Last winter, their chicken tortilla soup was outstanding--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. On my most recent visit (02/21/2026), I ordered a grilled chicken wrap loaded with alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives, hummus, corn, and cayenne pepper. It was genuinely delicious--a word I don't use lightly for food in Chico. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. I also tried the "Monkey Power" smoothie with hemp seeds, white chocolate powder, peanut butter, and banana--wow, it was amazing. I truly appreciate the wide selection of vegetables, fruits, superfoods, and nourishing options they offer. Fresh Twisted Cafe has absolutely become one of my favorite spots in Chico.

It was rudely said and unnecessary itself, but I googled it once I left just to find out that I was not mispronouncing it(there are 2 pronunciations, the more common one being the one I used.) I would have just brushed it off if not for that. A bit of an off- putting experience, but otherwise, the food and beverage is good and the other person working seemed very nice :)
