On my last visit, I ordered a latte and a bagel, toasted with cream. The lovely barista said "the food is going to be about 35 minutes." Me: 35 minutes???? There were six customers in the shop, if you count the impatient door dash driver next to me at the delivery pickup counter. Sad face. Door Dash estimated delivery to my house was 35 minutes when I checked while waiting for my latte (skipped the bagel). No priority for folks that like to walk down, plop down, and enjoy a coffee and bite. Sign of the times, I guess.
