Every time I come here I remember why I should not choose this location. The wait times are unbelievable regardless of the line. If you order ahead, they'll give you it 30+ min after the pick up time. I would have less of an issue if there really was a rush, but sadly i think they're just THAT slow. My drink was wrong today as well, which stinks considering how long I waited and the price. I'll drive ten extra minutes to another location. Hope they get this figured out. Dutch bros coffee is my favorite chain coffee! I love their flavors and their menu is so unique! I love the golden eagle! The staff is always very nice and the buildings are clean, pretty, and well maintained. The wait is usually a little longer than most drive thru coffee places though, so make sure you leave a little extra time. read more

Based on other reviews I've seen, I'll say I got really lucky today as I didn't have a long wait at all. I probably waited about 5 minutes which is completely normal in my opinion. The service was amazing, I told the young lady that it was my first time in Kansas and tik tok bought me to the coffee shop and she didn't charge me for my drink. I tried the golden eagle and it's so good. I'll definitely be back before my trip ends. I love that they have protein coffee options! My husband and I tried out Dutch Bros drive thru today. The service was relatively quick despite there being a line. They had it together with a person taking orders outside. They have a wide variety of beverages on their menu with good choices. There really is no ambience because it's a drive thru with a few outdoor tables around front at the walk up window. The servers were friendly. I was not that impressed with the beverages though. I ordered an iced almond milk vanilla latte and it was just okay and kind of chemical taste to the syrup. My husband ordered a Palm Beach and said it was pretty good but it just tasted average when compared to similar drinks at other coffee shops. read more

First time visit - 5 star service, the person who took my order in the drive through was super friendly and the same with the girl at the window. Little bit longer wait, but someone took my order with an iPad while in line before I got to the actual window so it didn't feel like as long of a wait. This is my go to soda shop around the kc metro area! It's new to our area and I think it's going to be a huge hit. The kids working here are always so happy and excited to be talking to you. They all offer great suggestions if you are feeling adventurous. They don't have many food options but a solid choice is their lemon poppyseed muffin top. I could have one of those everyday and never get tired of it. The shop has a nuanced retro feel to it when you drive up. The workers are taking orders on their feet quickly and get you in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes even with those long lines. read more

As a Dutch Bros fan, I knew I'd eventually hit up this new location in Kansas City area after hearing they opened a couple of weeks ago. As always, drinks are spot on! I ordered a small campout freeze with extra espresso, and my friend ordered a medium Sweater Weather White coffee chai. The lady in the drive thru was very friendly, but you could tell she was still getting used to the POS system on their tablets as she was having some trouble getting it to work for her when we were ordering. If you visit this location, please be patient with the employees as they are still learning, and the store hasn't been open very long yet. As soon as our order was put in we got our drinks very quickly! So glad to see a location on the KS side that is more centralized than the Legends spot, I will definitely frequent this one on the weekends! read more

This is consistently the most poor Dutch bros I've been to. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee when there's 6 cars in line seems a little much, especially from a coffee shop that preaches their ability to be quick. 7 brew makes the same drinks with the same syrups, but is consistent and quick always. read more

As a Michigan girl I've been wanting to try Dutch Bros everytime I'm on the west coast but always have an issue. While in Kansas City I found out a location was less than 20 minutes from my hotel. I set my alarm to make sure I had enough time to get my coffee and make it to my meeting. (That's how dedicated I was to giving them a try) I ordered a large iced flap jack mocha and a lemon poppyseed muffin top. The young man who took my order was very personable and engaging. There was only 1 car in front of me but it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I saw a few other reviews discussing how slow this location is, but I'm assuming it's because they recently opened. I wish my muffin was warm, it was cold as if they took it right out the fridge. I'm definitely a fan of the drinks I've had. I've been here probably 30+ times and I've tried a bunch of drinks. The wait time is consistently crazy. A lot of the staff has been very kind. I have noticed that Dutch pays horribly even their managers get like 50 cents more than the starting pay. They're ripping off their employees and it's sad so I feel bad for the staff and that's why my review is low. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We tried this place when it opened because it is closer to us than starbucks....I will not ever return. The way I was treated is completely unacceptable....in addition, when I reported it to corporate- they simply said, "oh I'm sorry." So yesterday- I'm waiting in the drive-thru line to order (the line closest to the building). There is one staff member taking orders. She is going back and forth between the lines (every other car) to take orders on her tablet. Suddenly, the outside line decides they are just going to keep going...2-3 cars at a time.....instead of fixing the issue, the staff just takes the orders in that order. I'm sorry but i have somewhere to be as well....my daughter needs to get to school, and I need to get to the hospital to work. So it irritated me. The staff walks up to take my order...she asks how I'm doing. I simply stated, "well, I'm irritated. This line isn't moving how it should. Maybe you guys could come up with a better plan....this is disorganized with several cars going in a riw insread of every other and now I'm going to be late to work." She did not say one word....nothing! Then, when I got up to the window 10min later, another staff said to me, "did you say something rude to my barista? I said , "no- I simply answered the question she asked." She said, "well, she wasn't outside, so she didn't see that happen." I said, "she WAS outside when it happened.
