Every time I drive through Dutch Bros, I leave happy! I love that they have coconut milk. My kids LOVE the smoothies and blended drinks, my hubby orders the six shot 911, and I usually order my drinks 1/2 sweet and they are perfect. They have some fun drinks such as the Chris and the cookie that are off menu items and I love the fact that you don't have to pay extra for the flavors or shots. We always make out cheaper then at Starbucks, plus Dutch Bros does something almost monthly for the community that we live in. I have never seen Starbucks contribute anything to Redding. So as you can see I am a loyal Dutch Brose fan! read more

Even though the customer service isn't always great. This was my go to spot for personal and business orders. Besides the girl who took my order at the window I had the worst customer experience ever. I ordered 12 drinks gave a 15% tip and paid $72.39. I was asked to move to the side while they finished my drinks, understandable. While I waited I listened while they apologized to the next 5 vehicles, and gave them all free drinks for their wait, there where two or more people in each vehicle. They waited until the 4th vehicle to bring me a hand written receipt, but not my remaining four drinks. I told the girl what I witnessed and asked if I could have a stamp card for my wait and how much I just spent and I was still waiting for my 4 remaining drinks while they made the drinks for the vehicles that came after me. She states, didn't you get your 12 stamps? I replied yes I did, but those were for the purchases I made, she then very rudely said well that's all your getting. When they finished with the 5th vehicle they brought my 4 remaining drinks out. I asked the guy who brought them out, the same question, mind you at that time I had already waited 28 minutes for the reminder of my order, they must have spoken with each other because he said the exact same thing. I asked for information, number or an email so I could send a comment and he said they had nothing, try looking on line. Needless to say I will not be returning to that location. read more

Well,,, I visit this Dutch bros location every day sometime even twice a day. Every time I go in the morning there great! My drinks always come out really good. But every time I go in the afternoon evening ish it's horrible! I literally never get what I order. It always ends up super watered down and looks like they made it 30 minutes ago. And the reason I'm making this post is because it just happened and it's disgusting. I can't even drink it. Lol. The lady at the counter was very nice to me and she made my day. I'm planning on buying a lot of coffee here. It is really good with lots of flavor. The closest Dutch Bros to our home town is one hour away, so visiting Redding you can bet we stopped here. My husband got a Medium Kicker and I got a Medium Blended Kicker. Both so good! I give them five stars on the drink but I should give them 10 for customer service, their people are so friendly and they seem like they actually care about your life. Amazing service! It was our first time at a Dutch Bros coffee and someone came to get our order in the drive thru. She answered our questions and got our order with a smile and great attitude and she told us that since it's our first time we got our order for free! They were fast with our order and the coffee was amazing! My son and I got the American Eagle which is like a caramel macchiato with coconut milk. Mine was iced and his was blended and they were both amazing! Way better than a macchiato. I wish they had Dutch Bros in San Jose. We will definitely be stopping by on our way back. Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place in the world. And the people that work there are always friendly!

The service is good but the coffee is average, at best. I go to a coffee shop to get drip coffee, not all manner of blended coffee and energy drinks, and Dutch Brothers coffee is consistently weak and lacking in flavor. It doesn't seem to matter if you order drip coffee or an Americano, the results are the same--disappointingly weak and lacking in flavor. There are at least 2 other drive through coffee shops (non-Starbucks), as well as 2 other sit-down shops in Redding that are significantly better for straight-up coffee. read more

simply the best cappuccino I have ever had. I dont go for all the sweet stuff and whipped cream so I can taste just the espresso. Thats the best part its just perfect. Very low acidity and still rich and bold. Prices are typical, drive through keeps it simple, which I like! Love it! read more
