The staff was in the kitchen when my kids and I walked in. There were two other couples of customers waiting for their food, and the girl working (Crystal) was very friendly to them and thanked them for waiting. She just seemed overworked is all, and I can respect that she kept a good attitude and customer service being overwhelmed. When she saw me standing at the order screen for too long, she came out from the kitchen to assist me and took my order instead (which she was much quicker with). And she was very nice with me and my kids I see a lot of poor reviews for this establishment, and I believe it starts with management. Crystal clearly looked like she needed more staff to streamline helping customers and preparing food items. But I applaud her for making things happen! And it was delicious. Unfocused customer service, long wait for a smoothie, prices are way to high $14 for a 16 oz smoothie is not great. The Ambiance was nice, but whoever the customer service needs improvement, restrooms not clean. *I don't recommend. read more

My mother in law and I stopped by vitality bowls for lunch while out shopping. We planned on getting açaí bowls but the grain bowls ended up catching both our eyes! My mother in law ordered the pesto bowl and I ordered the green goddess bowl, both were delicious! They were a decent size, had a great mix of textures and flavors, and it all tasted fresh which was great for lunch on a warm day. The staff were very accommodating for food allergies and were knowledgeable about changes needed in order to accommodate a gluten and dairy allergy. One note, the "grains" in the bowls are a mix of quinoa and rice so they are gluten free Will come back again for a simple, fresh lunch! read more

I am not understanding why there is no service...the door(which does not look at all like an entrance) was opened sign out front... but no one is inside. Ive been here probably more than 2 dozen times since they opened. The product is so inconsistent that I cant imagine spending $16 on a smoothie bowl from here ever again. It takes ~15 mins to get the smoothie bowl. More than half the time they forget the protein powder I paid extra for and theres generally chunks of unblended ice. Theres two guys who have been there the longest who know what they are doing and make a good bowl but as for the others, they need some more training. Sticking with Asis for my smoothie bowls. Got the Supergreen Goddess Salad and found it very tasty, healthy and satisfying. Sure, costs a bit more than a burger but that's to be expected for this type of healthy, quality food. Aside from that, the young (compared to me!) man who I took to be the manager checked on me to make sure all was I expected. And the facility, including the bathroom, were spotlessly clean. I got the superfood açaí bowl here today and it came out to $17.50 ... for an açaí bowl that had only blueberry's, honey, coconut shavings ( add on ), granola, chocolate nibs, and PB (add on). I would maybe be ok with this pricing if they actually gave you a decent amount of toppings. They barely sprinkle any on and the peanut button is put on how you would put Hershey chocolate ice cream syrup on so it's very thin lines of it across the top of the bowl. So basically I paid almost $20 for a bowl of açaí that you can buy at the grocery store for $5. I wouldn't ever come back to place or recommend it to anyone.
