Let's start by saying I really do enjoy their juices and smoothies. Good flavor and fresh ingredients. I enjoy them enough to pay to be a VIP. So that's why I give the 2-stars. The service on the other hand is horrendous! The young blonde girl who opens on the weekends is extremely rude. My last 4 of 5 experiences have been with her and I dread the awkward silence while waiting. Today I came right at opening to pick up my order. For 15 min she ignored me while packing orders, no "good morning", "I'll be with you in a minute". Just silence. After she finished, she walked past me and put the orders in the delivery fridge and said "name?" Then pointed to the fridge and said "it's in there" and walked away. One more bad interaction and I might be taking my business somewhere else. read more

This is my second time ever doing a seven day deuce cleanse. It's been six years. I was able to pick up three days worth of juices one day and then pick up the rest a few days later since I have limited room in my fridge. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and I was able to ask him a few questions about his experience with cleanses there. Each day of the juice cleanse consist of six bottles that are numbered at the top and which sequence you are to consume them. They come in their own paper bag so I brought in my own insulated bag and was able to transport 18 of the juices. Prior to my juice fest I did a month of no drinking and no sweets and I usually eat very healthy so the cleanse has been very easy for me. A supplement the cleanse with bone broth that I got from Costco that came in a touch pack. I mix that in with some miso paste and that satisfies me if I get hungry. I also sliced up some cucumber and ate that as a snack if I needed it. one thing you might need to prepare to is making room for all your juices prior so there's a lot of planning ahead of time. On day three, I was able to work out in the morning with no problem. I did a five minute warm-up on the rower machine then my usual workout. All I had was a juice in the morning and water, and I was fine. So far I'm on day, four of my seven day juice cleanse and I feel great. I had included a handful of nuts since I did get kind of hungry today. I will slowly ease into adding clean fruits and vegetables back into my diet. read more

Really good açaí bowls. The selections are pretty bountiful and the fruit is always fresh. The staff every time I have been is really nice and helpful if you have any questions. Customer service was horrible!! Picked up cleanse drinks, and the lady was not friendly at all. No greeting, no smile, nothing. So uncomfortable. Seeing other reviews about customer service makes me think this place needs some training. I get that some people have bad days, but there was no friendliness at all during this transaction. My family and I went to Pressed Juicery. We had two açaí bowls and a vanilla yogurt. We all agree that we did not like our food item. The açaí bowl lacked flavor and the yogurt was very gritty. We spent $34 for all three items. It was not worth the price and the food was awful. The girl that helped us was not friendly and seemed bothered to serve us. We will not be going back. read more

Loved the freeze! Horrrrrible customer service Today was my first time trying the pressed in Fresno and I was so excited! The menu is kind of confusing at first glance so it took me a minute to figure out what I wanted, no biggie. When I was ready to order I told the girl what I wanted, she cut me off and said "uh toppings will be taken care of over there" I said "oh okay" like how was I supposed to know that? So I stepped over to wait for my toppings and she had the nastiest look on her face and just blurted out my total? I was so confused she had just told me to wait for my toppings... so I paid and went on. I had two friends with me that were treated so differently, offered a juice, etc. SO disappointing that my first experience had to be this way... the girl had just clocked in as I was looking at the menu idk what kind of stick was up her that day but she should not be in customer service with that kind of attitude. Wow. I now see why this place is always empty. I walked in and got no greeting from the young white girl with blonde hair. I asked if any of the açaí bowls were gluten free and she said "some," and that was it. So I pulled up the allergen menu on the QR code on the menu and saw only one flavor have no gluten (I have a severe allergy). The only flavor with no gluten was vanilla base and I asked which of the bowls had the vanilla base and she looked at me like I was stupid and said "uhh...the vanilla one!?" with all this attitude! Mind you, this is my first time going in there, I don't know how only of this stuff works. And so I felt dumb and looked at the menu and I didn't see one that said vanilla, so I asked which one on the menu is vanilla flavored and she told me "the chocolate one!" Why would I assume "the chocolate one" had a vanilla base? I don't like that she talked to me like I was stupid, she was not helpful. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable, so we left. Ordered tropical protein and beauty bowl. Asked that certain things not be put in the bowl. Like pumpkin seeds in one and the other was coconut sub for granola. Neither was done. Both bowls were made completely wrong. On top of them tell info us that they were "out" of tropical base. So we had to decided between vanilla or chocolate which is nothing like how we order bowls. Was in the mood for something refreshing and light for breakfast, my friend had recommended this place to me and so we went together. The service was nothing short of amazing, the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable on the menu and so patient with us as we asked a million and one questions. We were able to substitute and switch out certain toppings on our bowls. He suggested we sign up for the online rewards and we got a free wellness shot for doing so (super delicious btw). Pressed juicery in Villagio is one of my fav places to go. In fact, with my unique diet, it's the only place I can go when I desire a special dessert. Their freezes are fantastic (I can only get vanilla), but my dearest has tried and liked them! . The juices they offer are terrific and they have recreated specialty blends for all health concerns. Their soft serve is a guilt-free snack. My fave flavors are the chocolate and vanilla swirl. Essentially it's made from their juices and topped with your choice of fresh fruit. The downside is sometimes their freeze comes out melted and not the proper texture. They've also expanded their menu and offer smoothies, smoothie bowls, and shots. Went to get some juices and the girl who was working the counter was disgustingly rude with my mother and I. There were other people around and the way she treated us seemed as if she was racially profiling us. I have the VIP discount so I asked her to please add that and she said it wasn't working and to call customer support if I wanted my points. Which was odd and I asked her if there was someone who can help her work the machine because I wanted my points since I can only get them at the store or through online purchases. After I asked her to please get someone else, the machine magically worked. My mom decided last minute that she was going to get another item and as I was telling Alysha (not sure on the spelling) that we were adding one more thing she annoyingly walks to the back of the store. We waited a couple minutes and she came back saying what do you want and I told her well we weren't done. She charged us out and then said are you done now, I asked for her name and she replied very snarky asking why that was relevant and I said well because you were the one helping us so I'd like to know your name. She visibly got upset and said well it's on the receipt and left to the back again. Ive been here several times before and never experienced this type of behavior before. I've been a pressed juicery customer since 2016, but have always traveled down south to purchase my juices. I was so excited when I got the announcement that Fresno was going to have their own location. Upon arrival, the inside is beautiful and clean. The customer service, however, was not up to par with the dozens of locations I've visited. I'm hoping it is because the store is new and it takes time to adjust. I purchased a size 1 and size 2 freeze. Both came out with the exact same amount of freeze and toppings (which was not much). I attached a photo from the Woodland Hills location of my size 1 freeze to compare to my sad looking size 2 freeze ($6) from Fresno. I ordered multiple items to go and was not given a bag. When I had asked for one, the lady out the bag on top of my purchased items and walked away. Overall, disappointed with the service but never with the product! read more

This place is meh. The açaí bowls are ok, but didn't care for it coming out of a machine. At least that's what it tastes like. You can get better, fresher, hand made bowls at raw earth down the way. The cold press juices are meh too. Tried the chocolate banana protein and the taste is comparable to something you can get from a grocery store. Everything has been great so far since I started going there, until this guy who made my bowl without gloves, put his finger on the tip of the granola butter bottle to shake it.
