My daughter ordered a caramel ribbon crunch.This cold coffee was smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. The flavor was bold but not overpowering, and the chill made it perfect for a warm day. The texture was creamy, and it stayed cold without getting watered down too fast. Service is poor. They like to argue about the drink that you ordered. For some reason the price fluctuates on the cost of there drinks. I order the same drink for my wife and i and its a 70 cents difference. A grande peppermint mocha from Starbucks pretty much tastes the same at each location. The things that make a Starbucks stand out is the staff and the uniqueness of the store design. This store location is pretty basic in regards to aesthetics. However, I love this Starbucks because of the customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and diverse. *no pictures with this review because if you've seen one cup with random coffee with whipped cream in it, you've seen them all* Pro Tip: 1. Always super busy, inconsistent in making drinks and service is slow. You are the only Starbucks outside of a HUGE military base....why can't you get it right??!! The inside wait is always chaotic and the vibe is stressful both for the employees and the people waiting. As much as I like my Starbucks drinks I'm not a die hard and will find somewhere else with better coffee and better customer service. Maybe I'm trippin but I don't know. I'm just going to explain it as I saw it, and how it was perceived by me., was waited on by Teagan (spelling?) and she was the only person who greeted me when she saw me even though I watched other people, such as a more professionally dressed woman with a small child, walking in after me & being greeted by the other barista standing 2 feet away from me making a drink but never acknowledging me. I've been known to have perfect strangers come up to me and tell me that I don't look happy or that I look angry, or to smile, it'll all be ok. lol. I guess I have a naturally angry looking face. Maybe this makes me less approachable. Or maybe it was my concert tshirt and smeared mascara from the night before and wild bed head. And maybe it's none of those things and my insecurities are showing and i need to put them away lol. But my theory is this often happens to me where I'm judged prematurely by others even Due to the way I dress and look but listen, Starbucks, I spend an ungodly amount of dollars there bc I'm strung out on the Trienta sized pink drink with double vanilla cold foam no ice. So I'm worthy of a "welcome in!" Too. I explained to this nice young lady Teagan and told her to please make sure there were strawberries in it and no ice because I had just ordered one from DoorDash a couple hours before that, and nothing was the way that I had ordered it so she gave me the drink for free which I thought was really cool of her and very professional and so I just wanted to write this review so she could be recognized as a nice representation of a barista - or maybe she is a manager I'm not sure- working at starbucks, rather than somebody who negatively represents the company because it was a great memorable interaction that will keep me coming back rather than put me off from spending my hard earned money here. I can't pull up the Starbucks from Tinker AFB, which is located in the BX. They have a brand new store & baristas with nice personalities offering great service! Starbucks has a Military Commitment, Proudly Serving those Who Serve & today (Nov. 11th) is offering veterans & their spouses a free tall 12 oz coffee. It's heartwarming to know they haven't forgotten those who serve now & have in the past, plus, the spouses that support them. For my hubby to truly feel honored when celebrating Veterans Day I pay my own way, it's nice to be recognized for supporting him. And we get to share in celebrating the day in his honor, as well as recognize so many more who proudly defend & serve our country & ALL those who live in the USA. My husband wanted to tip the ladies & they graciously stood up straight saying they were there to serve us & wouldn't accept his money and thanked him for his service... so heartwarming!! read more

I love Starbucks. I don't drink coffee so I always get a frappachino and they are delicious. However, there's one girl here who has an attitude and is always rude to me. She often messes up my order or "loses" the sticker. When I wait for a while and then ask about it she won't speak to me, but then someone else will smile and say, "I'm sorry! Sometimes our stickers get lost." My point is, when they're good they are very good! But when this girl works the whole vibe goes down. My husband loves his salted caramel mocha and I love all the cream based frappachinos. My favorite is the double chocolatey chip . read more

If only I could give ZERO stars!!! I had a horrible experience with this Starbucks location over a 2-day period. I placed a mobile order for a cinnamon caramel nitro cold brew. I went to pick up my order, and was handed a drink with ice in it. The drink was light in color, and also appeared somewhat watered down. I notified the barista at the window that my drink was incorrect, and that it was not supposed to have ice in it. She stated that my drink was correct and it was supposed to have ice. I told her that I had ordered a cinnamon caramel nitro cold brew. She appeared hesitant to except my drink back. After she finally took my drink back she brought me another drink that still appear light in color after I made it to my destination and tasted it, my drink it seemed "off" in flavor. It did not taste as smooth as the normal nitro cold brew I purchase. I called the location and spoke to the manager, Nancy. I explained to her my situation. I offered to bring the drink back, later in the afternoon. She told me that that was not necessary and that they could remake my drink. I told her that I would not be able to return until later that day or tomorrow to pick it up. Fast forward, I returned to the location to pick up my remake order. I went through the drive-through and notified the barista regarding why I was there. She then proceeded to ask me what was wrong with my drink from the day before(odd), but I told her. Once I got to the window, she tried to charge me for my drink. She was also the same lady who had given me the incorrect order the day previous. She handed me a drink that was very dark in color like the normal nitro cold brew, it had some foam on top. It did not have any cinnamon powder as requested in my previous order, which was not too big of a deal. She then told me I needed to taste my drink to make sure it was right. I told her I would not taste it due to the fact that I had my mask on and I wasn't going to remove it to taste the drink (she was also not aware that I was heading to an appointment that I was suppose to arrive at in a "fasting manner"). Another lady then came to the window. I believe her name was Gabriela, she proceeded to tell me that they would not be remaking my drink, if I called and said it was incorrect. I told her that I wasn't asking them to remake my drink again because it should be correct. She stated I'm just letting you know for the future, I told her that I did not appreciate being harassed about picking up a remake of an order that was incorrect from the previous day. I felt very disrespected and devalued as a customer by the quality of service I received today. After I made it to my destination, I looked at the tag on the cup that I received and it stated I had received a Nitro Cold Brew with caramel syrup added, which was still not the correct order that I was suppose to receive. I opted not to drink what I had received due to the disrespectful nature of the employees who had assisted me and that fact that I was unsure of what was actually in the cup. This experience has left me never wanting to patronize this location again. I am sure that this is not the type of service Starbuck's prides itself on and it has left a very negative feeling with me! read more

The Barista stated to me that tables are closed, sitting is not allowed. Then asked are you waiting on something. I sated it's a mobile order and I stood to wait. Problem, two other people were setting working on computers. Wth, if it applies to one it should apply to all. Altitude is everything but be consistent and if a rule is to be applied to all, then apply it to everyone. So many times I pass this Starbucks up on the way in to work because all you need is 1 car at the drive thru order kiosk and 1 car behind it and the rest are in the streets holding up traffic trying to get in line. It's ridiculous. But wait, there's more I own a truck, FORGET ABOUT IT! I have to make a 22 point turn into the 90° angle drive thru line. I'd rather chew broken glass. It's just not a good way to start your day. If you move to a better location... 4.5 stars. Stay in that location, you're definitely losing serious revenue, and people are cranky enough in the mornings. I hope you're paying your employees time and a half for this location. read more

Out of all the (massive amount) of Starbucks I've been to, this is the one I dread going to the most. Why do I continue coming? Because it's the only coffee shop in a less than 10 minute radius from school. And, well, sometimes I need a 4th cuppa in the mornings. The reason I dread this place so much? The parking. Dear god, the parking. If you come here and attempt to park, may the gods bless your soul because you're either going to end up frustrated as all living heck, or just give up altogether and not receive your daily dose of caffeine. (Nobody wants to see that, do we?) It's SO cramped. There's a drive thru, but to get into the drive thru, you have to jump a curb. Yeah. Seriously. It's *that* tight of a turn. Parking goes back out to the end of the building where the drive thru exits. Sounds fine, right? NOPE. When the cars pull out from the drive thru, that's it. You can't get down there if someone's driving out. Good luck getting out of your parking spot when there's a steady stream of drive thru leave-ee's. There's also parking on the other side of the building, but again, cramped. Especially when you get stereotypical-Okie-big-butt-trucks in there. (Why did you even try???) Parking is pretty much hopeless. The staff is always in another dimension. They don't ever seem like they're here on planet earth. Not sure where they went, but I don't want to be there. The only reason for the extra star (compared to one) is the interior. It's great for being next to a college with bar seating, bar tables, regular tables, outdoor seating, and big chairs. But there's next-to-no plugs...so make sure your devices are charged. (Unless you're the guy who regularly brings his typewriter to this particular Starbucks. (Keep this in mind if you want to study here.) That thing looks heavy though. It's also loud and annoying every time you start a new line, but you were totally doing it before it was "cool," right?) The location of this Starbucks is god awful. The way the drive thru is set up blocks traffic every morning and there is only one way out of the parking lot. It's just a mess. Additionally, the last 3 times I've been here my coffee has tasted so bitter I couldn't even drink it. Throwing away a $4 coffee is a crime so please stop making me do it! It's worth it for me to get out of the car and go into the Starbucks in Target because the quality of my drink is just so much better at that location. read more

The workers here are so friendly and will make sure you are satisfied with your drink. I love that they begin to remember who you are and your drink order from going just two or more times. Considering it's one of 2 coffee shops in MWC, you take what you can get. It's your typical Starbucks. Starbucks needs to expand their menu. I never know what to order here because they don't list recipes or flavors just types of drink. I would like to be able to order something besides a caramel or mocha 'whatever'. The only time they list anything different is during the holidays. They say they can make anything, but if you ask them for say a 'Almond Joy" they say, "I don't know what's in that". read more

I come to this Starbucks often because of the location. I often order off the app and give them extra time to prepare it and 9/10 it still is not ready. Today I ordered my notmail blonde americano long shot, 4 stevia, 1 skinny mocha, and sf vanilla and was handed one with none of the skinny sugar free syrups but pumpkin sauce instead. Flies were all over the ceiling and it made me concerned...because this is a road trip, it was one of the only Starbucks we could find in the area. Hence, I stayed for the caffeine. The Baristas are so kind and they always make the drinks exactly as you want them, all do today I order a Chocolate chip Frappuccino and they messed it up so they had to redo it but it's the first time they've messed up. I get lot of free drinks by obtaining free gift cards by using an app called Viggle and of course when I reach the certain amount of points and on my birthday month so it's pretty cool if you ever want to go that route which I certainly do so I don't have to pay cash out of my own pocket. read more
