Happened upon this Vietnamese restaurant. After a long day of travel, pho was calling my soul. I walked into this nice sized restaurant. Upon entry, you're met by a big bunny statue under a cherry blossom tree. The restaurant is giving K-pop meets Labubu meets Japanese anime. The young lady quickly took my order and gave me a cold glass of water. I ordered a large combination pho and shrimp spring rolls. Of course, the pho was served in a large bowl. The broth was clear and soothing, perfect comfort food after a long day without food. I didn't even get to eat the spring roll because I was so full from the pho. Unbeknownst to me, this restaurant has a pho challenge for $9.99. When I paid for the pho, she asked if I finished it and I said yes. It actually reduced my price from regular to $9.99. This was a total value for my money. I was too full to eat any of the spring roll. I wrapped it to go, kept it in the hotel fridge, and ate it for lunch the next day. It was still fresh and filling. I really really love this place. I'm a regular, but I have to bring this to you guys attention my shrimp taste moldy and spoiled, and you guys don't clean the shrimp. Why would you guys want somebody to eat poop out of a shrimp? The shrimp needs to be checked because either it's in a contaminated container or you guys have it too long please make sure you guys are not giving us old shrimp because my shrimp should not be tasting like mold. I enjoy this place, but you guys need a few things to fix and then my fried eggrolls had a lot of pork fat in it. Maybe that should've been broken down or removed. The decor is totally adorable! I posted a few photos. My son had the filet pho. He enjoyed it, but other places have had better flavor for a lower price. I enjoyed the potstickers with peanut sauce. It was good, but again I have had better sauce elsewhere. The sauce that came with the potstickers I would forego next time. I thought it was tangy with a weird flavor. The thing that upset us the most was their oversized, misleading sign. It said $9.99 any size bowl of pho. It isn't until you park and walk up to the door that the much smaller sign says it is only $9.99 if you finish the entire bowl. Our waitress was friendly. Saturday, 3:29/29 grand opening day for this Pho spot. I walked in and the restaurant was pretty packed. You have to wait to be seated, which wasn't long bc they have plenty of tables. A waiter greeted us immediately (a family of four) to a booth. He gave us the menu and told us that he will be back with water. Few minutes later, water came and asked if we wanted appetizer or drinks. We decided on shrimp egg rolls (good) and I ordered a avocado smoothie, Mango soda, and jasmine milk tea. All were good! We ordered: Bo luc lac (shaking beef) - was good beef was tender and comes with a bowl of broth. Combination rice plate- comes with pork chop, egg rolls, shrimp and lettuce- was good and also comes with a bowl of broth. Overall experience, I liked the service how both the waiter and waitress were attentive to us even though it was busy. The decor was super cute and ambience was great!! Really like this place. Ordered the large chicken Pho, fried calamari and shrimp spring rolls. Very good! The soup was super delicious and the spring rolls were the best we've ever had. We shared the food between the 2 of us, the girl brought an empty bowl so we could split the large bowl of pho, however, she didn't provide a ladle, so I asked for one, she had no idea what I asked of her, (not the end of the world, but I was surprised by that) oh well, we made the best of it. Tried the grilled chicken and deep-fried chicken rice plates with a honeydew slush. The grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful with a nice smoky taste, while the fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside. Been coming here since they opened this location it's close to my job and recently they've been running a pho special $9.99 any size if you finish the noodles and meat i was told by the service there , stopped in for a quik lunch there were only 5 tables in the middle that were available because all the tables and booths were dirty , the waiter working was running the show he always gives great service ! Unfortunately the owner of the restaurant was there with a big party of friends or family getting the best of service while it took them a bit to sit me and I was the only waiting , finally sat ordered a small # 8 meatball pho finished and went up to pay the owner with a smile on his face tried to over charge me for my meal $15 instead of $10 I asked why and fortunately the regular server stepped in and corrected him no sorry from the owner he just walked away , take the deal down any size for $9.99 if you have to try and overcharge people !
