We like coming here for the drinks but every time there an item they are "giving away" things, they run out of it almost immediately. I feel like for the limited time stuff such as the dog bandanna, they should enforce that you have your dog with you and should have more in stock. I hate that I waste gas every time there is a very limited item. read more

This location can get pretty busy fast at the most random times outside of peak hours! Luckily, the service is fast and the staff are always friendly. The iced Americano is always my go-to here. It's pretty strong compared to Americanos I've had at other coffee stores. read more

I just went through the drive through and the lady who took my order was incredibly rude. I have never had a good experience at this location. She was an older lady who said "What do you want" then as i proceeded to tell her my order she said "K give me ur card" like ummmm hello that's not okay. I wasn't that upset about it until i got my drink and it was completely wron. Will not be going back to this location ever again. read more

the new boba is definitely worth a shot! i love it. the barista(s) are usually quick to share their favorites. great environment, especially for high schoolers (avoid going at high school lunch time, it's too busy to get a beverage) other than that they are overall very quick and easy service. stickers given out on the first wednesday of every month and they usually run out around 2pm. Normally this is my go to Dutch Bro. Today in a long line and rain one of the customers decided to cut the entire line as it is a split line at this location. I notified staff before they ever served the customer. The customer who cut was younger and all the staff let it happen and said they was nothing they could do. Except for the lovely lady who took my drink order. She assumed her supervisor would comp. My drink because what had happened was wrong but the supervisor said there was nothing they could do at all as they served the car in front of me they cut everyone. After speaking to the supervisor I understand that in a weird parking lot things like this can happen.. however I immediately honked and drew attention to the customer who was cutting when they pulled in and the supervisor still served them. If employees are able to give people they know cuts in line. Be warned you may get an extra 10 minute wait for them to serve their friends. read more

Every time we visit Boise we hit Dutch Bros..... all we ever get is Americanos but if the rest of their drinks are the same quality as their Americanos, I give them 5 stars! They are friendly, fast and efficient! read more

Reviewer no. 6 I visit this location often as it's right by my baby mommas house and on my way home from work. I've written four reviews on Dutch Bros tonight as they all came up in my suggested places to review, therefore I know I visit too often and have an addiction! I've been to this location about 5 times. I like to visit Irena's European Fine Foods which shares the same lot with this Bros. There are some other shops nearby, too, such as jump time and Goodwill. We frequent Crunch Fitness across the way on family swim nights and get a Dutch after the swim. I get an Americano (black coffee) add cream and sweet-n-low and it's only $2.75 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!! Seriously, I've said this on all of my Dutch reviews because they are all top notch people, every time... and they don't appear to be faking it. Maybe it's the espresso? Espresso makes the world a happier place?!? There are lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie. We were visiting from California and have never been to Dutch Bros. After seeing so many of them, on our last day in Idaho we decided to find the nearest one. We visitied on June 22nd. The person who took our order was SO nice. Sorry we didn't get her name! We told her we have never been and was interested in an iced latte. She asked what we liked and then suggested a drink. We ended up with an iced caramel and coconut almond milk latte! So delicious and tasted so much better than Starbucks! A different person came out and brought our order to us. She was so sweet. Her name was Alea. (Unsure of spelling.) Both girls were so great and the drink was so great! We are definitely going back for another drink next time we are there. :) read more

I pulled in and was informed they had a queue to the left, across the lane. I said sorry and immediately backed up and pulled all the way around the parking lot to wait. The person waiting moved into the queue and I'm next. Right as I can pull forward someone else comes in and does the same thing I did and the guy took their order, unlike making them go around and get in the queue like he made me. I would have rated Dutch Bros. zero if I could. I stopped by there on 10/19/19 to purchase some drinks and a gift card for my daughter. However after charging my credit card for the gift card they informed me that their card machine was not working and then they informed my they could not provide me a credit at that time but look for it in the next 5 to 7 days. As of the writing of this review still no credit. I attempted to contact Dutch Bros. Corporate by both phone and email and even though they state someone will contact me withing 24 hours it's been 10+ days and still no response. Dutch Bros. it is a simple as refunding my money. Nectar of the gods. There isn't a place in the Boise area that I enjoy more. In fact, I found myself missing the little blue rooftop on my 3 week vacation more than I missed people. Perhaps it was the lack of decent coffee that gave way to this feeling... No matter. If the coffee doesn't keep you coming back, the people will. It's no wonder this place is so popular. They are awesome. Ask for a surprise and they won't disappoint. I think I've tried just about everything on the menu via this method. However, if you are a control freak and just can't let go, the Kicker is a solid choice. I enjoy mine with coconut milk. Punch cards mean after 10 you get one free. And what a glorious day that is. Best coffee in Idaho!!! You literally cannot go wrong with this place. They have unusually happy and energetic baristas ALWAYS. Seriously, I've never seen anyone at any location who wasn't in a fabulous mood. I don't know how they find their employees, but they always seem to find the most positive and fun people to work here. Now on to the coffee, I appreciate Dutch because they have many "skinny" options from multiple milk options to many sugar free flavorings. I can get a great tasting "light" drink and not sacrifice flavor, because let's get real, skinny vanilla lattes can get boring. They have white bean coffee which has more of a nutty flavor and supposedly it has more caffeine than regular coffee. This is my go to, with a shot of sugar free flavoring. The Cocomo is also a great choice, but they have endless flavor options, just ask! read more

I'm visiting from Los Angeles and we don't have one of these amazing little blue shacks near me! My friend has been raving about this place and I was so happy to visit while in town. We told the barista in the drive thru line that it was my first time and they paid for my coffee as a first time, what the heck, that's the sweetest freakin' thing!! I got the hazelnut latte and it was so yummy!!! My friend loves their black coffee with almond milk, they also have a stamp card. Being from LA I'm a bit of a coffee snob and this place hit the spot! Five stars for this little tiny drive thru shop because our barista was so friendly! We drove up and had no idea what we wanted (we're new in town) so he waited patiently til we decided. He took our order and had it out pretty quick. Despite the fact that he was in a drive thru window in a kiosk, he just hung out and made small talk with us while we waited for our drinks. Dutch Bros, at their Fairview location, has is always fast, reliable, friendly, and serves up a delicious cup of Joe. I love the white coffee! They almost always have a line, but if you get there early enough, you may find yourself in luck! Food: n/a Drinks: The quad shot white coffee americano is a kick in the pants! Very strong without the strong coffee flavor, though slighly & naturally nutty. I love to drink it with splenda and a little bit of sugar-free syrup. They'd get 5-stars from me if they served drip coffee. Atmosphere: Two-lane drive through, patio seating outdoors and a walk-up window. I just wish there wasn't always a line to order! I love Dutch as much if not more as the next guy, but, the last couple times I've been to this location it seems as if the baristas are only concerned about having fun and sitting on the window ledges flirting with the patrons. I get being overly nice but this is too much, especially for the age groups that work here. They need to try focusing more on customer service and making sure they aren't making drink mistakes. read more

I like the Boise locations so much better then the meridian locations. Boise always gets my drink right and we have never had an issue. We live in meridian and drive into Boise to get coffee. I used to hate coffee until I tasted Dutch Bros Coffee. I only drink the white coffee. My kids love their shakes! read more

First off waited over twenty minutes for two simple drinks. Secondly the reason we waited was because the two adult boys working were chatting up the customer in front of us. There was a line of at least five cars waiting behind us as well. Got to the window the kid didn't even know what drink was what and blamed the wait on the previous customer having six drinks. It was clear they were just messing around, in reality she only had four drinks. To top it all off we got blended drinks that had separated because they had been sitting around while the employees bs'd with the customer in front of us. If they want to compete with bigger coffee chains they really need to step their game up. read more
