I went to Dutch Bros today for the first time (11/8/21 around 12:40p) and never will recommend it, at least this particular stand. I just moved to Oregon and was explaining that it was my first to the barista. The barista was a younger male. He could not have seemed to care any less about providing good customer service. He was not wearing his mask properly, and did not know his menu at all. He said "there's not much to do around here, and all I do is work." I find it strange for someone who works all the time to not know their menu. I explained what I typically would go for and he didn't really have any suggestions. He had to ask his coworker what was in the drinks that he suggested. I opted for a watermelon/peach strawberry rebel. I asked for no ice and to add cream. They ended up blending the drink and not putting any form of cream in it. The clothing he was wearing was baggy as well, not business casual or professional in the slightest. He proceeded to ask me if I was in high school, (which I clearly was not, and had just explained we bought a house which is why we moved down to Oregon) which I thought was inappropriate. Staff were pretty inattentive and could have cared less about loosing a customer. The service was very slow and a few cars got out of line before I even got to the window. My husband was baffled, sitting next to me in the car. I am highly disappointed both in the customer service and quality of the drinks. read more

There was a very cute girl manning this drive-through, and she was so perky! No, I don't think it was the caffeine; I think she's just naturally bubbly. Now, I'm sorry to say that the iced espresso I ordered wasn't very good, but if the girl in the drive-through booth was enjoying her job that much, I have to think that Dutch Brothers is doing something right. I'm looking forward to giving them another try the next time I see one. read more

Yum yum yum coffee. Super delicious cocomo and the Carmelizer. Both were very good. You can taste the fresh beans. The kids working the place were very helpful with choosing the right drink and quick to get the coffee to us. read more

I love Dutch Brothers but the fallowing scenario happens so often that I had to take off a star. Me: Orders drink "no whip cream" Barista(10 seconds later): Did you say you want whip cream? Me: No whip cream :) Barista: No whip cream, you got it! Barista, another few seconds later: Hands me my drink with whip cream The good news is they always get my actual drink right but they really just seem to have a hard time with the whole whip/no whip thing. If a 16 oz. is $3.50 and a 24 oz. is $4.50 then what do you think a 20 oz. price should be? The price for a 20 oz. at this location is $4.50, and yet the girl could not tell me why that was. I gave her some basic math, telling her the price should be $4.00, but she basically said she could do nothing about it. I ended up ordering the 24 oz. for the same $4.50 price, yet I never did finish it. Not sure if every Dutch Bros stand has this same basic math problem or not (I am more Human Bean myself), but I will be staying away from Dutch Bros since they obviously enjoy cheating the customer. If management reads this review PLEASE work on the basic math issue, and if possible, please send me my 1/2 dollar back :~) read more

I normally don't use this location and probably won't again. I pulled up to the stand yesterday 1/31/2018 @ 2:45'ish. There was only one car on the other side which a nice gentleman was in the process of making their drink. On my side SAT a young, dark short haired kid (Latino, Hispanic) who continued to sit even though I was parked at the window. He took his sweet time standing up and grabbed his drink and proceeded to enjoy his own drink, while never acknowledging me. Finally the gentleman who was busy with another customer greeted me. THEN the dark haired kid asked, "What can I get you?" Very monotone. Obviously irritated I was disturbing him. I asked for my birthday drink. Yes. It was my birthday. He asked for my ID. No biggy. I have been getting my birthday drink for years and no one has ever asked. Ever. But still. Not a huge deal. He makes my tea. Never says Happy Birthday. How is your day. Choke and die. Nothing. Hands me my drink and again with zero emotion...have a nice day. Grabs his drink and sits down before I even pull away. I have never had bad customer service @ a DB. My drinks have been made wrong but always with a smile and a hello. Super bummer to be treated so shotty on my birthday, of all days. Have always been the biggest fan of Dutch brothers. From going there everyday with family and friends to bragging about them to places I visit. However August 19th changed the way I see this company. Woke up at 645 am as I was being induced at 7am to have my baby. Couldn't do that without a coffee, right? Wrong!! Went to this location ordered the drinks for myself, hubby, and my mom. Drink was good until I got to the bottom to see what?!? A FLY (yes a insect!!) and not only that but what looked to be either a mustache hair or a I don't even want to say it!!!!!!! Pretty freaking DISGUSTING if you ask me. I don't think this place is clean and who knows there policies for making drinks, where they put cups, and hair hygiene... Hmm so appalled... Embarrassing as I was with my mom who I always up talked Dutch and she spotted the fly in my drink.. How awful! August 19th is a day I will always remember not only as my sons birth but the day Dutch Brothers went WAAAAYYY down in my eyes.
