Everytime I'muh handed the ipad to sign for my charges the box around a tip of the baristas choice is pushed and initiated - "hey maybe that's automatic" - nooooo it's not .... and lets play that game .... why would the tip amount highlighted be different between trips? Once it was 15% - another time or two it was 10% and one day it was 20%. Yes, I attempted to reach out to the business - no return email - no return text - no return call - NADA ... so, sadly I feel I need to warn others about this practice. I tip with cash (sometimes via the card) - and I typically tip waymore than what they are trying to sneak past their customers. Sorry to have to put this on yelp - but I really did try to inform the owner .... silence is deemed acceptance ... You've been informed - don't believe me ... go order a drink and pay via card and you will see for yourself.

To me, that combo just doesn't right, but I wanted to give it a chance in case I was missing out on something. The smoothie was great as usual and to my surprise I really enjoyed the PB Nutella and Acai combo. It's hard to describe but the fruity Acai helped to cut the thickness of the PB Nutella mix. Not only did I get some protein in, but the bananas gave me my daily dose of potassium. Overall, a win, win situation in my book!
