Even though they came in different-sized containers, they appeared to have the exact same amount of açaí in them. My order had been skipped and the car behind me had already ordered and had their drink being made before my order was even taken. After waiting that long she asked if I still wanted to order. At that point I said no and left. There didn't seem to be much concern that a customer who had already been waiting was driving away. And the apple nachos... I'm sorry but I took a few bites and couldn't finish them. They tasted so much like dog food I actually checked the label to make sure I wasn't eating a dog treat. The smoothies are good and the only reason I am not giving this place a two star. Maybe I just have bad luck with this place but after multiple visits I'm over it. I will take my business to Country Organics instead.

The employee, whose name I believe was Emil (or Amil), very coldly responded, "Yeah, but as you can see, I'm busy," while he was working with one of the coffee machines. I told him that he could have simply said, "Good morning," or acknowledged me. Instead, he shrugged his shoulders and showed no concern whatsoever about how I had been treated. As a woman of color in an environment where everyone else appeared to be white, I found the experience extremely uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the way I was treated made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my race. It would have taken two seconds to say, "Good morning, we'll be right with you." Instead, I was ignored for several minutes and then spoken to in a dismissive and unapologetic manner. Customer service and basic courtesy should apply to everyone. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant first experience, and I will not be returning.
