First time visiting Dutch Bros ever! Was greeted by IVONE ( I think that's how you spell his name) he took our order and was so helpful seeing it was our first time. He also let us that whatever we want on the menu he can customize it to our needs and desires. At the window was Alexis (sweetest human) very cheerful and nice! Ordered a large iced nutty Irishman with soft top, the first time I got a blended drink, second time I got my drink without the soft top and some residual flavoring that was in the mixing cup because the girl didn't want to rinse it after accidentally starting the wrong drink. I love Dutch but it's frustrating waiting for the talking to stop long enough for them to get a drink correct. Every time I go either through the drive through or inside I am greeted so friendly and asked how I am doing! The prices are affordable and I love their music is not so blaring loud like other locations. The best part is that they have the most amazing banana bread with no nuts and it's so moist and not dense. Trust me if you try it once you'll be hooked. They also have other options but I'm partial to my favorite bread. I have had their salted caramel breve and it wonderful, the frosts are great, as well as the blended rebels. Every time I'm there someone comes up to my car with an iPad to take my order, but I haven't been able to see the menu board and I want time to look at it (Not a lot, but I don't have it memorized and I like to try new things). So I never know what to get or how much it will cost until I pay for it. But the coffee is good and they do through their line quickly. This location keeps the line moving pretty good, but the only complaint I would have is they have the music way to loud, so sometimes hard to hear the person you're talking to! Not a fan of this location, AT ALL! Maybe going inside was my first mistake? I don't know. Every employee behind the counter was extremely rude! There was trash all over the floors and tables. The music was so loud, the girl taking my order had to yell and then had the nerve to ask me to speak up! I wasn't surprised at all when my order was finally ready but missing my pup cups. We were traveling with a trailer and thus could not use drive thru. We went to the door where the employees said we would need to walk thru the drive thru. It was a day that the sustained winds were 21 mph with heavy rain and strong gusting wind. They made absolutely no exception as an owner operated coffee stand would have. Everyone was very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed where they work (and dealt with our complete lack of knowledge of their drinks very nicely). They also really REALLY REALLY liked my dog which was the best part, my dog is my life so it was really fun. It was also awesome that they pet her and gave her a treat because we're trying to socialize her. The drinks were also very well made, the frozen drinks are actually frozen!! I wish that I could come to this location more often. read more

This shop has loads of potential. The vibes are nice and seating is spacious. However, the big problem is that you can't hear anything. They have the music on so loud you can hear it outside. It's so loud the employees are yelling over the music to hear each other. Not very pleasant. Just turn it down. There's a reason it's always empty inside when I visit. read more

Stopped by Dutch Bros Coffee on Thursday taking my son to school. I ordered a smoothie drink with whip cream. As I sat at the window the girl at the window had those 2 inch finger nails and as she was spraying the whipping cream into my drink it was like she was using her finger nail along with half of her finger to stir the whipping cream as it was filling the lid. I'm pretty sure she doesn't scrub those finger nails after using the bathroom etc. read more

Loved this place. My husband and I were driving down to southern Cali from Portland, Oregon when we found this place. The employees were super friendly, kind, energetic, and respectful. We asked them to surprise us with any iced coffee drink of their choice because we couldn't make up our minds. They hooked us up with two awesomely delicious drinks. I rate this place 5 stars not just because of their delicious coffee, but because of the amazing staff. It's so refreshing to walk into a store with a staff that actually makes you feel welcomed. Came with a full stamp card and had someone question me on where I go usually and who stamped it and said "we will accept it this time" , You all need to get your shit together and know what the other stamps at different stands look like I'm tired of being questioned this is the one and only location where this has happened and this is the 2nd time . Going to other locations from now on and spreading the word of this uncalled questioning !
