Smoothies aren't blended well. I get huge chunks of frozen fruit all the time now and the wait is so ridiculous. Takes half an hour to get my order. Even with the order placed ahead of time! This place ain't what it used to be. I need to stop giving it the benefit of the doubt. This last time I ordered online, came to pick up at pick up time, just for the guy to make me wait an additional 17 minutes just for him to PULL IT OUT OF THE FRIDGE. IT WAS ALREADY DONE!!! I'm every time I come to this location I have an excellent experience. My most recent visit is the reason I am leaving a five star review. The young lady by the name of Jeserah (I may have spelled her name incorrectly) What is the shift lead on duty and had outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my order and figure out what I should get. I went in to get fresh squeezed orange juice, however there was not Enough oranges to for fill the order I had placed. I ordered a 16 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice and there was only enough for a 8 ounce, so she refunded my money and still gave me the 8 ounces. I ordered two other smoothies that came out excellent and Her professionalism and fabulous customer service won me over! This girl has a bright future in customer service and definitely deserves a raise! Thanks again you are the best! read more

I probably order from this store a few times a week along with my coworkers. I cannot begin to express my disappointment in the terrible customer service my daughter and granddaughter received today! Today is my granddaughters 9th Birthday, and she was so excited to go in and get a Birthday Jamba Juice. As she approached the counter, the employee stated "we don't give birthday drinks unless you have the app." My granddaughter looked very disappointed and her mother of course, stated, "it's ok. We will buy you one." My granddaughter then asked for a Starburst smoothie, and was told by the same employee, "We don't make drinks from the secret menu anymore." Now, I can understand that you need the app for a Birthday drink, and I can also understand that you don't make drinks from the secret menu anymore (even if you did yesterday). It's the poor customer service that I'm really bothered by. And especially to a NINE YEAR OLD!!! Not a "Happy Birthday" or "Thank you for coming in." Just rude and poor service. Shame on you! Since you are so bothered by customers, I won't be coming in two to three times per week and I will be sharing this experience with my coworkers. Honestly nothing wrong with the store or employees however I have a unique complaint I guess. DO NOT get a bowl with greek yogurt in it, I eat it all the time but everytime I get it from Jamba it legit tastes a gallon of milk was left out in the hot sun for too long, it doesn't change the taste of a smoothie because it's a small amount but omfg I had to waste $20 and throw away 2 bowls because my bf and I couldn't keep the first bite in. Skipped the line by ordering in the app. Highly recommend going that route so you can earn rewards (they call em "banana points" lol) and you won't have to wait for long. I really try to avoid this particular jamba because the service is always terrible but I hadn't been in to this one in months and I was really craving a jamba so I decided to stop in. The speed and accuracy of my drink was on point but the workers seem like they HATE their jobs. The lady who took my order seemed irritated right away and more so when I asked to substitute out something in my drink I ordered a small Razmatazz (I dont like bananas) and unlike every other jamba I've been to this one only has reusable cup discount for the medium and large drinks..? When I tried to clarify she was short and snappy with me. So, we are usually big Jamba Juice fans but today at this location- the worst I have ever had. We ordered a large Mango Go-Go and asked them to split it in two cups (never been a problem before.) the person taking my order seemed irritated by this- whatever. She then went over and dumped everything in to make it and put it on the blender. The guy that was making drinks had to serve it to me... he dumped it in two cups, and was tapping the side of the blender pitcher. Like they do when it is a thick drink to get it into the cups but seriously that was unnecessary- it was about the thickness of melted milkshake, NOT at all like every other drink that I saw leave that store. Usually when I order, I get extra fruit and some of the boosts that they offer. The location and normally go to in Gresham will put the extra in another cup. Took ten minutes to get my smoothie and I was only person there. The workers friend came in and she made hers before mine even though I was first and was talking with her. I brought in my own cup to be environmentally friendly and it was the Jamba Juice one, she didn't give me the discount which was the incentive for the cup and she still put my smoothie in a plastic cup. I like the location in Corvallis a lot better, way nicer and quicker service. Jamba is my all time favorite place to go in the summer and the fact that I live near one is truly convenient! People always ask what's so great about their smoothies or why it'd be awesome to work here? I personally enjoy the smoothies because their made with 100% fruit juice and there's no artificial flavoring. It's healthy! I mean who doesn't love a healthy and tasteful smoothie? The employees that work at this location are super bubbly and kind which gives the environment a very positive feel to it when you walk in to order. I go there almost every Friday and as a person who avoids small talk, I look forward to having a little conversation with the workers. If you think that mentioning something to them won't matter, you're wrong? They will remember the next time you walk in. Whether it be you're name, favorite order or even where you go to school. They will remember and it makes you feel good that they did. I highly recommend you go in and see for yourself. You may not like the smoothies, but you'll love the vivid colors and positive feel it brings or vice versa. read more
