1st visit- We had a great experience at this Dutch Bros. Young lady taking our order was so nice and cheerful. She gave my dog a whip cup and biscuit. So nice of her. Drinks were pretty good. 2nd visit- There were only 2 workers so of course with this place being popular, there was a line. PEOPLE!!!! Be patient with them. They are doing their best and still manage to be cheerful and still made good drinks. We left them a fat cash tip. Everyone who can put themselves in their shoes-please LEAVE THEM A CASH TIP! It's a Christmas miracle a Dutch Bros just off the freeway. The staff was truly sublime and very helpful during my significant others first visit to a Dutch bros. They even brought my pup in the backseat a pup cup completed with whipped cream and topped with two milk bones. The coffee is tasty as always and although the wait time was longer due to the line in the drive thru the vibes were still impeccable. Overall this will now be a roadtrip staple. read more

If its not the long wait times ( even with less than 2 cars in line ) , the guilt trip gratuity , having to have the menu on my phone ( how bout a menu at the drive thru ) and the last straw was finishing my large cup of Ice Pumpkin Carmel Brule Cold brew today and finding multiple flies in. I waited to give this place a review because they are a new location and there is always a learning curve and everyone has bad days. I love this dutch bros never once had a problem with any of my drinks or employees but what i will say is whoever the franchise owner is you need to do better and don't only have 2 people working the closing shift ! Knowing damn well how packed it gets the poor employees get so overwhelmed with people in the drive thru and at the window so whoever makes the employees schedules you need to add at least 2 more people to the closing shift, have some compassion for your employees !!! This place has few good employees that have treated me very well but this last time I went I had the worst experience with some inconsiderate employee. She managed to take the order of 2 cars on the other line back to back , I let her know I had been waiting for longer then 4 of the cars that just went on the other side so if I could at least go before the one she let cut in front of me, her response was I'm not here to see who came first LMAO. No one is outside taking orders & this last time I went it was like everyone was on their lunch break sitting at the picnic tables running around. Much better than Starbucks. Their freezes (frappés, Frappuccinos) are not made with blended ground ice, so they don't get watered down over time. No indoor seating, though. Drive through and sometimes outdoor seating is their niche. My personal pet peeve is "bros." I always thought it was to be read as an abbreviation "Dutch Brothers" until I realized the bros had no period and asked. It's Dutch Bros, like dude bro. I hate that.
