Unbalanced low quality coffee from another non-local business. Service, well your in a drive-through. Its tough to demonstrate a relatable fun business atmosphere through two well insulated personal bubble spaces, whilst the vehicles behind you dream of themselves in monster trucks with the ability to crush and leap frog you at will. Great friendly employees, that know you by name(Including your dog's name). They have a wide selection menu and flavors and their milkshakes are just as good as the Sugar Factory milkshakes in Las Vegas(even DB's don't put all the crazy toppings on their Milkshakes or charge nearly $20 for their milkshakes like SF in LV). When it comes to their coffee and drinks DBs clean their pots. Starbucks Coffee taste like dirty unwashed moldy pots. read more

Customer service is off the charts! The staff truly care that you are receiving excellent customer service and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your drink before you leave or they'll make you a new one. To be fair, I simply had an Americano because I didnt want one of their super sugary drinks. It was good, but nothing to do a backflip over. The drive thru line took a long time. The service was really good though They even gave Charlie a dog biscuit. Would go back if looking for a drive thru only coffee spot. read more

Love Dutch bros so so much! Where I am from in Southern California Dutch bros is nonexistent. Starbucks has never been great and was more of a convenience than anything. Having access to such amazing coffee and not having to settle for Starbucks is a win! read more

Great location! GREAT service! Friendly and very helpful employees. Enjoy my visits and the wide variety of coffee and other beverages. I frequent your location on most days. I do have one disappointing action taken by Dutch Brothers Coffee. I love the "old" Muffin Tops in all three flavors and have purchased them by the case in the past. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the replacement Muffin Tops now available. They are not as tasty as the previous ones although my biggest criticisms are as follows: When purchasing them, it's usually for eating them on the road. It was no problem with the previous ones, but the new ones when removing them from the wrapper, more than often, fall apart! Too, they are too moist and wet and with the crumbling, make it messy to eat. Another disappointment is that they "stick" to the card underneath the muffin and, finally, they are not as "full" as the previous ones. My friend and I prefer the previous product and would hope that it would again be available for purchase. We do find that the other new items now available, the Salted Caramel "Manifesto" Cookie and the Chewy Marshmallow treat to be very good additions to your "menu!" read more

I like Dutch Bros! Cheaper than other places in town! Very upbeat, so if you aren't like that in the morning then you may want to go somewhere less active. There are always people there. Sometimes service is fast, other times slow. It targets young crowds. Best for sweet drinks too! read more

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and deliver fast service. I love the Caramelizer! The perfect amount of sweetness without it being 75% caramel sauce. I always have a good experience when I get coffee here. :) The drive through isn't a long wait at all. read more

Ordered a white iced mocha, it had a good balance of sweetness and boldness of espresso flavor but it had a distinct chocolate taste, which should not be the case with a white mocha. The texture was a bit too thick for my liking, which I later discovered from a friend is from chocolate milk; they put chocolate milk in their WHITE mochas, that's totally bizarre. My only *real* complaint is that when we pulled up (about 9 pm) the 2 male workers had very obnoxious rap music blaring and though they turned it down slightly my husband and I could hear every other cuss word that was in the song and the worker had to ask us to repeat things bc he couldn't hear what we were saying. Drinks are decent but I was not a fan of the customer service that trip and that's just as important as the quality of the food/drink to me. While I am not going to say I won't go back based on that experience, I can say that if I have a repeat experiences of this one that it will be my last. Here's the thing: I want steamed milk in my espresso, NOT espresso in my steamed milk. See the difference here? When I order a quad latte, I should be able to actually TASTE the espresso. This happened two times in a row; the first time, I chalked it up to staff being very busy - mistakes happen. But twice? Come on! read more
