Went in to order for the first time and was looking at the menu had in mind What I wanted after a few minutes their was a blonde girl working and she was helping a guy out I was next in line then once she got done helping the guy this girl came in and the blonde girl that works there took her order first while I was standing there then I said to her " I was going to order something" and she looked at me and just said oh and continued to take her order . Every year I enter a detox/fast consisting of only fruits, veg, nuts, and wheats. Well this year was no exception and I was dying for something sweet that was still in cahoots with my dietary needs a d this place was nearby. I opened for strawberry banana smoothie and in least amount of Karen possible I asked if there was any sweeteners added and what kind of milk was used. In my most grateful and heartfelt moment I heard homemade unsweetened almond milk and crushed dates. I drank that smoothie like my life depended on it and I was so credibly happy and impressed. If I was the business owner I would look into this. I honestly feel like the employees are just too lazy to make them. Energy is definitely lack luster. You would think that fresh juice would be abundant in the Central Valley but it weirdly isn't. So THANK GOODNESS for this place! It's always fresh and always delicious. This used to be my favorite place to go to. Do not come here anymore. The staff is incredibly rude and never has anything to offer besides smoothies. They cant make bowls because they are too lazy to chop fresh fruit to put on top. Or they are too lazy to order their products correctly. Although my drink was good, this location was a huge disappointment. First off, I came here yesterday 12/28/24 and they had no orange juice (I can deal with that) the service was all over the place. I watched people come in after me and be served prior (not pick up orders) then a lady ordered the same drink as me and took someone else's (she came after me) her order happened to be the exact same as mine so even though she took someone else's drink and realized it wasn't hers. She gets my drinks. I'm trying to be patient because I have worked in a restaurant. Then I finally get my drinks 35 mins later and they are the wrong size. The first impression would've been much better.., and at nine dollars a pop, I expect it to be well chilled. I've been going to Raw Earth a bit more frequently lately. They still have the freshest smoothie bowls I've had - I can only think of one time there was any unripe fruit on top. I usually get the 16oz Raw Earth Bowl which has strawberries, blueberries, banana, and dates blended into a thick smoothie. Then they add some granola, strawberry, blueberry, banana, coconut shavings and a bit of chia on top. They're always careful to get the frozen layer to a good consistency and there are rarely chunks of fruit left in there, nor does it get too soft to spoon out. It's just enough food for me, I'm usually slowing down as I reach the end of it. It only keeps me full for a few hours but I often fail to stop working for lunch til after 2, so it's a good late lunch option and perfect when it's hot outside. Parking can be busy since they're next door to Heirloom, but you can usually find a spot relatively close by. There's no seating inside at the moment, just a bar set along the wall as a waiting area. I think they could liven up the mood inside a bit with some music. read more

Highly recommend their Popeye's green juice and their red beets juice as well (can't remember the name). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a local fav. Horrible service. When we walked in, we were informed that at the moment they were only selling 16oz drinks. Even though they had stacked boxes of other size cups. One poor girl was working the cashier taking orders & after making the orders. While the girl (with long hair & lashes) was busy chatting it up with friend instead of working on the orders that had been placed. Then she was clueless as to who ordered what. I wasn't even LOOKING for this place, I came into this shopping center to go to Trader Joe's -- saw the sign for Raw Earth and literally did a crazy U-turn to pull into the lot, haha. I walked in and while two workers in the back smiled and waved, a nice young man walked up to me immediately from behind the counter with a huge smile. Such great vibes from the second I walked in. He welcomed me and gave me the low-down after I said I'd never been here before, AND he gave me 3 samples. All organic, you kidding me? That's awesome!! There was a roach crawling around on the counter while I was waiting. People were in line and I don't know if anyone seen this and when I tried to point it out it was gone. I managed to get a picture! I tried not to make it a big deal to not scare anyone. I'm soooo grossed out. I looked around while waiting like maybe it just crawled in there because it getting hot outside but no when you take a look it's filthy all over. Not acceptable! Juice is good. On the sweet side so I wonder how much greens I'm getting over the fruits. The juice seems thinner than the juice I make at home with the Nama and I'm not sure if that's because they strain and I do not. Also the customer service could be better. The employees are always very nice, the co-owner seems friendly and super knowledgeable about nutrition and a lot of other interesting things. I would love to give this place 5 stars--and I'm here 2-3 days a week so maybe it deserves at least 4 stars; but there are a few drawbacks. 1) you used to be able to order directly from Yelp--which was a home run. I could finish my workout at fort Washington and order online very rapidly. For some reason a few weeks ago they stopped allowing Yelp orders and it's no longer an option. 50% of the time I call in to try and order the phones don't work. Since it takes 7-12 minutes to make a fresh smoothie--plus there is regularly a line; it ends up taking longer than I want to spend waiting around. 2) the female employees who work here are great. Awesome customer service and they work hard. There is a guy who works here who has terrible customer service. Until recently he was never wearing a mask either. I don't really care about the mask issue--but I'm not sure why he thinks he is a beautiful and unique snowflake and doesn't need to wear a mask when everyone else is. In the last few weeks he has started wearing it--but his attitude is still pretty poor. The smoothies are great which is why I keep coming back--but with difficulties ordering and bad customer service from one employee; I'm down from 3+ times per week to 2ish times per week. read more

I haven't had the smoothies before. Walking in the girls were just sitting on some boxes. After looking at the menu and asking for a particular item were then told there's four items only available on menu. The girl was pretty rude about it when it's clearly not marked any where. It's was that asking them for the orders from there was some mundane task they just didn't want to do. Then I see her put a rubber spatula in the blender while making the soothies... I'm hoping that there's not rubber in it. But with the attitude from all of the workers I didn't get wanna ask for another. As far as the smoothie goes it's not bad, it's secret item though.
