I frequent this location! They are always quick and friendly. The lines can get long, but they move quickly. I would say that their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side as that is the specialty. You can opt for several sugar free items in the menu. Downside is that if you order light ice they won't fill your cup all the way up. I wish they still did! An unexpected surprise! My cousins daughter recommended this place while traveling in Oregon. They live here and we are from S.C. so we stopped in to check it out! Although we went to the franchise location, they said there was a walk in location I Oregon city, this one on Molalla was drive up or walk up only. Super friendly staff & great coffee recommendation for me. I typically order grande flat white with almond milk and they said they could do that, but I also may like their Annihilator, chocolate macadamia nut with almond milk instead of half & half. The baristas at this location are simply amazing. Always smiling and super friendly. Not most of the time, not 99 out of a 100, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The smiles and friendliness are always 100% genuine. They work fast at clearing lines when there is one, and still take the opportunity to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. They don't ask for tips and always ask if my "preferred tip" is ok today. I spoke to the manager Logan today and when I asked for a manager he promptly greeted me and asked how he could help. He had no idea I was going to leave positive feedback and he was ready and willing to fix any issue I might have had. I have been to many of the DB's in my area and while they're all wonderful, this Beavercreek team just does it better. I do like their coffee and generally my order is made how I like HOWEVER what I've come to detest is the low key stealing the employees engage in. My last experience there a girl gave herself a $2 tip without asking me. It seems this is common as I saw another review where someone mentioned a similar situation. THIS IS WRONG. I called their customer service support line and the man assured me this is not a common practice but it very well may be and he's not aware of it. I received a free drink as a result of my experience, but I will make sure to ask the employee to turn the screen when processing my payment. read more

I didn't catch the names of the two lovely & spirited hardworking individuals, however they were not only super kind and very understanding that I only go to Dutch Bros when I'm needing a pick me up, they knew just what to make & were even more generous on all the toppings & sprinkles!I've lived in the PNW for 7 years and this evening was my 4th time ever having Dutch Bros . I have had to deal with the asinine "line" at the Oregon City Berry Hill location since it is the closest to my home.... And many many times I am cut off in the line.... Ordered a small and got a a big drink then when I asked about it she said they only come in one size so I let her know all the others do a small and she responded that they could do it that size next time with less ice if I wanted. We ya that's what I wanted because that's what I ordered. I would've had her remake it it but I had already waited so long. Dutch Bros. gets my vote over any coffee place in Portland, to be sure. The Oregon City location is great, but super, super busy with high school and community college kids, from what I can tell. Sometimes the line is wrapped around the parking lot and I opt to park and walk up to the window. Much on those busy days! The servers are some super quick and friendly kids, most of which remember your drink order and your name. I just made myself sound super old, I realize that, but seriously, they are kids! To further my point that I am getting seriously old...the music they play is usually terrible and is damn loud! I can barely hear them talking to me and usually just nod and smile and pretend that I can totally hear what they are saying. Oy Vey. I get an iced white mocha or an iced white annihilator errrrytime, and each time it tastes like exactly the same delicious, goodness it should taste like. That is why I like DB. read more

One of the best experiences at a coffee place to date. I had never been to one being from California and the staff was so incredibly helpful, happy and upbeat. I was personally half asleep but they made me and my wife feel very happy about our first experience at Dutch Brothers. I ordered a mocha/ chocolate iced coffee and the wife ordered a kicker. They were both delicious and made well. It was our first time and the order taker (who was going car to car) was extremely helpful and offered suggestions and were extremely kind at the window. This is the only Dutch location I will go to anymore. The staff is awesome, but the staff at every Dutch is awesome. The difference in the OC staff is that they are fast, not just efficient but courteous about your time. They really seem to strive for excellence and my drink is spot on 100% of the time. Hate that people cone to the window. No I will not order with my window down and have you put your arms and head treated in my door while you take my order. Especially when it's raining and it falls on my children in the back. It didn't feel helpful, it feels extremely unnecessary considering every time I order that way it's made wrong when I get too the window.
