When they messed up my order I went back to get it fixed. They messed up my order twice from the drive through which was confirmed on the screen?! Then the manager came to the window and said I needed to call ahead before I come to their store to have out fixed? So you guys mess up multiple times and I have to go out of my way once again to fix something you guys messed up? Thats horrible customer service. I'll go to the other Starbucks or Dutch. Worst customer service I asked for extra mocha drizzle, the guy said " we have to charge extra for that" I agreed and when I got my drink they didn't add any. I'm very disappointed, I did tell him "you charged me and didn't even add extra?" He looked confused, he did ask to fix it but I declined (there was a long line in the drive thru) Sadly it's not the 1st time & the drink taste very watered down, I will not be returning to this Starbucks in the future. read more

Getting ready for breakfast tomorrow. Drive-thru. Long line! Moved at a really REALLY slow pace. Black iced tea for now along with getting coffee for Sunday breakfast tomorrow. Grande black iced tea ordered with 4 Splendas. Also, 2 tall Americanos with nonfat milk and 3 Splendas each. The worker was nice. Very good black iced tea. Just wish it didn't take so darn long to receive. Good service and really good black iced tea. I'll add how the coffees are tomorrow. Sunday is already here! Time flying by! We got into the drive thru line to order drinks before 4:30. There were other cars in the drive thru line and after waiting 10 minutes we made it to the speaker. We were informed that the store was no longer taking orders for the day. When we pulled out to the street, cars were in the drive thru again and we could hear what sounded like orders being taken. Thank you for wasting our time today. We will not be returning to your location. read more

They always take forever to make our drinks. I only ordered 2 drinks they gave me the pumpkin spice latte first and then my americano. The drinks supposed to be ready almost 20 before according to the app. They always get so confused and they have no coordination on who makes the drinks. That's why I think they never get the drinks ready. I have to think twice to order from there again. :( read more

I have waited a long time to write this review simply because Sanger literally has no other coffee shop, but even with DB across the street now, their service is still horrible. They don't care about efficiency or customer service. If you are in a hurry, don't even bother coming here. They can take up to 20 minutes to get a drink out to you, even if you pre ordered on the app. They are also careless about how they set out their mobile orders. They just pile them up on the counter and you have to sort through other peoples' orders to find yours. Do yourself a favor and just head across the street to DB! Their walk up is even faster. You just have to find parking, but that's a whole other mess on this corner! Coffee choices are limited in this town, so I will still come here, but very rarely! read more

This Starbucks is by far the most understaffed. There was about 10-15 drinks sitting on the counter for what I assume was mobile orders. They should have turned that feature off to focus on customers in the store. The drive thru line was very long. I waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. I only got one, it was not made correctly either. The other 2 never made it out, I had to leave and was late to an event due to the delay in service. The store seemed stressed and busy, tables were dirty. This store needs to be managed better to ensure everyone is happy both the customers and the employees. read more

The workers here are incredibly rude. They are a malignant source of gossip in this town that makes the community appear insufferable to outsiders. The gossip is all incorrect also, 90% fantasy. They don't belong in the service industry, much less working for an international fortune 500 corporation. They take 25 minutes to pour coffee from a tap. read more

Literally the SLOWEST Starbucks EVER!!!!! I come to this one almost everyday and have resorted to using the mobile app to order, and then giving them an extra 10 minutes to make sure my drink is ready when I come. Don't use the drive thru though. Because that'll be a solid 30'minutes!!! No lie! Every other Starbucks I've been to that has ridiculously long slow lines, starts handing out drinks to a few cars to get the line moving, or they are at least apologetic. Not here. They take their sweet time making the drinks while having conversations amongst each other. You will sit at the window for about 3-4 minutes before, and according to Erika that works there, "drive through is about convenience not speed" which goes to show they are perfectly fine with how slow they operate. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt bc it's the only coffee place in Sanger but gah damn. I usually go in the morning on the weekends and it's mad busy so I understand that my drinks will take longer than normal. I'm totally fine with that. The thing is when I wait 20 minutes for a drink and then that drink is so messed up to the point it's inedible. Far be it for me to understand the inner workings of a Starbucks but management needs to do something about this quick fr fr. I'm not even one to complain like this but today made me mad. Even before COVID, this Starbucks is the slowest and most unorganized location of them all. I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins then proceeded to back out so I could go inside. The baristas are friendly in the drive through. They are nice, and fast. They also have seating outside, and Sanger sunsets are beautiful. Grab a cappuccino and relax with some wi fi. You order online thinking it's fail proof that everything is listed so how can they get it wrong. The drink I order is $5.45 for a grande. Almost every time they leave out one of the three add one. Tonight it took 24 minutes to get my two fraps and they failed to include 2 of 3 items. This location acts like your an A hole for complaining they didn't make the drink right. They have the list on the side of a cup. Half the time they make a vanilla frap and include none of the add ons. I'm tired of being treated like a loser at this location because your employees cant read. This is four in a row they have gotten wrong. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and apparently I'm insane for giving this location multiple chances. I've lived in Sanger my whole life and I'm addicted to coffee. This store is by far the worst Starbucks ever. They have new people working here all the time and when they become decent they move them somewhere else. I've waited up to 20 mins for an iced coffee in the past. This morning (new girl) was struggling to charge my rewards card because she kept trying to run it like a credit card. Not her fault, she's new. None of her coworkers wanted to help her and they seemed so annoyed. I asked for a cold brew with no foam, she confirmed no foam 3 times and guess who still got foam? It was me. I wish this was rare but I think I get the correct drink half the time here. I wish they would keep a regular crew at this location. I can't say I've ever had any of the horrific experiences mentioned in the other reviews at this Starbucks. I've had them at many other locations, but this particular store has always been great for me. They have always been friendly and have always gotten my order right.
