks, non-espresso drinks, and kids drinks. And since this is a Latino-owned business, you have the option of ordering Mexican hot cocoa/mocha, Horchata in your drink, and Mangonada in your smoothie. They even carry a nice small assortment of breakfast items including a waffle, oatmeal, tamales, and ham & cheese croissant as well as a few lunch items including a torta and B.L.T. Since I didn't want anything too heavy, I ended up ordering a small (12 oz.) of their "Iced Horchata Latte" and a slice of "Banana Nut Bread". Everything was reasonably priced and came to around $8.00 for everything. The folks that were working behind the counter were friendly, courteous, and took care of me quickly the efficiently. As for my latte, it was just okay as it didn't taste very strong while the Horchata and whipped cream on top overpowered everything else. The banana bread was delicious though as it was fresh, moist, and not too much on the sweet side. Since I live north of here in the Sacramento area, I am not sure if I will be coming back here. But the service, charming interior, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices all hit the high notes for me. I also love the smaller businesses since they're the ones that give it their all. With that said and done, I am giving "Cafecito Lounge" in Lodi an above average four-star Yelp review. read more

This is such a cute little coffee shop with great customer service. I wanted my matcha fix and wanted to try a different place. Yelp brought me here. When I arrived it was in a familiar parking lot, ( my previous nail shop ) plenty of parking and easy to find. When I walked in, I was impressed with the decor and various drinks and food options. After reviewing the menu I ordered a matcha added lavender and vanilla. I only added lavender because I love lavender teas and lemonades. The matcha was delicious, next time I'll leave the lavender out. I also ordered a Turkey and cheese croissant which was tasty as well. They give you your drink in this cute cup.
