I can't say how much I appreciate the staff here with the customer service. I've always been a fan of this location for ever since I've found this place. I know they haven't been here too long but enough for me to actually make an effort to come down and drive 15 minutes just for their drink. It's quicker to order online and walk up to the window than it is to sit in the drive-through. The person taking orders doesn't seem to keep track, and they let cars from the shorter line through first instead of following the actual order queue. That one's on me--I should've known better. The drinks are great, no complaints there. The place itself is nothing special, just your typical shop with music that's way too loud. What's worse is the impact on nearby businesses. Cars waiting for the drive-through block others from leaving the parking lot. If I owned one of those other spots, I'd be filing a complaint. read more

This place is 5 stars every single time I've come here! Every employee that's taken our order has been so awesome! They all have wonderful personalities and make ordering such a breezy experience. Drive through always looks packed but the line goes through surprisingly quick! I've been to Dutch bros and I always get their German Chocolate, but today I got the Islander with oat milk. Their freezes are always good and I love how they offer a variety of milk substitutes. You can also customize your drink to however you like- add/ take away syrups and other flavors. My friends got the rebel drinks, but it's full of artificial flavors so it's not for you if you don't like the fake syrup flavoring. Never really tried Dutch Bros as it isn't accessible where I live, but the staff here are super nice and the drinks are huge. I ordered the Iced Dutch Crunch Breve with White Coffee, sub Oat milk, 50% sugar. I heard the drinks were sweet so I ordered 50% sugar, but I think 75% would have been perfect. Besides my sugar adjustment mistake, the flavor profile and coffee is great! If there was one near my area, I would be a frequent customer. Some things to note is that there is no menu when you walk in, so be prepared to look on your phone if you don't know what to order. Also, the drive through is CRAZY LONG! We had our time wasted beyond belief today. We arrived with only one car in front of us and instead of the order being taking quickly we watched as the person taking orders BSed with their buddies for over 5 minutes before we had to say something to them to get there attention at which point they gave us a dirty look for saying something. When we arrived there were no other cars in line, by the time we left there were 6 cars lined up waiting for orders to be taken. I've been here sooo many times within the last few days and I'm sad to say that today will be the last time. I noticed that the amount of ice they put in the drinks is to the brim...so I asked why they put so much ice and the girl said "this is our standard" and so the next time I asked for less ice and I noticed after she finished making my drink there was still so much room left in the cup and what did she do....you guessed it, ADDED MORE ICE!!! So even if you ask for light ice you'll still get EXTRA ice. So the next time I went back I ordered it without ice and paid but didn't realize until after paying that they charged me $2 extra. So when I got to the window I asked why was my drink so much more today and she said "because you asked for no ice"!!!! So basically it's either with a ton of ice or pay $2 more for no ice. Why would anyone in their right mind pay $5 for carbonated water and two tablespoons of syrup!!!!?!?? Wow the customer services here is amazing! Came to satisfy Dutch bros craving and the line was out the parking lot. Took the chance of waiting but they literally kill the line so fast and efficiently. They took our order within 7 minutes of waiting and we received our orders perfectly in 2 minutes. They have a walk up window and a drive thru, if you're in a rush do the walk up window. There was only one person in line for the walk up window. Thank you for opening a location near us. We enjoy your drinks and are glad to have one near us. However, I am not pleased with the service we are getting. We have gone three times already since you've opened in Turlock. Unfortunately our orders have been wrong on each of those three occasions. On Friday night, my wife ordered a Chai and she said it tasted like a tea bag had just been run under water. There was no strong Chai flavor. My son ordered a Snickerdoodle frost and he said it had no cinnamon flavor. On Sunday morning, we ordered two cold brew coffees. I ordered a large cold brew annihilator and my daughter order the camp out cold brew(I think that's what it was called). Her order was ok, but I seemed to have received someone's medium iced coffee with cream. It was bland and not what I would expect from a signature drink. There is no phone number to contact anyone and no where to park and walk up to get the drinks fixed. Now tonight we went on our way home from praise band rehearsal and brought drinks home. My sons dragon slayer frost was not blended and the syrups had all settled on the bottom. My other son ordered the B-52 Frost expecting what I had on Friday night, but his tonight was some banana flavored drink. Not at all what he expected. My youngest daughter ordered a golden eagle frost which tasted ok, however, none of the frosts we ordered had the whipped cream or drizzle we asked for. My oldest daughter ordered a Horchata chai and it had no horchata flavor. We really had hoped for more. We have spent a good deal of money in the last four days (three orders in Turlock, one in Oakdale on Saturday) and are not happy with what we have been given so far. When I tried to call to get the drinks fixed the only number listed is their corporate number which has been closed by the time I've tried to remedy these issues. I would appreciate speaking with someone about what might be going on. I would have liked to been able to get my drink fixed but the lines have been too long and there is no place to park to walk up and talk to anyone. It has been very frustrating. read more
