Went here on 12/12 and 12/15. We placed our order through the app. Both times they ran out of breakfast burritos. Instead of receiving a refund, the barista mentioned we can "request it through the app" which isn't true. We have to go online and fill out a form and wait to be contacted about getting our money back. This is awful. My boyfriend and I went to get drinks at 7:40PM when the close at 8pm and as soon as we pull up to the window the barista gave us a dirty look and just walked to the back. Then after 5 minutes she finally came back and told us that they were closed and we apologized and said we thought they closed at 8. And she said "Again we are closed maybe you should look at the sign before you just pull up". She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I work in coffee myself and have never treated any customer that way regardless if we were closed or not. read more

Absolutely not. One of the baristas has the worst attitude of my life and can't even make a matcha iced latte right. Not coming here again. I love this booth. They're super helpful and friendly. They definitely learn what their customer regular drinks are. I'm an anomaly because I change my drinks up. Some days I want tea. Some days I want coffee. Some days I want energy drinks. I like them all. Black Rock in general has quite a few sugar free options. Certainly more than a competitor called Starbucks lol They have a lot of milk options... no heavy cream but half n half for sure. The drinks are yummy and made exactly as ordered. The frequent drinker points system is fantastic at Black Rock and there are regularly specials... honestly I love black rock!!! They're quick in the drive thru. bro, there's literally rats running around the building and they accuse people of trying to get free drinks even though we said we could pay we have money. They just said we were trying to scam them. And the drinks they were disgusting she didn't even get what we wanted right don't know how to mix it and it literally tasted like I just ate a fucking leaf. Horrible customer service experience today. I stopped by to grab a cold drink, on my motorcycle. Parked. Approached the building. Was informed by the gentleman at the window that i couldnt be served due to no walk up rules. After asking what about being on a motorcycle, he said get in line. Where am i supposed to put a cup of coffee you genius? Mind you, i have been sitting in the line on Saturday since this C19 B.S. started and have seen walk up customers get served. This rude prick is a new employee and cant seem to employ a bit of common sense and logic. I wont return. The rest of the staff there are wonderful and know how to treat their customers. Not a bad coffee bar (I'm an iced tea man myself) as it is in a good locIon right by the freeway and 82nd ave and it is staffed by some genuinely nice people. They seem to offer the standard drink fare as far as coffee shops go and this location is 2 drive up windows which also seems the norm these days. I gotta say though the staff is genuinely nice and worth your time if you are looking for a quick caffeine fix in the area! read more

Yum yum yummmmm!! I come here somewhat often (usually with a friend that's constantly drinking it.) so I get one too. It's always a different drink whether it's a tea or organic mix. I don't usually get their coffee just because I'm not a fan of the sweetness or taste. The girls are always friendly and get our drinks done really quickly. Usually I get really good service. Today 12/26/21 just before 11 am the service was good. I ordered a Pumpkin spice Steamer with a shot of vanilla, medium, non fat, no whip with a stopper and a straw. All of this order was written on the sleeve that I kept from a previous order. It came to $3.75 and I tipped them $1.25. I live blocks away and when I got home and put away my groceries I sat down to enjoy my steamer. WRONG ..... THERE WAS NO PUMPKIN SPICE FLAVORING IN IT AND THE VANILLA DID NOT SEEM TO BE PRESENT EITHER. SO I PAID $5 (INCLUDING THE TIP) FOR A CUP OF HOT MILK .......... WHOPPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
