This is my favorite Dutch Bros location. The employees are all so sweet. My son and I go to this location frequently and they are just great. Our order is always ready when we get to the window and it's always spot on! Location is easy to get in and out of. We often park at Wawa to charge and walk over.
I was in town for work at USCENTCOM HQ and because the Contoured Librarian on YouTube. I went every morning for three consecutive days. I cannot recommend this place enough. The employees are all incredibly friendly and the coffee is outstanding. I had a medium cold brew with milk and sugar free syrups.
I was in downtown Tampa and had heard that Dutch Bros had opened in Tampa. I had Dutch Bros Coffee when I was in Colorado. I stopped by Dutch Bros Coffee on a Saturday afternoon. The line was super long, and I thought I'd be waiting at least 30 minutes. But kudos to Dutch Bros; the staff managed the line well and took orders in advance, so it moved much faster than I expected. This was my first time at this location, so I asked the server about the popular favorites. After checking the menu, I decided to order a Medium Iced Cocomo. I got my order when I went to the window to pick up the order. The coffee drink was great, with just the right amount of ice. Although I ordered a Medium coffee drink, the quantity was comparable to a large drink at other coffee shops. I loved my coffee as it was delicious, and it refreshed my mind and body.

Ohmygosh, what a staff! Sunny, bright, kind, warm, efficient, enthusiastic, energetic and so helpful! I'd come back just to soak up their glow! I noticed it bright away and had to mention it first. If the caffeine gives you a jolt and the froth makes you cozy-the staff serves up the happy. Morning now has a whole bunch of mascots! So, Dutch Brothers is in South Tampa-on Dale Mabry. Keep going south... past Britton Plaza... past the Selmon Overpass... past the Target at the Gandy corner... just a little more-and there it is, right there on the left (east side) of the street. The first time I went (July 7): big ol' lines, but there's a system that works (follow the lane makers and you should be fine). The next day I went right back: no lines! Maybe the long waits I read about, closer to the grand opening, have started to calm down. But don't think you can wait til the (possible) line to decide on what you'll have. The drink menu is far too big, with so many options-and additions/alterations-to choose from. I had to do my homework first. I love the cups, the big straws, the signage and logos. I love the attitude, the vibes. I love all the photos on the website-and just how big the mediums are! But I'm still looking for a drink I love! I'm sure it's just me. The quality is definitely there-it's just my wacky palette. (Or maybe it was the really strong peppermint gum I had going on right before I got there.) I'll work out the kinks in me-and go right back and give it another whirl. I'll be sure to report back, too. The prices are fair and I think there's a rewards program. I'll see you there!
The sweetest, kindest employees!!! Everyone I encountered was amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone; you won't regret it! They offer coffee and boba (from what I remember). I didn't order boba because I needed energy. It's a very small location, but you get what you need quickly. You can even order ahead on their app! I highly recommend downloading the app before your visit; you may get a free drink if you're a new user. The ambiance gives what it needs to give. The coffee tastes like coffee ,but the service is what really stood out to me! They did a great job hiring good people. Also, the parking lot is a little confusing--follow the signs pointing into the lot. Some of the arrows painted on the ground are actually pointing in the wrong direction.
South Tampa finally has its own Dutch Bros, and I couldn't resist checking it out! I ordered a nitro cold brew with salted caramel and almond milk--smooth, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and bold. Honestly, it hit the spot without being over the top. Service was just as impressive as the coffee. The broistas were upbeat, friendly, and efficient, which made the drive-thru line move quickly despite how busy it looked. Their energy alone could wake you up before the caffeine kicks in. This spot is perfect for on-the-go refreshers--whether you're grabbing a quick cold brew, a flavored Rebel, or something creative off their menu. With the mix of customization options and genuinely great service, it's an easy addition to my Tampa coffee rotation. Pro tip: If you're not sure what to try, just ask the staff--they're super helpful and love making personalized recommendations.
I totally get the hype! I arrived around 10:30am on a weekday, and there were already 2 lines of cars formed. It wasn't quite out to the street yet. Thankfully! There was a policeman parked near the drive-thru entrance. I can only assume he is there to direct street traffic since Dutch Bros is still kind of new. The line actually was very orderly, and went rather quickly. It was my first time visiting. I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the Cocomo from the Dutch Faves and added the soft top. I loved it! The only thing I would nix next time is the soft top. I agree with Brittany. It doesn't really add anything to the drink. Maybe a little creaminess? But hey, the Cocomo flavor was spot on. The name even sounds tropical & beachy. The muffin top was also a hit. It has a ton of cranberries and orange pieces. I keep thinking of the Seinfeld episode. Elaine was right. The muffin top is the best part. The lovely broista (their term, not mine) told me to try the chocolate chip one next time. I'm all in! Do not pass this place up if you're near MacDill AFB or Gandy. It looks like this will now be a part of a routine visit to the base.
I came during opening weekend. I wouldn't have but a friend wanted to go, so why not. Had to park at the Popeyes Nextdoor and walk over to the walk-up window to order.... totally didn't want to wait in either of the drive through lines - they were so backed up they were directing traffic through the church parking lot But, it was opening weekend so.... OK. Well, I ordered the golden eagle or something like that and it was a caramel-y type coffee (hot) and not really that different than any other caramel-y type coffee. I guess flavor-wise overall was better than Starbucks....but I don't go there anymore... and the prices are comparable. I don't get the hype....am I missing something?
My daughter & I went to Dutch Bros for the first time today. My daughter got the Picture Perfect Blended Freeze, & I got the Kicker Blended Freeze. When we first arrived there was quiet a line both for the Drive-Thru & walk up window, but we decided to go to the walk up window to place our order. The line moved fairly quickly & the server who took our order was super friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. After placing our order we only waited maybe 6 or 7 minutes before our drinks were ready. Both of us really enjoyed the drinks, & we'll definitely be visiting Dutch Bros. again. While the experience overall was enjoyable and I have no complaints, I would like to make a couple suggestions. First, I liked that the staff is able to listen to music inside while doing their job, I would suggest adding a couple speakers outside so guests can listen along as well. Secondly, I understand that space is rather limited at this location, but adding a bench or some sort of seating for walk up guests while they wait would be a nice addition.
There are 495 places to get coffee. Why Dutch Bros? Dozens of delicious, easily customizable options, the ability to order ahead and earn points and rewards, fun promotions like stickers and figurines, and the best service ever. Like yeah, it's a little corny having a "broista", but they're genuinely lovely at taking your order, getting it done quickly, and moving the line as fast as possible without being rude. I genuinely love it and I just hope they keep spreading because this one is way out of my way but still honestly worth it.
The drinks are as sweet as the staff. We were blown away by the kindness of all three employees we encountered during our visit. They seemed to be genuinely enjoying their job and it carried over to their customer service, making a lasting positive impact for our first visit. As for the drinks, I'm going to stick to coffee bc my shake was so sweet, but my daughter really enjoyed her strawberry soda and my dog loved her pup cup. The drive thru was a breeze with a human present to help answer any questions.
I've had Dutch bros before but this is my first time at this location. Line was super long, but I didn't wait for more than 15 minutes. Once I got to the window I only had to wait 3-5 for my entire order of 3 drinks. Dulce de leche cold brew: 4/5 I asked for cream in it as well but it honestly didn't need it. It was creamy, sweet and delicious! Parking lot is clean, the service was fast and the workers are kind. I'll be back :) Also! Don't forget to download the app, you get rewards pretty fast

Stopped by Dutch Bros for a retry after visiting the Bakery Box down the street. They brought back one my favorite drinks the Dulce de Leche latte so I ended up getting that and two cookie dough cake pops for the kiddos. The service was amazing!! The ladies in the drive thru were super sweet to help me with my order and it was ready as soon as I go to the window and my drink was just as good as I expected! I appreciate the kind service My kids also mentioned they really enjoyed the cookie dough cake pops they said they were better than Starbucks. read more

The operator reached out to me encouraging me to give Dutch bros another try and I'm glad he did! Service is really great- everyone is very nice! The drive thru line moves quick! This time, I tried the new strawberry vanilla Myst and the vanilla zero sugar protein latte! The myst was OUTSTANDING! Really delicious, about 50mg of caffeine, so it energized my workout, and it tasted better than my typical Celsius. The latte was also pretty good, nothing standout, but solid - I liked adding the soft top. I will also admit, I went back and tried the golden eagle, that was worth getting- delicious! Will probably be back tomorrow since their medium drinks are the size of my venti drink at Starbucks! read more

I LOOOOVE Dutch Bros Coffee! I first had their coffee in Austin and wished there was a location in Tampa. I'm so happy to see that the company is expanding to the Bay! I enjoy the variety of drinks available besides coffee: lemonades, energy drinks, tea, matcha, and shakes. Even on cold days, my favorite drink to order is a Blended Freeze. You can customize your sweetness leve, thickness of a blended drink, toppers, add-ins, and the most important to me: the sweetness level. Check the website or app for the "secret" menu. My favorite flavors are the Grasshopper (creme de menthe and dark chocolate) and the Annihilator (creamy espresso and chocolate macadamia nut). Now that the hype of the new location has died down, the lines haven't been as long as when they first opened. They still don't have advance app ordering, which I wish they would fix. You can use the app to pre-load money and earn rewards for free drinks. I loooove my Dutch Bros. I wish it was closer to me so I can order it more than other national coffee chains. read more

I have gone to this place, probably 10 times since they opened a month or two ago. Dutch Bros coffee is elite! I love how you can customize and personalize your drink to however you want it. The prices are also beyond affordable. I especially love the chocolate macadamia nut flavor. Everybody there is always smiling and quick to give a compliment as well. Such a fine establishment. I can't wait to go again this week! Ambience is also nice. It's a very clean place and the pick up window is fun to hang out at while you're waiting for your drink! Driving by and saw Dutch Bros so I decided to join the drive thru to see what the hype is. I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of options but in a good way! I asked the man taking my order what he would recommend for someone who has never been. He gave me plenty of options and even told my the drink is free for first timers! I ended up ordering a Kicker, it was tasty but just like any other iced coffee however, everyone who I encountered was so helpful and kind, I will be back whenever I'm in the area! I will probably try a different type of drink as the woman at the window told me you could come every day and never run out of something new to try! read more
I'm so stoked that they opened a Dutch Bros in Tampa! The golden eagle is my favorite, but they have such a large selection of tasty drinks - there's something for everyone. The location is in South Tampa, right on one of the busier roads in the entire area, so it can make getting in and out of the location a bit hectic when there's heavy traffic and long lines. But the coffee is always worth it if you ask me lol read more
I went through the drive thru so was not able to get a good impression of the ambiance, however the service was great! The girls taking my order were very friendly despite standing outside in the rain. I got the banana bread freeze with soft top; this was my first drink from Dutch bros and let me say - it lived up to the hype! I can't wait to try more. read more
As someone from the PNW, I was so excited to hear Dutch Bros was opening in Tampa - such a fun surprise! My birthday was recently and if you have the app you get a free drink coupon for your birthday that is good for an entire month. I decided to get a fun drink and I ordered a medium iced Golden Eagle with a soft top & birthday sprinkles. The lady taking my order was super nice and friendly just like all Dutch Bros encounters I've had in the past. I was in and out the drive thru with my drink in about 7 minutes or less. My drink was made perfectly and the entire experience was just great. I didn't have to wait in an insane car line and honestly if the line was long I would've just went somewhere else and tried another day! read more
I've always wanted to try this place after hearing amazing reviews and a few months ago i checked if we had one and saw none near by. But two weeks ago i decided to look again and see if there was any in sarasota and boom! I saw we had one. Drove the 40 minutes and it was definitely worth it! There was a double line of around 20 cars ahead of us and we got our drink in less than 8 minutes it was super efficient! After getting out we both tried our drinks and it was definitely worth the 40 minute drive! 11/10 i understand the hype now. There's no inside seating but the outside was cute, there is an outside order window and parking spots if you wanted to chill in your car. read more

A drive thru experience that is top notch! There were two guys standing outside to take orders and since it was my first time, they had me pull to the side while I browsed the menu. I downloaded the app and instantly got a free medium drink to choose from. I decided on an iced chai latte which was on the sweeter side. read more

I found my favorite new coffee place! I ordered the Cocomo: Mocha and coconut and it was very delicious. The prices are very affordable and the menu has a lot of good options of cold, hot and frozen coffees and drinks. There is not place to sit; you order on the drive thru or walking to the window. The employee are the window was very courteous and attentive. The wait time was very low! You can download the app and get a free medium drink and start getting points. I do not know if they have parking available as the drive thru was taking a lot space , a huge line outside. I will be back!!! read more
I've been here 2 times since they opened and have been impressed with how efficient they got through the line. They were out of the protein coffee I wanted to get but they were able to make a dupe with no protein. Highly recommend the sugar free flavors! They are the best ones I've tried from a coffee shop. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Dutch Bros on their jam-packed opening day not once but TWICE (once at 5am on the dot when they opened and again at 3pm), and I was blown away by both the quality of the coffee and the incredible service. Despite the long lines and nonstop flow of customers, the team never missed a beat. The staff was upbeat, energetic, and genuinely excited to be there creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and fun. I ordered the banana bread latte in the morning and the Jelly Donut Breve in the afternoon, and both of these drinks were hands down some of the best coffees I've had in a long time smooth, flavorful, and perfectly made. The speed and efficiency they handled the rush with was impressive, and every customer I saw drove away with a smile. Dutch Bros nailed their grand opening. If this is any sign of how they'll run things moving forward, they've just earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven't already!!! read more

Tried Dutch Bros for the first time at their new Tampa spot and I'm officially converted. I ordered a large cold brew with sugar-free caramel and oat milk -- and wow, this thing was huge. Like, shockingly big. I figured $6.50 was a bit steep until I saw the size... honestly, it's cheaper than Starbucks and way more generous. Flavor was on point too -- smooth, not overly sweet, and just the right kick to get through the day. It felt like a healthier treat without sacrificing taste. Also, their drive-thru model is super efficient -- kind of like Chick-fil-A. Team members were outside taking orders with tablets, and it kept things moving quickly. Really friendly vibe, too. Safe to say this will be my new go-to over Starbucks. Tampa needed this! read more

I tried to give this place a second chance. This is however the second time I have gotten a rebel and they have filled it up so much with SO MUCH ice that I pull right over without taking a sip to dump out almost all the ice and I'm left with almost a little more than half. So this location is brand new and I visited opening weekend and two other times. The wait is still crazy and they still have cops there directing traffic which is great but what stinks is people don't have common sense when going through a double lane drive through that merges into one lane for the window they really need someone standing there to direct cars because it's always one lane that doesn't want to let the other merge in. Not sure why 1 lane go then the other lane go is not an easy concept to grasp. I hope that they get a better system in place for this issue because it's frustrating when you have already been waiting for 30 mins in the drive through line. Having visited Dutch Bros in TN I already knew what to expect as far as the coffee it's def amazing and I'll wait a little extra time for it due to it ALWAYS being busy. I enjoy the Cocomo and find it so hard to try something new since this is my go to drink here! I love how creamy this drink is! If you love coconut you should definitely try this flavor, it will not disappoint! My daughter has tried a lemonade that was the perfect balance of sweet and tart and the mochi berry lemonade was good also but extremely sweet I would advise changing sweetness level in this one. read more

Listen up, Yelp fam, because I just survived the most INSANE, OVER-THE-TOP, UNHINGED EXPERIENCE of my LIFE at Dutch Bros in Tampa, and I'm still buzzing harder than a beehive on a sugar high! This place isn't just a coffee shop--it's a FULL-ON PARTY ZONE where the employees are basically superhuman rays of sunshine with energy levels that could power a small city! I went for opening day and arrived a little before they opened at 5 am. To my surprise, there was already a line and cars were being directed into an overflow lot. The line moved very efficiently and every single staff member I interacted with was SO friendly! I ordered an iced Kicker and an iced Snickerdoodle. I'm so excited to have a Dutch Bros in Tampa and I can't wait for my next visit! read more

Was super excited to try the new Dutch Bros in Tampa, but won't be back! My blended coffee didn't taste like anything. I could drink about half of it before it was straight ice and it cost me $10! read more
