I just want to say thank you! Excellent and fast service. Not only that the Irish Kicker Freeze I got was as perfect texture and flavor just wha I expect from Dutch Bros! This is by far the best location in Kootenai County. I can't believe how people have given this location such a low rating. I paid cash and when doing so my money blew away as I was handing it to the cashier. He bolted out the door and retrieved it without hesitation. Then rewarded me with a sweet sticker! While I try to avoid this location because me ex works here, normally I get good service when I go through. When I get lucky and she's not working, I'll stop in and grab a smoothie or Red Bull, but for some reason each time I go it's not very tasty or sweet and feels kinda rushed. Not here to point fingers or anything like that, just pointing out to the baristas in hopes it's an easy fix. Normally my drinks are too sweet, lately it's just been moderate at best. And I wouldn't even bother complaining but I do use this location and so do my parents from time to time. read more

I having been coming to this location frequently for a few years now; long line doesn't bug me. Today it was a quick line (one car ahead of us, line quickly filled up after us) but the person taking our order was extremely snotty, made the experience really irritating. Didn't get her name but she has washed out pink braids. She definitely didn't fit the "Dutch Vibe", extremely rude. 2 stars because I love Dutch Bros! This place is hit or miss for sure. Left for work 15 minutes earlier than normal to get to the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Sweet, in and out maybe 5-10 minute wait, awesome. Nope!! No one came out to take my order (odd) so I waited and waited and still waited 15 minutes until the first car left and the second car ( the one ahead of me) was next to order. I had my window down ready for someone to come take my order from the side door but it was obvious they weren't going too! The car ahead of me ordered 5 drinks! (My luck) one included some kind of top that the barista told the car it would take longer to make and there would be a wait. Okay, they got time ... 25 minutes pass and I'm still stuck behind said car still waiting to order. Idk why they didn't move that car to a parking spot and let other people at least order ‍ ! 32 minutes later ( I timed it) I was out of time to even place an order because the barista had to sit there and have a 6 minutes later conversation AFTER the drinks where handed out! WTF!!! I had to drive thru without placing an order because I was going to be late to work! We need to do better Dutch bros! read more

One of my FAVORITE places to get coffee! Lots of drink options to choose from. Their coffee is better tasting than any other chain coffee spot in my opinion. The staff is always super friendly and fun. I also like that they are open later than any other coffee place. It's great if you work nights! They have several locations in Idaho and Oregon (I believe Washington too). And every place I've been to has had consistently good service. Even if the line of cars is long, they'll have someone come out with an iPad and take drink orders. Very fast service! Definitely try it out! read more

You might actually save time by driving to the Spokane location given that usually the line is backed up into the street and there's no one taking orders while you wait. Orders are/were taken at the window which makes for an uncomfortably long wait and don't be excited for a good drink that you just paid $7 for because it's going to be watered down and cold. 10/10 will drive thirty minutes to the next location if I want quality dutch brothers. Attractions while you wait include: watching two people take out one bag of trash. That one guy who brings a horse trailer through the drive through Clerks bsing with customers while you've been there for close to a half hour Low quality drinks that cost a fair amount read more

ADV Rider, Gotta Love Dutch Bros and you gals/guys rock it! :{) We are a Dutch Bros Family! I have a Dutch Bros DAD sticker and my wife has a Dutch Bros MOM sticker. Each of our 6 other family members(yes that's 8 total) has their own favorite and we always get them. No matter where we travel, we locate the nearest DB and hit them up! Sometimes a few of us will stray from our typical fav and get something different, like their great selections a lot. Mocha piping hot or iced, the White Zombie and watch out for their "911"..man that one kicks! I ride my adventure motorcycle all over the Pacific North West and DB is my fav place to stop off for an awesome cup of Coffee and a friendly smile. I do love there coffee......somethings.....most the drinks are just way so sweet I dont want it. But my BIGGEST complaint is the great customer service.....seriously. I just woke up I can't think and dont want to think or talk to anyone. I know they hire energetic people bit i just want to order my drink roll up my window,pay and roll it down when its done. I will even tip. This even keeps me from going more than the once a month time I give in. My idea......selll grumpy cat window clings we can put on our drivers side windshield on the bottom inside so the person can just say hi collect money and say tour coffee will be right out and everyone is happy. read more

WHY CAN'T THE BARISTAS AT DUTCH BROS MAKE MY LATTE AT 120 DEGREES???!!! I've given them a few tries & it's ALWAYS the same story!!! Also, who charges $5.50 for a 16oz latte???!!! Annoying, chattery barista. One star because my husband had to yell at the boy three times after we paid!. He wouldnt give my card back and was acting very suspicious like he was trying to memorize he number. The coffee tasted terrible too. Not enough cream and I asked for Splenda and they didnt put any in there. If that wasnt enough, we could barely hear as they had their stupid music blasting. We are not old people either! Just wanted a good cup of coffee which I normally get from Dutch Brothers in CdA, but I wont come through this one again if those two males are working. read more

We love Dutch Bros and stop at them whenever we are out and about. But this one was incredibly slow. Four cars in front of us and it took half hour to get our drinks. No apology or anything. and then the guy was going to give us the wrong drinks. Not impressed. read more
