I've had several drinks from Dutch Bros and everyone of them has been great. My Favorite is the Golden Eagle blended. I also really liked the Red Bull drink on ice but forget the name of it. The reason this place isn't going to get a 5 star is because the employees...... They are super nice but damn... I want a drink, not a friend. I understand I might be in the minority but they are just to friendly. I'm sure they are trained to be like that so this message is for the management team. Have them ask "how are you", "how's your day going"..... the usual, but when they start asking "where you going" and just give you the death stare.... its unsettling to say the least. read more

Ok, I just had my first Dutch Bros cup of coffee. 1st impression - not a fan. They didn't have my favorite; French Roast brew. They have a simple blend, but it was too weak for me. As I'm downing the brew right now, it reminds me of a 7-11 taste. I suppose if you add all the fluff in your cup or like a weaker blend, you'll be fine. I also had their lemon/poppy seed bread. Tasted good but it was served cold; as if it came out of the freezer/cooler. They should ask if you wanted it zapped in the microwave. It only takes 10 secs Other thoughts is that they seem to have a larger selection of cold drinks than hot coffee, which you may want to try. read more

It was a hot day and iced coffee drinks were looking good. So we tried this Dutch Bros. They have so many flavors and different drinks to choose from. The staff are friendly and patient in taking your orders. We had a big order because there were eight of us in the vehicle and she stayed calm and nice while taking our order. The drinks came out in a timely manner. Not too long of a wait. Just right to make 8 large iced fancy drinks. If only they have a branch in San Jose. read more

When they get it right, I love it, but it's been pretty inconsistent. I got a Zombie Chai and last time I got it, it was delicious, this time it was pretty much watery, sour, and did not look or taste like what it was supposed. Needless to say it went down the drain. I love Dutch bros, but this has happened a couple times now where my whole drink goes down the drain because it tastes awful! Wasted 45 min in the line and my money. I went here the other day Tuesday 04/23 around 6pm. I was ordering the drinks and the guy who was taking my order told me the total was around $11 so I used my card to pay and I asked him if I needed to sign anything. He told me no I don't. So then I look at my phone and I got charged $12.19 and I didn't add a tip myself, so I told the guy at the window , he told me he was sorry and that he'll refund the tip that was taken out of my checking account, and also add 3 free drinks on my Dutch bros app account. And I went today to get two drinks & use only one free drink. I was told that I did not have any free drinks . So I'm pretty upset. No one should be tipping themselves because they want to. That is not cool. I'm usually generous and will tip but for someone to just take it upon themselves to add a tip without my permission then have someone lie about giving me 3 free drinks is rude and ridiculous. So please make sure if you use Apple Pay or your card that you make sure the total they tell you matches the amount you got charged for. read more

Definitely need some signs up that say you can't come in coming east bound. Although I was following suite of the 4 cars ahead of me that turned in, I was asked to make a u turn to come from the opposite lane which had cars beginning to get in line as I was going to turn in. Definitely not hating, I love Dutch bros but it would have been helpful with signs. read more

Came to this location for the first time yesterday, yes it was pretty busy but they did a great job with how they handled the lines when ordering drinks and how the baristas took the orders, they were very accurate with how you want your drink and they were convenient when it came to the types of ways to purchase the beverages. The baristas in the main area were very friendly and made the drinks excellent I would definitely come back. Especially knowing that they do keto options! :) read more

Went to Dutch in Manteca today 1/15/23 at around 3pm. They made my drink wrong, I asked nicely for them to re-make it. The guy at the window was very nice and stated yes we can do that but the two behind him were very rude. Both of them were talking ugly and making faces where I could hear and see them asking, "well how does she want it made". Finally they made my drink after taking drinks to all the other cars behind me, making me wait for quite a while. Then while handing me my drink they were laughing and it was still wrong. They were a completely rude and very immature. I threw my money away, didn't even get to enjoy the drink it was disgusting and went straight in the trash! That's probably why they were laughing. I have never had a problem going to Dutch in Lathrop but Manteca is another story and I will never go there again. read more

I ordered a beverage that was only $7+ and gave them a $20 dollar bill and only received $2 dollars back. I noticed right away and went to their window and complained. The manager did not help at all. I was told that how can they really know because they have so many customers. This place is awesome!! I always get the peppermint bark latte and it's always on point. Their breves are really caffeine filled which is awesome if you don't like a coffee taste but love the energy boost. The muffin tops are solid also. I don't usually write reviews in Yelp but I figured I should start somewhere. I went here yesterday with my friend when the line wasn't as long as it usually is and when I ordered, the person who was ordering our drinks was super patient with us and deserves five stars. Sadly, I don't remember her name. Anyways, we ordered 9 drinks in total and one of my orders was a strawberry lemonade. I ordered a small for my grandma, but they gave me a large and I was really happy about that. I wasn't complaining. In fact, I was quite thankful. Instead of her drinking her drink the day we bought it, she decided to put it in the fridge to drink for work. Before placing it in the fridge, she did cover it with Saran Wrap. As she was leaving for work she noticed that the drink had a moldy like substance floating above her drink. I'm not sure if it's because the drink was covered in the fridge or if it was just something else but it sure did look unpleasant. Overall, that was the only problem I had with the drinks that I ordered. read more

I don't even know where to start. These people are the nicest people I've probably ever met. I went through the drive through on my bike to get some coffee while riding somewhere. I went right down the street in front of the dealership and ate it on my bike and got some gnarly road rash on my chin and elbows and got coffee all over me. I went back to see if I can get some napkins for the blood and to clean up my bike. They helped me out with a first aid kit and alcohol wipes and all. They were so nice it was crazy. They even re-made my coffee for me for free and I didn't even ask! Some guy even got me some band aids. One of there name's was Alexis and she had black hair and the other girl I forgot her name but she had blond hair (Probably doesn't explain much as a lot of them have blond hair). The worst coffee chop I have been to in my life. The team here has a very hard time keeping track of who arrives at their store and hence fails to take your order lettings those customers who arrived after you to get served first. This store has done this to me three times. The last time was the last straw. Never again will this place get my money. I'm going back to what is true and tried. Pretty decent place to go and get coffee it doesn't stay open as late or open as early as any of the Dutch Bros locations in my neighboring towns but I guess it will suffice another problem I have with them is that they haven't signed up for the merchant support on doordash I can order from church's chicken all the way in Stockton but I can't have dutch bros delivered to my door using any delivery app. read more

Great company but this location sucks. The drive-thru entrance is shared with other businesses and there just isn't enough space for all the vehicle traffic. they are squeezing 4 pounds in a 1 pound bag. People start road raging trying to maneuver their vehicles in/out. The service wasn't very good and they got our drinks wrong. The company and corporate culture is great and for that reason we will return. Hopefully they iron out the hiccups at this location. read more

They skipped us in line while ordering and then this guy with blonde hair and a purple jacket on started asking my fiancée really uncomfortable questions like, "where do you work? what time do you get off of work?"
